I was going for 2+ years back when they were at their old location and I have never been so impressed. They give complimentary sparkling water and always play a great movie in the background. Phoebe and her team work hard to make sure your nails stay healthy, strong, and obviously cute!!! They've done various builder gel designs and 3D art on my nails and have lasted 6-8 weeks!! My nails were able to be so long w no worry of breakage!! I can't wait for the day I can come back and get all the intricate nail designs again. 100/10 recommend

That said, I was a little disappointed that the area underneath my nails wasn't cleaned up as thoroughly as I expected, especially for the price. The service wasn't bad, but I did leave feeling like it was a bit overpriced for the level of detail. The salon itself is pretty, it's modern, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. Parking was also a little difficult since the lot is shared with several other businesses. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I'm not sure the quality matched the price point. I'm glad I gave it a try, but I may explore other salons before deciding if I'd return.

I spend around $100 ish here doing the gel x mani and also some designs at times. I've been really into the Hailey Bieber chrome look, usually the white pearl, and this time I tried a pink pearl instead and loved how it turned out. My sets with Michelle have lasted me over 42 days, which is honestly impressive. Once my nails grow out again, I'll most likely be coming back to her. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. The salon itself is pretty clean, and I've noticed a sanitizing station near the restroom, which is reassuring. So far I haven't had any issues during the years I've been coming here. Bonus: there's a Paris Baguette right next door, which is perfect when you're hungry after sitting through a 2+ hour nail appointment Grab a little treat afterward!

I normally try not to write negative reviews however, this one I did need to bring up considering…read morethat I apparently am not the only one that this has happened to. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure appointment on April 12, 2026. My first experience with them was wonderful so I decided to book again. This time instead of calling in I used the online appointment system. I clicked the techs I wanted and it was confirmed on the screen I would be serviced by them. I also added an appt for my husband a few days before my appt online and got online confirmation that we would be serviced at the same time. Day of the appt I got a text saying my tech would be late. I said that's fine and I would send my husband in to keep his earlier appt. They then told me that the online system was incorrect. We got to the salon and while my husband was getting his service, I was told my tech was booked and I would be with someone else. I told them I got online confirmation of the tech id be with, they said it was wrong. This is where it all went downhill. I don't even remember the girl's name but I was ensured she would do a good job. I don't get mani/pedi often so I was looking forward to this. She used an efile on my nails and, like a few other comments, filed my nails so thin that a couple broke in their parking lot. She didn't really speak to me because she could tell I was frustrated at the miscommunication and was also told by the front desk to call next time if I want a particular tech. This option shouldn't be available online if it doesn't work. My nails started to burn that when she finished cleaning my cuticles I cancelled the rest of the appointment. I was contacted by the salon to try to make things better, which I appreciate, however it shouldn't have come to this in the first place. Needless to say, here we are 5/20 and I have not gone back. My nails are still so brittle that you can visible see where the nail was filed down vs the new growth. The nail on my left pinky is lifting so I have to be extra careful with it. I really thought I found my new shop because it's much closer. My old nail spot has been servicing me for 20+ years so looks like I'll be making the trip back there.
