Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I understand that a men's pedicure typically takes less time since there's no nail shaping or polish, but the difference in timing was excessive. We arrived around 5:55 PM, and my husband's pedicure was finished by about 6:20 PM. I did use the restroom before my service, but that took 1.5 minutes? Meanwhile, his entire service--including the sea salt scrub, cuticle care, and callus removal--was completed before my cuticles had even been touched. My pedicure wasn't finished until just before 7:00 PM. It felt like the services weren't paced well, especially considering we came in together to celebrate a special occasion. I don't mind if one service takes a little longer than the other since I clearly had polish but a 40 minute difference for the same package felt unreasonable for the price we paid. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers who come in together. Before I get into the negative, I have to give my pedicurist 5/5 stars. She was amazing--she took her time, paid attention to every detail, and really took great care of my feet. I absolutely loved the service she provided. Even though I wasn't happy with my husband's service, I still tipped his technician $10 because I know how hard those in the nail industry work. Our total came to $125, and after tips we paid $150. I'm a licensed manicurist myself, so I understand how services should be performed and timed. I know men's pedicures generally take less time, but my husband's technician rushed through his service. She could have spent more time making sure the pedicure matched the quality and value of the package we paid for. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price, especially since we chose the highest-tier pedicure to celebrate my husband's birthday. The quality of my service was excellent, but the inconsistency between our experiences was disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to provide the same level of care to every client. Do better.

I asked only for a pedicure and upon being seated they returned with a book of different types of pedicures that they offer (in addition to their cucumber and lavender options). In my opinion, the out the door price at $60.00 was not worth the service provided. I could perhaps justify the bells and whistles if the basic service was fantastic, but it was not. The staff was friendly and nice. I just left feeling like my feet weren't really taken care of. To my surprise, the regular polish I had asked for peeled off within 24 hours.

I left wishing I had skipped the pedicure altogether. That was ultimately the biggest reason for my rating. While I was very pleased with my manicure, the disappointing pedicure outweighed the positives, and because of that, I don't see myself coming back. She reuses nail files and tips between clients without disinfecting them. There is no visible sanitation station or wipe downs in between clients. Brushes are shared across clients. The floors are consistently dirty and dusty. This is a real fungus and infection risk and people deserve to know before they book. The quality of work has also declined significantly. Manicures feel rushed, hangnails are left unaddressed, and she frequently complains about certain colors or designs being too difficult rather than just doing the job. It does not feel like someone who takes pride in their craft anymore. I wanted to support a small business and I did for a long time. But I cannot in good conscience recommend this place based on what I have experienced and observed.

Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. I felt that it was a misleading quote, but since I was there - I decided to just pay extra. Now onto the service itself, my nail tech was very rough when removing my 3D nail art. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.
