We have been using Henri and Kim for the past several decades and both are talented, honest and trustworthy. The salon is clean and the blow-outs are incredible. Henri is the only one that can get my hair to gleam with absolutely no products except for the way he wields the brush and dryer. He knows color, highlighting and stays up to date on the latest trends in the hair stylist field. Kim does a beautiful job with manicures and pedicures and always has the best colors to choose from. Can I start with how super sweet the owner Kim is. She is so genuinely sweet and you immediately feel at ease with her. The salon itself is very clean and the owners take great pride in their salon clean and up to covid standards. Okay, let's get to nail talk. I called the day before and was lucky to get an appointment the very next morning. The next morning I did not have to wait at all as I was just in time but the owner was ready and waiting for me. I wanted to get a dip/gel manicure and I showed the owner a few pictures I collected and she was quite flexible and very eager to do the best to match the pictures I showed her. (IG pictures are somewhat altered and have special lighting and filters so I understood that when I showed her the pics) Very happy with her nail work and the color match that I requested. I also was happy and felt the prices were very fair and in line with the quotes I was receiving at other salons. I was in and out in a timely manner and left a very happy customer. I made an appointment with Kim for a gel mani & gel pedi and she saw me promptly. The salon is very clean and decorated cute! I had a nice time chatting with Kim. Both her and her husband are so friendly and sweet. I believe my nails were about $90 including nail design on two fingers. I was a little disappointed with my mani because the gel polish was stuck to my skin for many of my fingers, so my gel mani didn't last as long as I wanted because it started lifting soon after I got it. But my pedi is still looking good a few weeks later. It is a little bit pricey, but I would come here again since I live so close. I recommend making an appointment! read more

First Time here! Janice gave me a manicure and gel. She was super sweet attentive and did a great job. She offered me water and hot tea, which was really sweet of her. The salon is super clean and they have a really great ambience going on. I would definitely come back and get a pedicure and possibly try other services they have. Love Eylsee Nail Spa simply because of the amazing service! Kim is so sweet and really cares about the quality of her work. I got a pedicure here and it came along with a nice relaxing scrub massage which hit the spot. Also, the nail salon is extremely clean and I felt very safe especially since it was my first time back at a salon with covid. There are barriers in between the customer and manicurist and the staff only sees people with an appointment as well. I would highly recommend Elysse Nail Spa and will be coming back again. Also another plus is that it's combined with a hair salon so I'll be coming back soon for a hair cut which is so convenient! read more

Stopped by the shop to inquire about a nail appointment at 4:45pm on 12/9. Door was locked and when I knocked the lady just sat there looking at me. I knocked again and motioned for her to come to the door. Is this an open business?? Doesn't seem like it.. oh.. closes at 7pm. Okay, this is weird then. So she proceeds to talk to me through the glass and neither of us can hear eachother. She then walks away and comes back and says she is booked for tomorrow.. while yelling through the glass! I had a mask on mind you. How rude.. aweful customer service. Was considering giving this shop a try but after that, ill gladly take my business elsewhere read more

Wow, honestly I was very impressed with their service. From the moment I called to try to book an appointment, Kim immediately accommodated me and a friend, even though she was completely booked. Once getting there, she was on time and immediately made us feel welcome, super friendly! She even offered yummy coffee/tea. And their work is just as excellent as their service. I came across this gem while scrolling for a local nail spa by my house. It was a Thursday afternoon, and I just needed a quick pedicure and walked in around 4:15p. I was greeted by a sweet woman, and asked her if a walk in pedicure was possible. She said yes, and quickly readied a spa chair for me while I picked a polish color. I was grateful that she agreed to squeeze me in as a walk in. The woman's name is Kim, and she did such nice and clean work on my pedicure (full transparency, it's been a long while since I have had one done). Kim is extremely friendly, and her salon is decorated with a Paris and Eiffel Tower theme, simply elegant and relaxing. I loved it and I definitely found my new spot. She wouldn't even open the door!!! .... I came for an pedicure and the door was locked at 5pm. Hours of operations said until 7pm. When I gestured for her to open she just looked at me as if I was at the wrong place. I figured since there was only one customer inside and she wouldn't communicate with me the lady was closing early, so I left. I came back about 30 minutes later because I was still in the area, and just to see if giving her the benefit of the doubt was justified.. (I was counting on MAYBE..she was in fact closing early and didn't want to articulate that),.. But this time more customers where inside. Wtf? I know I'm a black man but DAMN...... SMH... don't even know what to say. 1 star for the Discrimination and I wish nothing but knowledge and love for her ignorance. Do better... such a damn shame. read more

Overpriced before t was $26 this time the girl charged me $40! Wtf!! I only came here cause professionails was packed but I regret not just going back another day. So let me start off by saying they don't have that many nail people working there. The girl who started taking off my gel went to help someone else and was just talking the whole time I sat there for like more than 10 mins waiting. Then another girl helped me. But my gel mani turned out to be $40 which is ridiculous she charged me $10 extra just cause I wanted my ring finger to be a different color! Like that never happens! At professionail it is just $26 for gel mani and your ring finger can be a different color. Honestly would not go back! I felt like I got con of my money. Honestly guys go to professionails there's is reason why they get so many customers compare to this place read more

THE BEST NAIL SALON IN THE AREA HANDS DOWN. Kim and Mabel are the sweetest! i'm so happy with the degree of customer service I received here! After a long day of work I decided to look on yelp for a nail salon to get a full set. I came across Elysee's fantastic reviews and was immediately drawn in. I called and made an appointment with Kim and was so excited! When i arrived, I was attended to very quickly. The service was diligent and the ladies took their work seriously! However, they were still personable and engaged in great conversation. My pedicure done by Mabel was super relaxing! She made sure I was comfortable and even made me some ginger lemon tea! YUM! I have never felt more spoiled by a salon! Kim helped me pick my manicure color, even though she was already staying late to finish my set. We tried out a couple different colors and decided on a holographic gel! I love it! It even matched the shoes I wore into the salon what a funny coincidence lol Visiting Elysee salon will now be on my to do list every 2 weeks as a treat to myself! Can't wait to be back! read more

It's been a few years since I've been to Elysee Nail Spa & I loved my experience as much as I did the last time. They've moved to a new location since I've last been there & this new place is great! Bigger & more beautiful than the last. I came in for a haircut & Henry did a great job. Im very picky when it comes to my haircuts & Henry gave me exactly what I wanted. I also got my nails done by Holly, who was very friendly, attentive, & did an amazing job. There were plenty of parking spaces, it's an easy to find location, & very clean salon overall. I needed a pedicure and decided to try this salon. I loved it! Mable introduced herself and did a great job. She took her time, no rushing, and massaged my tired feet with hot stones. It's a small salon with massaging pedi chairs, a few nail stations and hair stations. Clean, quiet, and friendly. I will be back. The owner Kay was very nice as well. I had been looking for a nail salon that I would like so, I have been trying a couple of places. I ended up going to Elysees because it was close to my gym. This is a cute small calm salon, so clean and comfy. They have a wide array of services and most of the people I have met so far are so polite, customer service oriented, and just so friendly. I started with gel manicures, by Janice, which was one of the best paint jobs, they have good quality gels, and lots of variety in colors. Since I liked my gel manicures so much I returned for acrylics. Janice did a wonderful job with shaping and getting the style just as I wanted. I showed her a picture of the color and design and she helped me find the best match, she is amazing! I get compliments all the time, this is now officially my go to nail spot and I recommend this to everyone who compliments my nails. I heard they also do eyelash extensions, so tbag moght be my next service to try. Side Note: Lemon tea is delicious!!! read more

Great manicures, pedicures and service in a really cute shop. The store is clean, chairs are in good shape and staff is friendly.

I hardly ever get my nails done but a pedicure is necessary once in awhile for me, especially with ingrown toenails. I found this salon via yelp. I recommend calling ahead of time to avoid any waiting since it is a smaller salon that also provides haircut services. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Mable did a wonderful job with my pedicure. She took her time and ensured I was okay when removing those stubborn ingrown nails. The foot massage was lovely and I felt very much relaxed. Mable even offered a lemon honey tea that was soothing and added to the calm ambiance. Overall, I appreciated that Mable never rushed and was detailed in the pedicure she provided. Will definitely be back when I decide to get my next one :) read more

The couple, Henry & Kim that run the Nail plus Hair is a one-stop French themed place to get b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l nails & hair. I love the warm stone and chair massage pedicare-it is to die for! I came here on an afternoon during a weekend for a manicure, and was pleasantly surprised of how enjoyable the experience was. The employees here took their time and were detailed in every step of the gel manicure process. Instead of rushing to the next customer and overlooking small details, Kim and her employees were meticulous to ensure that the job was done well and with love. This shop is in Hacienda Heights on Colima and Punta Del Este. It's a very small salon but clean. They also do hair and facials. Very pleased with my pedicure. I like the warm stones they use for massaging. I use to go to the other big nail place in HH but I decided I needed a change. read more
