It was 3:30 pm, we were still waiting, I asked Vivian what time will be my Mom's turn, she said she had 2 more customers ahead of Mom, so she would finish them before my Mom. So I told her that could be after 4 pm, she said that she couldn't stop in the middle of serving other customers and started Mom. I told her that what was the point making appointment, we could just walk in and wait. She said that no appointment no service. Totally unacceptable! She told me rudely that you don't have to come if you don't like it. I told her as a matter of fact I hated the haircut she did it last year! I came because of my Mom! She told me that she can't guarantee 100% of her hair cut skill and also I can stop bringing my Mom! She then said her service could charge to $3,000! What ! I told her you meant 3,000 yens! While my hands were soaking in acetone, they started burning, so I spoke up because I was uncomfortable and concerned about the irritation. Instead of addressing my concern calmly, the employee became aggressive, yelled at me, and argued with me. Another employee also became involved. When I said I was going to call the police, the other employee took my phone from me. They also took a picture of me during the situation without my permission. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I came in expecting basic customer service and to have a relaxing experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope management takes this situation seriously and makes sure customers can raise health or safety concerns without being yelled at, having their belongings taken, or being photographed without permission.
