Which rarely ever happens since it's the least used finger!!! However it's one week late and another finger half came off?! WTH.. I paid a premium to get these nails down and they are literally dying faster than cheap gel nails?! I don't get it. So the good thing is they have a 2 week warranty to come in and fix it. But thing is I've already come in! Do I come back again to fix my nails ?! This place has good customer service but overall so expensive and overpriced for the quality. Which is shit quality. From chatting with the girls this place has been open for a few months. It's predominately Chinese workers and clientele. They don't really speak English but mostly Chinese. My Japanese gel nails cost like $45 with an extra $10 because I wanted the "chrome/ mermaid glisten" no design no nothing. Which I find so ridiculous now that I think of it! This was way too expensive for it to break on me so fast. Avoid this place if u can!

At first, I wasn't expecting the appointments to take so long, but now I understand why. Be sure to allow 2-3 hours, depending on what you're getting. They take their time, and while the prices reflect that, the results are absolutely worth it! Other places may get you in and out quickly, but the nails often only last a couple of weeks. My first set here lasted an impressive 6-7 weeks without cracking or lifting, and my nails grew out healthy. They're also incredibly gentle, which means little to no breakage or weakening. I highly recommend to give them a try!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this business. I purchased a Groupon…read morecertificate based on the terms and conditions clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Those terms stated that the certificate could be used again, and I relied on that information when making my purchase. Now I have lost my money. LAfter purchasing, the business refused to honor the advertised terms. I have seen other customers reporting similar concerns on Groupon, which raises serious questions about how these certificates are being handled. I have documentation, including screenshots of the Groupon terms and information provided at the time of purchase. I also have documentation showing that this matter has been reported and is under review/investigation through the appropriate channels. A business that partners with Groupon has a responsibility to provide accurate information and honor the terms presented to customers who paid in good faith. Refusing to honor advertised terms after accepting payment is unfair and extremely disappointing. I will be reporting this matter to Groupon and sharing my experience on review platforms so other customers can make informed decisions. I hope this business takes responsibility and resolves this issue for all affected customers. *Update: Since I purchased the voucher more than 3 days ago, I can only get Groupon Bucks. Since Groupon is still allowing this business to sell vouchers to people while they are under investigation for misleading customers, they also should be held accountable and I will also not rely on Groupon as well. Sadly, I have a party that I wanted my nails done for and now its too late to get them done. I am dissapointed in so many ways and I have really been let down. I get this reply form the business. "You can't expect to get this deal every time you visit the store". That is so rude, and as a customer who pays for them to stay in business, you would think they would recognize they did not put their terms and honor THEIR mistake to come the customer happy. If they had accepted the Groupon I bought and told me from now on, I could not use another, that is ok, and I would understand, but not just refuse and by rude about it, not good customer service.

Also, heads up--I went to the wrong address the first time, so make sure if you search for the studio on Apple Maps, that you include the unit because I drove past it and straight to a residential area, and was confused because I knew it wasn't at someone's house. The inside is on the smaller side, but very clean and inviting, and the ladies were so polite and respectful. First, they had me pick the color and started off with the pedicure. Then, I moved into another room to get my hands done. They are more than reasonable on prices, take their time, and make sure that you are happy with the shape and overall end result. This is the cutest and cheapest set of nails I've ever gotten done, as it is my 6th time at a nail salon (the past 4 times were Gel-X, and my natural nails were becoming too damaged).
