I had a very disappointing experience with Michelle. From the moment I sat down, she did not greet…read moreme or make me feel welcome. The appointment felt rushed from start to finish. During my service, Michelle was texting on her phone instead of giving her full attention to my nails. The biggest issue was my index finger. The nail was applied crooked, and rather than removing it and fixing it correctly, she filed it down and placed another nail on top of it. The result was bulky, uneven, and clearly not done properly. The nail was also left with excess product around the cuticle area, making it look messy and unprofessional. She was also speaking with coworkers in another language throughout the appointment, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While I don't know what was being said, the overall atmosphere was not friendly or professional. I paid for a quality service and left with nails that looked rushed and poorly done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Michelle based on my experience.

I can tell she is proud and passionate about her work and her sweet personality tops it off. The most important factor is how she listened to what I wanted, other nails salons will critique you and suggest something completely different than what you originally expected.
