My daughter came here to get her toes and nails done, but they refuse to do acrylics on her toes and kept on her would've a bad idea was I want to do acrylic on her fingers and she's 16 very disappointed to have to pay for a service that you didn't want and of course you try to tell my daughter to speak up, but she's a kid and she gets nervous and she's in a ugly situation. I have been here a few times before that's close to my house. It's convenient. It's always a good job. I don't get anything fancy I went in today, I just needed a Phil and I said I didn't want any color The gentleman helped me and again asked me what color I told him non he looked shocked and asked why lol I said I just don't want any. He did a great job on my nails. My only complaint is I had red nail polish on before and he didn't completely remove it off of the sides and me just wanting no color you can see the red on the nail, so it doesn't look as natural as I want it to be. These are my natural nails and I just wanted them to look natural. When I went to pay I gave them my credit card she told me they don't take credit card they only take Zelle or cash , I didn't have either so I asked if they took Apple Pay she said yes I had to put in there number save it and then be able to pay and then I was shocked. All I got was a fill and it was $40 they charged me to remove the previous nail polish five dollars and it wasn't even all the way removed and it's $35 for a fill a basic fill. Jasmines Nails is the best in Hacienda Heights! I have been a loyal customer since November 2020. Each and every one of the nail technicians does an amazing job with manicures and pedicures. I love how each staff member is meticulous with the cleaning of the manicures and pedicures. It's my favorite part seeing all the dead skin and cuticles removed. My gel manicures can usually last up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on how well I take care of them. There is an array of various colors available. Honestly the WORST nail Salon I have EVER been too. I had a French Manicure from Kevin the owner. PIC ATTACHED. I noticed that the Manicure that is translucent. you can see my actual nail bed under the manicure. I didn't notice at first. but when I cam back the next day and brought it up to him. he said He wouldn't change it and that it was fine. I even offered to pay him more money, Mind you I already tipped the guy $10 and He still said NO. Natural lighting is worse than the flash. so basically he stole 55 bucks from me. Pedicure was pretty standard and looks nice, I just got regular white nail polish, but the spa area wasn't the most clean and they don't put plastic around it for easy clean up, which made me question how often they scrub that thing between clients. Main reason I'm not giving 5 stars was because I offered to pay with my card or I was going to pull out cash, she has me Zelle her and the transaction was late to go through. I had to wait there as if I wasn't going to pay them, which was annoying, so finally she swiped my card. Don't know why she couldn't just do that in the first place. i have been coming to Jasmine Nail for a few months now since I get my lashes done next door at Sumi beauty. Today I had the worst experience. I went to get my regular gel mani and pedi. i wanted five different colors for my mani and the guy was working was immediately annoyed. I showed him a picture of nail colors and design that I wanted and he said "no your nail too short!" so I said okay fine i'll just do five different colors. He said it's $3 more. I said that's fine I usually pay that anyway and get it done here. He wouldn't give me time to choose my colors and kept rushing me. There were NO OTHER customers in line or in the store. It was 2:45pm so it wasn't his lunch hour or anything. I did not understand why he was being so rude and rushing me when I am paying for this service. I came to treat myself to relax and get my nails done and instead I left upset, uncomfortable, and dissatisfied. I was just cruising around looking for a good nail salon because I had time to kill after my Yoga class My first impression to the place was meh, because the decor didn't look that "fashionable". I came here for my first time and had a bad experience :( I feel bad leaving a bad review but it's just the truth. I came in for a broken nail repair and I showed Hanna a photo of what I would like and she gave me something completely different. I'm pretty upset with the work and she cut both my pinkies and ring finger and middle finger. She chipped off the old gel with her bear hands and sanded down what wouldn't come off. She gave me a green chrome and left lumps and bumps. I asked for gel and tip extensions and I walked out with acrylics. I never wanted that but I guess that was a miscommunication. She left my polish messy af and my left thumb nail is so fat it looks like a June bug with this chrome green there is black left around my nails and cut marks. I'd called to ask them if they could take a pedi and they said yes, but when I showed up when I said I would, they told me they had 3 ahead of me and that I could wait if I wanted. ** This review is for the older male nail technician I've been here a few times, and even brought some of my friends here too. Every time I've been here, Hannah has done my nails and she does a really good job. BUT after today I will not be coming back. I don't usually review places but after reading a past review from a lady who experienced the EXACT thing I experienced today, I feel obligated to say something too. The older man who works there did my nails today. I asked to get my acrylics removed and to get a gel manicure. He proceeds to get an acrylic nail tip to pop my acrylics off. The first one didn't hurt too bad. The second one however, was BAD. Instead of digging into my nail, he digged into my SKIN. I pulled away and said it was hurting really bad. He pauses. He proceeds to do the SAME THING. AND HE CUT ME. I was bleeding a lot. He tried to stop the bleeding by spraying an excessive amount of alcohol but in the end I was left in stinging pain. (Refer to pics) I made it clear I would not be paying for that service. I paid for my gel manicure, which is unfortunate because he did a pretty decent job on that. Kevin does such a great job!! Everytime I decide to try out a new nail salon, I end up regretting it because Kevin just does such an amazing job. He always takes his time and always goes back to clean up areas if he sees he made a minor mistake somewhere. They are also very reasonably priced, and even charge lower than some other places in the area. All the nail techs here are so nice and welcoming. While getting lashes done next door, I wanted to kill 2 birds w 1 stone and gave this spot a try. The only male in the salon, which of whom most likely has no license to even be behind a spa chair, did my pedicure. This gentleman basically filed my pinky toe nail completely off. And because I was distracted by a phone call, I looked down at my pedicure and my toe nails were cut so short I wanted to cry. My skin was over my big toe nail itself. The nail polish was diluted and toe nails uneven beyond repair. Nails so short it hurt inside my shoe. OMG!!! This is what I get for being in a rush and trying to settle for any nail salon. I don't normally venture out here to get my nails done as I live in the SFV, but my normal nail girl is closed due to Covid and I had an appointment in the same shopping center as this salon so I called to see if they had any appointments the next day and she did at the exact time I wanted to come. I got there and they checked my temp and followed all precautions by setting the chairs outside and distanced from each other and they had plexi Glass in between the clients and technicians. Hannah was my tech and she was so friendly and sweet. The only negative was they didn't have a color similar to the color I wanted but I ended up happy with the one I chose. Hannah did an excellent job and she removed old acrylics, cut my cuticles and put on new ones, painted with gel and a design in less than an hour and a half! Price is very fair and reasonable and she was sweet enough to come an bring me bottled water in the heat while I waited in the shopping center for my next appointment. The lady that helped me was very nice and even did and extra beautiful design on my nails. I got a really great massage on my prego legs that I even fell asleep. The actual services performed were awful. Maybe if you come on a day when they have competent techs working, but not on the day that I went (Sunday). I needed a full set done, and they told me they could do it, no problem. I ask them for a simple coffin shape.. "we can't do that." McScuse me? "We don't know how to do that." Fine. Just do a basic square shape. My nails came out 4 different shapes and different lengths. I tell them that one nail is drastically shorter than the others, "That's just your nail." Okay... now I'm pissed. If you mess up and I ask you to fix it.. just fix it. Don't tell me some bullshit to try to hide your screw up. I wanted to just tell them to stop and walk out of the store but I already had 2 nails glued on, and about 7 fingers covered in nail glue.. (which I'm still peeling off today -_-) They rushed through the job, they cut my fingers up numerous times and one nail has already come off. If I knew that this is what I would be getting, I would have never even sat down in the chair. Now I'm stuck waiting for these to grow out and get them redone somewhere competent.
