I was looking for a nail spa other than the one I usually go to since the wait…read moreTime was long ways to go, I read reviews before calling and this place was the only one with good reviews. I've been living in La Puente for many years. The outside isn't so pleasant but it's usually the ones that have nice ppl inside that are the places that are worth going to. It's also about what you want as in a fill or full set upon entering. Kim greeted us with smiles which was very comforting. My sister and I needed a fill and full set and of course a repair on my nail. The man that worked on me was named, Niev. He was very kind. He introduced himself. He wasn't too pushy but very quiet. I didn't mind that since I wasn't looking to talk much. It was slow inside. It was just myself and my sister. There's no AC, but the breeze from the outside was enough. I overheard Kim talking talking about customer service, that no matter what it's always good to speak up. They can't read your minds, and they are professionals but nobody is perfect. It's true. I've heard women come in to places to get their feet or hands done and they are rude to the manicurist. Overall, I will be back because of the customer service.

Have you ever had service so good that you wanted to tell EVERYONE about it so they don't miss…read moreout??? Well, that's the experience from this nail salon. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such a warm welcome by Anna that I immediately knew I was in good hands. I came in for full set w/pedicure and they did not disappoint. I am more than pleased with not only the service levels, but also the care they put into their work. Anna did an amazing job getting my feet all the way together and Kim so masterfully did my full set. I was outdone when Kim wasn't completely satisfied (I didn't even notice an imperfection), but she quickly apologized and asked if I had time for her to correct it. By this time I'm shocked because I've been to salons that try to hide imperfections and hope you don't notice. Kim wasn't having ANY of that. They got me ALL the way together. I will drive all the way from Murrieta to come here from now on because it is hard to find someone so passionate about what they do. Do your hands & feet a favor and stop in. I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

Full Line Nail Spa has been my go-to nail salon ever since it reopened. The salon is very clean,…read morethe atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, prices are affordable, they have the biggest variety of nail polish I've seen so far and the nail techs are excellent, both when it comes to quality of work/speed and customer service. Especially Liz, she's so efficient, quick, and accurate and does a fantastic job with my nails. If you have time, try the get a spa pedicure, you won't regret it. It's literally pure relaxation and the massage chairs are so nice, too. Altogether I feel like I'm in the best hands and can only highly recommend this nail salon. One piece of advice: If you want to avoid long wait times or any frustration as a walk-in, just make an appointment. It's one phone call or text message and they are very accommodating.

I had a very upsetting experience at this nail spa. I was seated and then left waiting while the…read moreemployee continued servicing other customers. While my hands were soaking in acetone, they started burning, so I spoke up because I was uncomfortable and concerned about the irritation. Instead of addressing my concern calmly, the employee became aggressive, yelled at me, and argued with me. Another employee also became involved. When I said I was going to call the police, the other employee took my phone from me. They also took a picture of me during the situation without my permission. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I came in expecting basic customer service and to have a relaxing experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope management takes this situation seriously and makes sure customers can raise health or safety concerns without being yelled at, having their belongings taken, or being photographed without permission.

The WORST nail place in LP. The attention to the clients was horrible. The service was rushed. My…read moredaughter went in for removal of gel x and wanted a fresh new set. One girl took her nails off by soaking, then ended up cutting my daughter really bad when she began to use the tool to file down. Then she poorly sized the new set to her fingers. She made my daughter move stations then had a guy work on her. My daughter voiced that she wanted them a little shorter and if it was possible to cut down. Well, he cut them alright. Again, poorly sized. Her right hand nails are way shorter than her left hand. My daughter was not happy at all. I would not recommend this place and we plan on NEVER returning

I went here on the recommendation of an employee at the Grocery Outlet despite what a previous Yelp…read morereview stated about the place being so dirty. This nail salon is extremely dirty and in disrepair. Jack was very careless with my manicure and left my cuticles jagged. At one point, I asked him how long he's been doing nails. He replied for 10 years. I asked if he liked it, and he replied not really. Denis didn't clean all the particles from my nails after filing, so there are white specks in my gel manicure, which is also very haphazard and sloppy around the edges. The way the color was applied looks very clunky and careless. A couple of my nails were stuck to my skin, so I had to pry them apart after. Also, the UV machine for gel manicure is falling apart. It burnt my knuckles and part of my hand. I don't know the pedicure tech's name, but she doesn't clean her tools, actually I don't think any of them do, and she knicked one of my toes with her machine. She gives a great massage, but the level of care isn't really there. They charged me $80 for gel mani/pedi + $1 credit service fee. I tipped all of them because I won't be going back. I don't like to make scenes for people unless it is truly necessary, so please take this review as honest and caring. If they don't want to take care of their salon, which they can for the prices they are charging, then it's best to go somewhere else.
