Katie is the best! I've been getting my nails done by her for 14 years! I don't trust anyone else with my nails. She has impeccable attention to detail and gets my nails exactly how I like them. My gel manicures by her also last a long time. I'm also embarrassed to say this but she's great at getting out ingrown toenails. I love this nail salon. It was 05:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening and I was in the area looking for a salon that was open and would be able to service a walk-in pedicure. Thankfully, with one quick call they said they had availability that evening and to come on in. This location is tucked away within other business. Even though it was moderately busy, you were still able to move around the floor easily. Towards the end of the night, it was very busy and full. I asked only for a pedicure and upon being seated they returned with a book of different types of pedicures that they offer (in addition to their cucumber and lavender options). In my opinion, the out the door price at $60.00 was not worth the service provided. I could perhaps justify the bells and whistles if the basic service was fantastic, but it was not. The staff was friendly and nice. I just left feeling like my feet weren't really taken care of. To my surprise, the regular polish I had asked for peeled off within 24 hours. read more

The staff was friendly and the service was fine, but nothing really stood out to justify the price. The salon itself is cute and clean, but pretty comparable to other nail salons in the area. What surprised me most was the cost. I typically pay under $40 for a gel pedicure at other local spots, but here I ended up spending $75. She asked me if I wanted extras without telling me there was a hidden price? Initially, I had selected the $45 package... That was definitely sticker shock. For that price, I'd rather put the money toward a manicure since my nails are seen far more often than my feet. Maybe the pedicure will hold up exceptionally well over time, but based on my first visit, I don't feel the value matched the cost. With prices being what they are these days, $75 for a basic gel pedicure is hard for me to justify. I'll probably stick with my usual salons moving forward. read more

I usually do my nails myself but I didn't have time so I decided to pop in as a walk in around 11am. They sat me right away and the first girl that helped me was nice but I don't think she was able to do the design I wanted so she passed me on to someone else which I appreciate because the 2nd woman did an AMAZING job! I first came here early December last year and had Mandy for my nail tech. I wanted some cute holiday nails so I requested gel x and showed Mandy my inspo pics and she honestly did such a great job with my nails! I loved them so much and they lasted for a long time (a month+) and I went back again since my nails were getting really long, and this time got some cute valentine nails done by Van and she also did a super amazing job! She was fast and efficient. My nails are now so cute again, so thank you Mandy and Van! Overall, I love the vibe of this place. I was blown away by CT nail customer service. I thought a regular pedicure was going to take at least 45 mins. I have to pick up my son from school, I miss calculated the timing. I was panicking because I will be late. But staff was super nice and understanding. They told me to just go pick him up and come back to continue the rest of the service. I wanted to try a new nail place & stumbled upon this nail salon since there were a lot of good reviews. Called and was able to get an appointment the same day in the evening time! I did a gelx & a gel pedicure. The gel x was done so well & I love that the technician took her time with it and didn't rush the removal process since that's so important to me. She was very careful with shaping and just making sure the nails looked good! For my pedicure with another technician, I was honestly disappointed. It was so painful since the technician cut the nails pretty short then went in to file & shape it as well. She ended up not filing my toe nails but my actual skin. The skin became so red and broke skin, so every time she put alcohol on it, it burned so bad. It's the next day now & all of my toes still hurt. Overall, I'll be back for gel x maybe, but not for a pedicure. read more

I asked for a gel x set and while I waited for someone to be available, they let me look at the different colors and cateyes they had. The lady who did my nails was very nice and efficient. She checked with me to see if I liked the shape after she filed it and everything. She was also really sweet and made sure that I was happy with how the design was coming along! She made sure I loved the color, design and everything was just amazing. I loved how Mandy took her time to explain to me the different options for my nails because I don't get my nails done often (second time going to a salon) and it is on my real nails. I also told her about how I like my nails on the thinner side and she did a great job at making it thin, while it still being strong to protect my nails from breaking. Service : I went in for a pedicure and I could not believe how awful my technician was to the point that I'm writing a review . Of course I don't know her name , it was never given to me. Twice I had to let her know that the water on the rinse was hot. She shaped my toe nails round and square . My feet look like a hot mess. The final straw was the color she used .It was not the color I had selected . Why didn't I say anything . I was so upset and confused I had been to this shop before and never experienced anything like this. They literally use the nails you can buy from Amazon, add glue, and cure them- no acrylic. They weren't filed enough, they were too wide, and too thick. I don't do my nails often cause mom life and my options are limited when I choose the last appt. Today I pulled out the big comfy stroller. Picked up lunch for my almost 3 yr old and I thought it was enough still scared of how it was going to be. The last salon I went to literally told me to come back without my son and it wrecked me forever. Today I accidentally made an appt here which I have never been to and it's so much closer to me. AND FOR GOOD REASON the ladies were soooo accommodating and we're obsessed with my son. I was pampered all while still being assisted with my toddler He didn't need my iPad or phone he was entertained. They changed the TV for him to blippi and they understood how motherhood is hard as it is. We sometimes have to choose our battles and today I felt so seen as a mom and accepted that I too deserve to feel good about my self all while combating motherhood My nails came out so cute and I got a pedicure all the services Ive always wanted without having to pick which one I wanted more. First of all, I absolutely do not recommend this place. I booked an appointment online and selected the service I wanted. The website clearly stated that a Gel Pedicure was $40. However, when I arrived at the salon, all the pedicure chairs were full and they didn't start my service until 25 minutes later. During the service, the technician didn't explain the treatment thoroughly. She offered me two pricing options--one for $45 and another for $60. I was confused because the online booking showed $40, but since the difference was only $5, I chose the $45 option. It wasn't until I checked out that I realized the $45 didn't include the gel, which was an additional $15--so the total came out to $60. About the service itself: while the technician was polite, her technique was extremely rough! She used a sharp tool to clean around my toenails, which was very painful. I pulled my feet back several times and told her it hurt. Then, she used a very coarse scrub on my feet. Finally, she sprayed an alcohol-based mist on my feet, which caused a burning pain! I told her it hurt, and only then she rinse it off with water. When I got home, I found several fresh wounds on my feet--no wonder it was so painful! Overall, I do NOT recommend this salon. Their service is overpriced and does not match the quality, and they are dishonest about their pricing. Booking in advance made no difference at all! read more
