D nails is a great salon with a lot of color options,. The ladies are very nice as well. I've done cateye for $40 on my natural nails and then when I went another time, it was $50 due to gel removal (and some builder gel*). They prefer cash but you can also Zelle. I've done walk in on weekday mornings and I've never had to wait. One Friday afternoon, it was only about a 15 minute wait. I like the vibe as well. It's a nice and bright salon with music in the background. read more

I honestly stumbled upon this place very randomly and now been coming here for over 3 years and planning on keep coming back here. The pricing is fair and all the staff is nice and friendly but my favorite nail tech would be Natalie. She just delivers every time I ask her to do anything from simple nails to 3d designs and never disappoints me. Went here about 3 weeks ago to get a manicure and pedicure just a French tip in less than a week the polish was come off I did gel and most of my nails had split in half after leaving my nails felt very brittle my nails are natural so this was super upsetting that they just kept breaking off. they were able to fit me in last min and i appreciated that but unfortunately the mani didn't last 1 week before chipping at the cuticle not the free edge (gel + builder). all the edges of my nails are lifting slightly and its just not the quality or durability i expected. good place for a quick fix that you wont need to last very long but for someone who only gets their nails done 1x month i will not be returning ... in response to the owner : "i wish you had told us earlier" i am a busy person who can't always stop in again in the same week because the tech did poorly the first time. i expect to have solid work done the first time not return again and again. i was not going to mention but i dont think this was an issue of aftercare or lifestyle of the client, the application was done messily. the polish doesn't even reach my side walls on some nails and the cuticle area was not prepped well either. i'll add photos and leave it up to individual discretion. read more

I walked in without an appointment. I was taken in right away to do a gel nail manicure. I had to have my old gel removed completely. I was hesitant at the procedure that they were going to do which was not adding new tips, but I love , love the way they came out. I have to give it a four star because it was a little more pricey than I was expecting. But I will be back because my manicurist said it would not be that costly on my next visit. Wow what an amazing salon! I was actually seen at the time they told me to come in, everything was clean, the music is amazing, the girls are so sweet, AND they did a great job. Natalie did my amazing gel manicure in about 40 minutes and did not skip a step. Mai did a great job on my pedicure as well, I would upload a pic but no feet pictures I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a salon that is clean, high quality, and respects your time. Nail Salon at a local spot that I discovered to be of great quality and exceptional options! They have so many great cateye colors, they know how to do gel ex, and their tables and chairs are clean! I got a pedicure here with French tip gel, AND she helped me replace one of my rhinestones on my fingers which really saved the day. I recently got my nails done here and left feeling pretty disappointed. I chose very short Gel-X nails, and while I understand that the base price is $55, I was shocked to be charged an additional $25 just for French tips and a few small dots. That brought my total to $80 for a very simple, short set. What really confused me is that my friend, who came with me, got long nails with a full design and even charms, and her total was $95. How is it that such a simple, short design on my end cost nearly the same as a long, detailed, decorated set? The pricing just doesn't feel consistent or transparent. Love coming here! On our last visit my three year old daughter wanted to join in and they pampered her as well. I can't thank them enough for their attention to my little girl and not making a big fuss for having to bring a toddler around for some mama self care. I always get a gel mani and pedi and spend around $70-75 without tip! Totally worth it. read more

I recently moved to the area and found this place on yelp. It looked clean and had great reviews. I walked in at 9 am which shows as their opening hours and they already had all hands on deck with two clients. I was quickly attended to even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff worked as a team to get my services done. I had acrylic and gel pedicure done. Natalie did the design on my nails and I absolutely loved it. She was very detailed with her work. The best nail place ever! I've been looking for someone to do the perfect pedi and nails and this place is it. They are super attentive, sweet, and my nails and pedicure were finally done right. I forgot the techs name, she was new but she was nice and good as well and took her time cleaning my nails. Natalie the owner was working on a customers nails and she did an amazing job. I did gel manicure and I really loved the shape of it and I did a nice summer color. I will definitely be coming back. Natalie is so sweet too and salon is super quiet as well. My pedicure wasn't finished until just before 7:00 PM. It felt like the services weren't paced well, especially considering we came in together to celebrate a special occasion. I don't mind if one service takes a little longer than the other since I clearly had polish but a 40 minute difference for the same package felt unreasonable for the price we paid. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price, especially since we chose the highest-tier pedicure to celebrate my husband's birthday. Walking into Onyx completely changed my expectations. Tyn is truly one of a kind. Where do I even begin? He treats every client with genuine respect and gives 110% every single appointment. One thing that really stuck with me was seeing him work on his own birthday. Instead of taking the day off, he came in with a smile, took care of his clients, and made sure everyone left happy. That says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. He's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. He constantly checks in throughout the appointment, asking if you love your nails. If something isn't exactly how you envisioned it, he'll gladly fix it until you're completely happy. He truly stands behind his work. A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. Three months later, my natural nails are healthier and stronger than they've ever been. I used to be one of those "every two weeks" girls, but he always laughs and tells me, "Come on, I love you, but two weeks is too soon!" That's just how well his work holds up. The salon itself is always spotless, welcoming, and relaxing. The music is always on point, the sangria is a nice little treat, and every appointment honestly feels like a mini vacation instead of just another nail appointment. Everyone at Onyx is wonderful, but I also have to give a special shout-out to Myly Cyrus. She's the sweetest "cute auntie" and the absolute best when it comes to ingrown nail removal. She makes something uncomfortable feel easy. Onyx Nail Lounge is nothing like your typical nail chop shop. They care about the health of your nails, they care about their clients, and they take pride in every service they provide. That's hard to find these days. Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

Hollywood is SO caring, patient and an amazing person who does amazing nails. She cares about her clients and wants to make sure you are 100% happy. I tried this nail salon for the first time today and was lucky to have Kim do my nails. She was so helpful in picking out colors and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. We tried several different colors and had fun experimenting with the design until it was perfect. Kim was not only talented but also great to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
