It was 3:30 pm, we were still waiting, I asked Vivian what time will be my Mom's turn, she said she had 2 more customers ahead of Mom, so she would finish them before my Mom. So I told her that could be after 4 pm, she said that she couldn't stop in the middle of serving other customers and started Mom. I told her that what was the point making appointment, we could just walk in and wait. She said that no appointment no service. Totally unacceptable! She told me rudely that you don't have to come if you don't like it. I told her as a matter of fact I hated the haircut she did it last year! I came because of my Mom! I felt that it was a misleading quote, but since I was there - I decided to just pay extra. Now onto the service itself, my nail tech was very rough when removing my 3D nail art. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.
