Since we had an appointment, we got seated right away. I showed my nail tech my inspiration photo on my phone, and she got started pretty quickly. She was nice, but the whole service felt pretty rushed. At times she didn't even let the UV gel finish curing before asking me to take my hand out so she could move on to the next coat. I also added chrome for an extra $15, and while she did take time to make sure it covered most of the nails, I noticed later there were still some missed spots. The overall application also felt a bit uneven, and the gel looked really thick (almost more like a builder gel than a standard gel manicure). Looking at my nails from the side, the thickness seems more noticeable than previous times that I've had them done here. I'm not sure if it was from extra layers or how the gel was applied, but it didn't feel as clean as past visits. Overall, it was okay for the price and convenience, but I definitely left feeling like the attention to detail wasn't quite there this time.
