Called and was told yes to go so I went to get cash and got a call if I wanted to show up earlier I could but I told them I was just getting cash then heading over when I got there someone else probably took my spot even though I was early because I had to wait about 30 - 45 more minutes. Besides the wait and the employees just talking to one another in their language where no one else understands them the entire time I was there it was good service and I do love the way my toes and acrylics came out. I came in to get a fill&cut down. I had gotten my nails somewhere else and didn't feel like driving back, so I came to Spa Nails. Very good service. I only had to wait a few minutes. They were able to match up the colored powder that was used at the previous location. Usually they use the electric file for the cut down, but this time I guess the guy wanted to cut them with an actual nail clipper. My nail ended up breaking so he had to re-shape with the acrylic. Thankfully it was just my pinky finger, but still, he should've known it was going to break. Other than that, This place is pretty good, and busy on certain days. read more

I love it here!! They always accommodate me when I call ahead of time. The service is consistent and they have always done a good job. I don't get acrylics often but when I do they do them exactly how I ask. The lash extension service is so good! I am certified for lash extensions and love it here. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Had a horrible experience and quality was poor. Got a mani and a pedi and both ladies kept hurting me even after me telling them, 4 times, that they were hurting me. Had me very uncomfortable, didn't bother on turning on the spa chair even after I had asked them to, the feet water was hot and I told them but they still made me put my feet in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had not been in the area for quite sometime, didn't know that within the last few years ownership has changed. This place was a good nail salon before but not so much anymore. They have one young girl working there that is probably the only one that knows what she is doing. I had a gel pedicure done and the tech got all scared and didn't know what to do since she wasn't drying the gel correctly so my nails ended up sticky and not shiny. The young girl had to fix it. On top of that my toe nails are so crooked and uneven. I would NEVER go back! Ugh why is so hard to find a good nail shop these days. On top of that when I asked to have my nails fixed they obviously started talking about me in their language. Geez I'm paying u for services what's the problem. I have been to some bad nail salons... This one is by far the worst! I got a pedicure for myself and my mom here and my eyebrows waxed. To start- the pedicure was awful. When I got home and inspected the polish work they did it baffled me. My 10 year old niece could do better. There were drip marks and it was just poor work. When I went to get waxed she did not do a thorough enough job. And on my way home I noticed that she let tons of wax fall into my hair. The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because it's the minimum. This place was not only full of rude workers but they are incompetent as well. Came in for lash extensions. The first time was good..vivian was nice and I looked how they came out. Came in for my first fill and she was upset that I had make up on them so she charged me the price for new set instead of for a fill. So I said ok, my bad I'll come back with a clean face. Came back today for a second fill...absolutely no make on and exactly 3 weeks from my last visit. She charged me almost a full set again! Don't like the inconsistency in prices. Also she seemed to be rushing me out and forgot she was working on my eyes...she wasn't very gentle. The tape she used was poking my eye and making it watery...also I could totally tell what she had for lunch. I'm not one to argue with people so I just paid what she said, but I won't be coming back.
