Bobbie took care of my pedicure and she was amazing! She was friendly, funny, & easy to talk to, and did a wonderful job on my toes! Unfortunately I don't live close by but if you're in the area or local I highly recommend coming to support these ladies! They're fabulous. It's really rare to find a salon that makes you feel welcomed and invited just on a whim, and it was so girly, clean and overall just a warm environment. I've had appointments with just about every nail tech here, and every single one has been incredibly talented, hardworking, and attentive. They always listen to what I want while also offering helpful suggestions when I'm unsure. What really keeps me coming back is the retention on my Gel-X nails. No other salon has come close. My sets regularly last 5+ weeks, and the longest I've pushed them was 6 weeks because I couldn't get an appointment sooner. Not a single nail popped off! That alone speaks volumes about the quality of their work. The team is always so sweet and welcoming, and the salon itself is cute, clean, and comfortable. I went back to give them the opportunity to fix the issue, and they added more acrylic, but now even more nails have broken again shortly after. A fresh set should not be falling apart this quickly, especially for the price charged. I attached photos because I wanted to show the condition of my nails only days after getting them done. And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. My nails have always lasted 3-4weeks (which is insane) and they're so pretty to look at. I used to drive all the way to Koreatown to get my nails done but Yukari's salon is conveniently located, well priced, and her attention to detail makes it well worth it. I couldn't decide between two shades of red and ended up going back on the original color I picked after seeing it on two of my nails, but she was super understanding about it. I hate when other places rush me and guilt me if I end up changing colors! My nails took about 1.5 hours with gel removal, but it flew by as I watched Netflix on her TV.

The walls were dirty, the baseboards were dusty, they had stuff duct taped on the chairs that were falling apart. The furniture and pillows were mismatched and the hallway to the restroom had a shredded curtain and wasn't well maintained in the back. Bathroom was pretty dirty too. * There were only three technicians working on a Saturday and the overall quality of service reflected that. *They did have AC which felt nice during this hot summer, but other than not much else going for this place. Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff the experience didn't meet our expectations and we won't be returning.
