My sister and I went for gel manicures for her birthday, and we made an appointment ahead of time (which ended up being really helpful since there were about 10 people waiting when we arrived). Since we had an appointment, we got seated right away. I showed my nail tech my inspiration photo on my phone, and she got started pretty quickly. She was nice, but the whole service felt pretty rushed. At times she didn't even let the UV gel finish curing before asking me to take my hand out so she could move on to the next coat. I also added chrome for an extra $15, and while she did take time to make sure it covered most of the nails, I noticed later there were still some missed spots. The overall application also felt a bit uneven, and the gel looked really thick (almost more like a builder gel than a standard gel manicure). Looking at my nails from the side, the thickness seems more noticeable than previous times that I've had them done here. I'm not sure if it was from extra layers or how the gel was applied, but it didn't feel as clean as past visits. Overall, it was okay for the price and convenience, but I definitely left feeling like the attention to detail wasn't quite there this time.

I felt that it was a misleading quote, but since I was there - I decided to just pay extra. Now onto the service itself, my nail tech was very rough when removing my 3D nail art. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.

She reuses nail files and tips between clients without disinfecting them. There is no visible sanitation station or wipe downs in between clients. Brushes are shared across clients. The floors are consistently dirty and dusty. This is a real fungus and infection risk and people deserve to know before they book. The quality of work has also declined significantly. Manicures feel rushed, hangnails are left unaddressed, and she frequently complains about certain colors or designs being too difficult rather than just doing the job. It does not feel like someone who takes pride in their craft anymore. I wanted to support a small business and I did for a long time. But I cannot in good conscience recommend this place based on what I have experienced and observed.

It all came out wonderfully, and looks even better in person. Because they are so detail oriented and careful, this appointment will take a long time. I think we were there for nearly 3.5 hours in total, so schedule your time appropriately. It's not cheap, but the nails are very sturdy and good quality.

Nicole was really taking her time to clean all my cuticle area and I was amazed how nice my nails was afterward. I didn't do any crazy style or stuff but I wanted to do something simple this time since I was going to an interview. But I will be back for sure the coming week and do some more design this time. For my service, I just did the pedicure with no color. The lady was very professional and had clean tools. I had no problem whatsoever! For parking, it is a little tricky since it's in the corner of a plaza but nothing too difficult! Will say this is only my first visit but I'll happily visit this place again if I'm in the area!
