One girl took her nails off by soaking, then ended up cutting my daughter really bad when she began to use the tool to file down. Then she poorly sized the new set to her fingers. I came in for a walk-in pedicure at 6:29 PM. On top of that, their Instagram bio and story both say they accept walk-ins until 7 PM. Why even promote walk ins if you can't even abide by them? They promote nonstop. I wouldn't recommend this place to be quite honest, I came in for a pedicure with my sister and mother. This place has the worst customer service as it gets. Sulli did my nails and I was not impressed by her. She was rude from the very beginning. I got acrylic for my wedding a few weekends ago and I wasn't sure which shape to choose since I never get acrylic so I asked for her expertise. Instead of giving me her input she rudely told me I needed choose a style. After that conversation we probably said three words to each other such as length and wash my hands. The entire service she was so rough with my nails that I felt as if I'm getting punished instead of getting pampered. I believe she's either the owner or the owners daughter so she doesn't care about her service. The whole time while doing my nails she was watching videos on her phone, lecturing her son and helping him with summer school work. When it was done she grab my hands and started to take pictures and videos without giving me a heads up. She than rudely say thanks and tells her mom to ring me up. I paid, tipped and left. I came as a walk in on a late Monday afternoon at 4:30pm. I didn't realize you can make appointments so I waited maybe 15 mins for someone to take me. When to go in, you sign yourself in on the iPad. I did a gel mani and pedicure (deluxe). The lady I got did a great job! She took her time to really shape and cut my nails but fast enough that it didn't feel long. I definitely recommend coming! They did good on my toes and were able to take my daughter and I in rather fast on a Thursday afternoon. It was $35 for pedicure. They were trying to charge me the same price for daughter who's only 9. I said Nevermind because that's just too much for a little Girls toes. Once I said no that's too much they changed it to ten.
