D nails is a great salon with a lot of color options,. The ladies are very nice as well. I've done cateye for $40 on my natural nails and then when I went another time, it was $50 due to gel removal (and some builder gel*). They prefer cash but you can also Zelle. I've done walk in on weekday mornings and I've never had to wait. One Friday afternoon, it was only about a 15 minute wait. I like the vibe as well. It's a nice and bright salon with music in the background.
I've been coming here for a while, so I was really surprised by my experience with the payment process. Their website clearly states that they accept credit cards, so I brought my credit card expecting to pay that way. When it was time to check out, I was told they don't accept credit or debit cards at all and that I had to pay through Zelle instead. What I found especially strange was that when I mentioned the website says they accept credit cards, I was told, "Maybe next month we'll accept them." That response didn't make much sense to me, especially because there wasn't even a card terminal in the salon. If they don't currently accept cards, I think their website should accurately reflect that so customers know before their appointment. I ended up paying through Zelle because I didn't have another option, and I also wasn't given a receipt. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled by the woman who usually takes the payments made me feel embarrassed. I wasn't trying to cause a problem--I was simply expecting to pay using a method that was advertised on the salon's website. I'm not upset about using Zelle itself, but I do think businesses should be transparent about the payment methods they actually accept and communicate with customers respectfully. Because of this experience, unfortunately, I won't be returning to this salon. I hope they update their website so future customers don't end up in the same situation.
I always have the best experience here! All the women are so nice and the atmosphere is clean, calm and cute. Kim is my go to girl. I trust her so much that I always have her choose what design/ color to do for me. Love it here!
Came in for the 1st time after seeing good reviews and when I walked in I was immediately greeted and sat. The inside was very welcoming and clean. I got French tip gel manicure and pedicure, the two women who helped me were very sweet and did a amazing job I will definitely be coming back.
I'm honestly giving 5 stars for my first experience because I actually had really sweet service with Kim! I get nervous at nail salons because I always get someone rude, but Kim made me feel very comfy! She made sure I was okay every step of the way :) I've struggled to commit to a nail salon because I always get meh service but I'll definitely be coming back here from now on when I can! I recommend. I'm glad I listened to the reviews. I can see why this spot is rated high :) the only downside for my specific situation was just my French tip did chip on my thumb within 2 hours and my middle finger was the following day. This was both on my left hand. Not a huge deal for me right now though. I'll just make sure to communicate that for next time because I'm still happy with my nails!

The pricing is fair and all the staff is nice and friendly but my favorite nail tech would be Natalie. She just delivers every time I ask her to do anything from simple nails to 3d designs and never disappoints me. I highly recommend for anyone to come here if you looking to get your nails done.

The color she picked out for me and design by Natalie was so cute and better than expected too. They're all so kind and their pricing is reasonable too. My new go-to place!

No good customer service gave blank stares when ask about how the process of taking off nails was done.

they were able to fit me in last min and i appreciated that but unfortunately the mani didn't last 1 week before chipping at the cuticle not the free edge (gel + builder). all the edges of my nails are lifting slightly and its just not the quality or durability i expected. good place for a quick fix that you wont need to last very long but for someone who only gets their nails done 1x month i will not be returning ... in response to the owner : "i wish you had told us earlier" i am a busy person who can't always stop in again in the same week because the tech did poorly the first time. i expect to have solid work done the first time not return again and again. i was not going to mention but i dont think this was an issue of aftercare or lifestyle of the client, the application was done messily. the polish doesn't even reach my side walls on some nails and the cuticle area was not prepped well either. i'll add photos and leave it up to individual discretion.

This is my third time getting my nails done at D Nails. Every time the gel X nails last 4-5 weeks. I love that they pay attention to detail, clean your cuticles and make your nails look great every time. This time I requested a butterfly and this is the beautiful design I received. I recently got my nails done here and left feeling pretty disappointed. I chose very short Gel-X nails, and while I understand that the base price is $55, I was shocked to be charged an additional $25 just for French tips and a few small dots. That brought my total to $80 for a very simple, short set. What really confused me is that my friend, who came with me, got long nails with a full design and even charms, and her total was $95. How is it that such a simple, short design on my end cost nearly the same as a long, detailed, decorated set? The pricing just doesn't feel consistent or transparent. The nails themselves look fine, but the pricing definitely didn't feel right. I hope the salon can be clearer and more fair about add-on costs in the future. -Her nails being the longer pink set! Love coming here! On our last visit my three year old daughter wanted to join in and they pampered her as well. I can't thank them enough for their attention to my little girl and not making a big fuss for having to bring a toddler around for some mama self care. I always get a gel mani and pedi and spend around $70-75 without tip! Totally worth it. read more

I recently moved to the area and found this place on yelp. It looked clean and had great reviews. I walked in at 9 am which shows as their opening hours and they already had all hands on deck with two clients. I was quickly attended to even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff worked as a team to get my services done. I had acrylic and gel pedicure done. Natalie did the design on my nails and I absolutely loved it. She was very detailed with her work. I was given a little Christmas gift on my way out. It was a hand lotion. Thanks Natalie and team for the pleasant experience, I will be back. read more

Absolutely in with my nails! This is my go-to nail girl, and she never disappoints. Whether I walk in or book ahead, she brings my wildest ideas to life every single time. The deigns are always cute with the details she adds is just perfect. Plus, the rest of the team is just amazing too. I've had pedicures from other techs and their service is always top-notch, super clean, professional, and they really know how to pamper you, whether it's a luxurious package or just a quick buff and polish. The best nail place ever! I've been looking for someone to do the perfect pedi and nails and this place is it. They are super attentive, sweet, and my nails and pedicure were finally done right. I requested a quote and a same day appointment via Yelp, and Natalie responded within seconds. She was also my manicurist. The salon is newly remodeled...beautiful, minimalist decor. I chose my color, and Natalie provided efficient, friendly service. I was in & out in 30 minutes with purple gel nails. I won't hesitate to return and hope people will give the salon a try. read more
