I could give it zero stars if I could because the service here was absolutely horrible. So I came in here with my mom and she told them in the beginning I was going to be getting acrylics and she would be getting a pedicure. Yet for some reason, one of the ladies tried to soak my feet and when my mom corrected her the lady gave her attitude. When it was my turn to get my acrylics done by another woman there, she was on the phone most of the time chatting with clients. She was rushing my nails and they came out absolutely god awful! I had to file them down myself when I got home because the nails were so chunky. On top of that, sis tore the hell out of my cuticles because they looks gross and all torn up. When I tried to ask the lady to fix them she gave me attitude for it. Considering how stiff competition is for nail salons are I'd expect them to give their best to each client but I just felt rushed out. read more

Day 1 As of July 11, 2021 around noon I went to this nail salon. I paid 40$ cash that was the tip included for the ugly nail job she did. Her name was TUTU. The workers we're very dismissive to my needs. The focus was Monetary gain. They do not understand value (S). They only speak in Vietnamese. They are too coward to communicate In Americas home language. (English) Day 2 July 12, 2021 11:45 am - 2:00 PM I paid another nail bill due to my nails being shaped uneven. Different length (s). old polish was reflecting through the hideous nail job tutu did. I still was dismissed of the nail design , I wanted. they painted my nails the color they wanted and charged me again. $17 receipt says $19 ! I did not get the design I requested. yet I was recharged again. I did wait until 12 to be seen, she allowed Non- People of color to get seen before me while I waited an hour outside. They were laughing at how ugly my nails looked. while she told me she was going to text TUTU how she did my nails. She took a picture , refilled / and filed passed me over to an elder who painted my nails , Painted them NOT according to the design I requested. Grand total in 2 days with this shop was 40+19 = 59+ 4= 63 dollars for a simple nail job. + I will request the BBB to examine this shop and to verify all workers are licensed, and a full refund . The moral: is to speak English when dealing with Americans or go to an adult school to study ESL. Principal: Listen don't be dismissive & greedy. all 3 workers were tipped equally . Cash : was given to all 3. I'm upset due to my nails not being done per my request. they did my nails how they wanted and charged me 2x . Day 1 very ugly / uneven / old paint reflected through the tacky nail job Day 2 still being dismissive / she toke a picture and showed her how ugly they looked / and still did them how she wanted Sincerly , AP ( Tutu told my 3 year old , and he started crying that " I do not want him" I stayed quiet in fear, I am A CCMA ) I know my laws . He kept crying because he felt her bad energy, we only went back because I felt robbed, and guzzled. I did not get my money's worth ! I feel these people are prejudice , and colourist, greedy, and evil. Although these issues occurred, we still were kind, we don't believe in hurting those who attempt to harm us I need all of the license (s) of the workers to be examined, and a discovery to be made. In addition , if workers are working w/o a license , I request , sanctions on the owner. Any form of retaliation will be further examined by a federal court. This shop needs to be closed down! read more

Horrible service. Paid over $100. The women in the photo below said I need a full set because My nails were old. They pitch you a full set everytime just to make money. I let this women know that my new nail she put on was crooked and her French manicure that she free handed was also very crooked and uneven. I asked her if she could straighten out the nail polish, her response to me was " Omg you are so picky!" I was like excuse me?? I'm paying over $100 for nails please do it right, she started rolling her eyes. So unprofessional, she started raising her voice at me infront of other guests, terrible new owners. I miss the old owners that ran Nail Passion. I miss May and Jessica. This place is not worth it, beware! Wish I could give it 0 stars. This new owner is ridiculous, I'll never come back! I recently moved to West Covina and had not found a local nail shop but so glad I found this place. I have to admit it had been weeks since I had my nails done it was more natural nail than acrylic, on top on that I had broken my natural nail underneath. I was terrified of getting them done since I had broken my natural nail badly. Sally was very gentle and managed to remove the nail painlessly. My nails look great and I'm glad I can start my birthday month with a fresh and beautiful set. read more

The reason i go to nail salon is not only for a polish but a good clean nails ,i told the lady it is not clean and the one sitting beside her that serving another customer said its already clean and i said it is not clean and they talk in their language that they can only understand instead of asking me the concern about my nails. i repeat myself but not taking initiative to make my nail clean and hurry to put nail polish i even took their tools to clean my own nails and i showed her but still she continue to put polish. It is a bad experienced as its my first time in their salon i thought i will get a good pedicure and its a failure. she just need more training i believe. i will not comeback for sure.Too many salon i can go, competition is tight so i do not worry not to come back in their salon. even yhe shape of nail is not right.Thanks for the first and last service. read more

Came in today for a full set and pedicure. I know better than to come into these type of nail salons, but my nail lady was busy and booked. First off, the receptionist was on her phone didn't even acknowledge me. The ladies in the back doing nails had to tell her to look up. She was very rude then on top of that the lady doing my pedicure wouldn't stop talking in their language that only they could understand talking about my toes, laughing and giggling. For some reason, it was bothersome that I changed my mind from white glitter to pink she had something to say about that. I asked for a cat eye design and it just looks like glitter in my nails. She kept looking at the clock while doing my nails and was in a hurry. I felt like I was bothering her by being there and giving her business paid over $100 for my set and I'm not happy. Overall the experience was horrible. Save your money and time for a more respectable experience somewhere else. read more

I got a spa pedicure Sunday and I loved it! The woman who sits at the first station did my pedicure and wow it was amazing. The spa chair was very clean and sanitized. The bowl had a liner and was clean. They had tons of regular and gel polishes to choose from. My toes came out beautiful I am very very happy and will come back again. read more
