While my hands were soaking in acetone, they started burning, so I spoke up because I was uncomfortable and concerned about the irritation. Instead of addressing my concern calmly, the employee became aggressive, yelled at me, and argued with me. Another employee also became involved. When I said I was going to call the police, the other employee took my phone from me. They also took a picture of me during the situation without my permission. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I came in expecting basic customer service and to have a relaxing experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope management takes this situation seriously and makes sure customers can raise health or safety concerns without being yelled at, having their belongings taken, or being photographed without permission.

The nail technician cut my cuticles way too aggressively, to the point where the skin around my toenails is now red, irritated, and painful. It actually hurts to walk because of how much skin was removed. On top of that, the shaping of my toenails is uneven and inconsistent. While the polish color is pretty, the overall quality and attention to detail were lacking. I understand that mistakes happen, but a pedicure should never leave you in pain. I wish the technician had been more gentle and careful, especially when trimming the cuticles. Unfortunately, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning after this experience.
