One Plus Nail *April 25th, 2026 *9:30am- Saturday *2.5 Stars Environment: *Large Parking Lot*Crowded *Quick Service *Online Appointment Availability I hadn't been here in a while, but decided to come back since I usually remember them having pretty solid service for a decent price. My sister and I went for gel manicures for her birthday, and we made an appointment ahead of time (which ended up being really helpful since there were about 10 people waiting when we arrived). Since we had an appointment, we got seated right away. I showed my nail tech my inspiration photo on my phone, and she got started pretty quickly. She was nice, but the whole service felt pretty rushed. At times she didn't even let the UV gel finish curing before asking me to take my hand out so she could move on to the next coat. I also added chrome for an extra $15, and while she did take time to make sure it covered most of the nails, I noticed later there were still some missed spots. The overall application also felt a bit uneven, and the gel looked really thick (almost more like a builder gel than a standard gel manicure). Looking at my nails from the side, the thickness seems more noticeable than previous times that I've had them done here. I'm not sure if it was from extra layers or how the gel was applied, but it didn't feel as clean as past visits. I've had good experiences at this salon before, which is why I was surprised by this visit. My regular technician was unavailable, and I was assigned to someone else recommended by the manager. Unfortunately, the service quality was concerning -- the filing caused noticeable discomfort, the curing process under the lamp was unusually hot, and the gel was applied onto the surrounding skin rather than cleanly along the nail edges. After only three days, the manicure has already started chipping along the edges, which raises concerns about both technique and product application. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and ensures better consistency and training across technicians. read more

This is by far the rudest nail salon I've ever been to. They don't even greet their customers. As soon as you sit down, they ask, "What color do you want?" They treat customers like they're on an assembly line, with the only goal being to finish as quickly as possible. Even the receptionist doesn't bother to say goodbye or thank you when you leave. read more

Long overdue review- My favorite nail salon I've EVER tried!! Everyone is so friendly (they speak Chinese and English! Shoutout to my fellow 上海 girls). Nails always come out AMAZING, exactly like my inspo photos. Prices are VERY good and reasonable, they never overcharge. I've brought so many friends here and every single one has been coming back. I usually do gel or hard gel base manicures and depending on the design, usually takes 1.5 hours. Lots of parking. They do walk ins but I usually book an appointment by Instagram DM, they respond super quickly! Trust this place for any and every special occasion. Highly recommend!!! read more

I've been going to One Plus Nail for several months now and have no desire to go anywhere else! The shop is nice and clean and they have kpop playing on the TV in case you forget your headphones. I've booked Ivy for my recent appointments and would highly recommend her! She's efficient, gentle, and detailed. There is one artist who I've ended up with twice and she's been rough with my nails, so once you find an artist you like, I suggest sticking with them. read more

Love the quality and price of this place! It's a very no frills place, with a few tables and pedicure chairs, but the techs are amazing. I showed my nail tech a photo and she did a great job replicating it on me. I got the hard gel with cat eye and designs on each nail and the total only came out to $75 plus tip. Will be coming back here every time I'm in CA! read more

If you're looking for cheap and quick. It's a no frills spot but lacking quality. I've been here few times as it's close by and always willing to take customers. All nails tech vary, I don't have a recommendation since everyone has been average or below for me. I'd say the quality is ok, I had one time it was good that's why I came back. Make sure you have a clear idea or design of what you want. They are also always behind on ur appt time. Most recently I came in for a gel pedicure with no polish on my natural nails. The tech went straight to the drill to efile the top of my nails at too high of power. It was uncomfortable. She also used it for my cuticles. The bad thing is she nots even using the correct drill bit. It's too harsh for those parts of your nails. Now I would definitely not recommend this salon. Unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unpleasant atmosphere to say the least. I've been coming to this salon since 2023. My nail tech has always been Cecelia. In the beginning, she was so sweet and friendly but one day turned into the complete opposite (which I knew was a red flag but turned the other cheek). She never acknowledged me, never looks at me in the eye - no nothing every time I came for my appointment. The only thing that got me to come here consistently was the price but at this point not even the price is worth dealing with her. I have never felt so uncomfortable being in a nail salon and will never come back here again. The vibes of this salon is so wack and weird. Unless you speak their native language, they are hostile, rude, and cold. So glad I'm never coming back here again. Can't believe how much money wasted here. Cecelia was really good and skilled in the beginning but started half assing her work and would sigh whenever I asked her for anything. I got gel X nails done here and am in love with the results. The place itself is very clean and the staff is welcoming. Gina did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She is very professional, efficient, and paid great attention to details. I appreciated the fact that they will tell you the exact price based on the inspiration photo (I texted the number listed and got a response promptly). I really appreciated the service here. The ladies who did my manicure & pedicure were so sweet and gentle, and they paid such close attention to detail. They clearly have a great eye for what's trending/what looks flattering--I showed them a reference photo of what I wanted, and after just one look, they were able to execute it perfectly. After taking a break from salons and doing my own gel nails at home for a while, I wasn't sure what to expect--but this experience completely won me over. Since One Plus Nail opened, my daughter discovered this nail salon, and we've been going there ever since. Each manicurists and pedicurists is professional, attentive, and provides excellent service. Their knowledge of nails and their creativity in coming up with countless unique designs are truly impressive. The salon has a comfortable atmosphere, and there's a large parking lot outside. This was my first time getting a manicure at a salon and I was quite happy with the results. I showed them the inspo nails pic because it was my first time and I did not want anything to go wrong. They got to doing my nails right away and my nail tech was very fast and precise. The only complaint was that there was a communication barrier since my nail tech, Sandy (?), did not speak English. Another nail tech there helped translate a little bit but if you do not know exactly what you want, it may be a bit challenging. Other than that, the booking process through yelp was fast. They tell you exactly how much it costs beforehand (mine was $60), and check in with you throughout the process to ask if you like it. It has been a week and it has been holding up very well. So cute! The ladies here are very talented and gave me exactly what I wanted! In total they quoted me $127 for a mani pedi which I thought was pretty reasonable but I did tip $15 because of the service. The salon was small but quite cute and had an overall good vibe. I would recommend! read more

Been coming here for a few months now and my favorite thing is the price. They are consistently $20-30 cheaper than other nail salons and typically do an okayish job so I justified it with the price. Unfortunately I had a bad experience the last time with Cecilia. I was given a lot of recommendations by my friends because I heard she is really good at nail designs. I asked for extentions because my nails werent long enough and Cecilia proceeds to put an ungodly amount of gel to stick the extentions on. My pinky finger was basically at a 45 degree angle from all the gel underneath, and I mentioned this to her so she redid the pinky finger. However if you look at the photos, they are still going upwards.... I understand if it was a mistake, however, Cecilia told me she purposely made it that way because I asked for the ends to be thinner (what??), and also because the nail will naturally curl downwards once it grows out (this is false, if it points upwards now it will continue growing in that direction). Not a stranger to nail artists gaslighting me when I bring something up, so I quickly understood the situation. I ended up asking her to not put on the gems because she was not receptive to my comments. I ended up going to a different salon who had to remove this set and did a much much better job for $40 more, but it was so worth it because my nails don't look like they are flying away from my fingers anymore. The time before this appointment, I also had a bad experience with the nail artist who does nails very fast (unsure of her name). She burned one of my fingers really badly whem curing the gel because she just held the uv on my fingers continuously, and I had to keep pulling away because every finger hurt when curing. I also had to tell her how to do the design at each step and it was really stress inducing. Still giving this place 2 stars due to pair pricing (but you also get what you pay for). Update! 2 years later and I'm still a happy, returning customer! I can't say enough good things about Jessica and her crew. I don't think I've ever left feeling unhappy or with ugly nails. I've had a few other nail techs since Jessica wasn't available and they're also great! I've just always brought in an inspiration pic for my nails and let them imitate/interpret as they like. I've been happy every time! Jessica also lets me know truthfully if the nail design won't work or that the effect isn't long lasting and we'll discuss what other things we can do instead. This is my favorite place to get my nails done. The nail polish is super glossy and shiny compared to other places. They have great quality products. They cleaned up my toe nails and finger nails nicely. The paint work was excellent. They also, informed me on pricing throughout the experience, so I wouldn't be surprised later, so I am really glad they were very transparent of costs and extra costs. I am definitely coming back. This nail saloon was so nice! I came in as a walk in and they were able to fit me in within 10min. I had a design on my phone and they were able to copy exactly like the picture I showed her! Cathy the nail tech was so nice and asked a lot of questions to make sure she got everything right. Place was clean and very cute. Came in to One + Nails this morning and my nails came out better than I hoped for. Called before I arrived, came in early for my appointment and Hazel was available. Hazel did an amazing job with my nails! I showed her a picture of something similar and I couldn't be happier. Reasonably priced, took an hour and a half. Found no issues, seems flawless. Was able to make an appointment through text easily. This was my first time doing gelx, and I enjoyed my experience. Ivy did a great job--she was meticulous with the prep and application. She was also patient with my questions and when I was deciding how many coats I wanted. The indoors space is very bright and clean, and they were playing kpop on the TV. Total cost was $65 (+$5 for the jelly polish) and they took Venmo. The nails lasted 2.5 weeks before some of them began to lift near the cuticle. read more

Great for walk ins, better w appointment as last minute appts are available. Friendly staff and team executes designs very well! I've come here a handful of times as a walk in and had a positive experience every time. Set lasts at least two weeks without any casualties. She reuses nail files and tips between clients without disinfecting them. There is no visible sanitation station or wipe downs in between clients. Brushes are shared across clients. The floors are consistently dirty and dusty. This is a real fungus and infection risk and people deserve to know before they book. The quality of work has also declined significantly. I had a design in mind coming in, but they share more recent designs that they've done and I ended up going with one that they recommended. I also needed two gel x tips put on because my nail chipped beyond repair the day before, but it sounds like they can usually fix minor issues. It all came out wonderfully, and looks even better in person. Because they are so detail oriented and careful, this appointment will take a long time. I think we were there for nearly 3.5 hours in total, so schedule your time appropriately. It's not cheap, but the nails are very sturdy and good quality.

Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed.
