Hello, I usually don't write many reviews but, I'm in so much pain from my nails. I didn't get her name, which I should have... but she was cutting my cuticles and filing over the cut and my nails were bleeding. I have never experienced anything like this before. I hope that no one will experience this. Please be careful. I took the pictures today because I was in too much pain yesterday after getting my nails done but you can see the redness. I spent 89$ and feel horrible!

My nails are the best Crystal is the person so Go to she gave me beautiful nails and the best service try her once you keep coming back

Went in today as a walk-in to get an acrylic overlay and pedicure. Crystal took the time to explain that dip with gel on top would be better for my nails than acrylic which I appreciated. She was so meticulous and took her time. My nails have never looked so good (I'm very critical and picky). Jenny did my pedicure which also turned out great. I've been coming here for over a decade and haven't been here in about a year but the Jenny always remembers little details about me which is nice. As always, the place was clean and the price was reasonable!

Jenny did my feet and did an amazing job. Took her time massage was the best at the end. Mathew did my nails and he was fast efficient and is a funny guy. Definitely recommend this place

I always come back to Luxury Nails when I'm back in California - it always feels like home when I step inside! I am so so happy with my results today, but this is how I feel every time. Harry did my pedicure and Tracy did my gel manicure today; they were both incredibly meticulous and detailed from beginning to end. I cannot recommend them enough -- both of them AMAZING. However, my favorite part about this salon is the people. They always make me laugh and feel good to tackle the rest of my day. There's always great chatter among other patrons there (but only if you welcome it), and it's a great place for community. Thanks for always making my homecoming so wonderful, Luxury Nails! Can't wait to come back soon!

Ombré acrylics with pink glitter powder and chrome

Jenny & Matthew were great. Matthew did my pedicure & Jenny did my ombré acrylics. They were both really nice and attentive and Jenny offered for me to come in if anything needed to be fixed which I really appreciate!

I love my nails! I wanted a minty green color and to have a butterfly style for the ring finger! The nail tech did a good job & I am glad I got them. They're kinda pricey for the style/color... but other than that I didn't get any cuts on my fingers unlike some other places that weren't careful when they file your nails... I would recommend it. This color is cute for summer & I'm loving the butterfly design too!! The only thing I didn't like was when the technician gave me attitude for asking to change the design of my nails right before she even started filing my nails... one star off for her rude attitude.

The crack on my pinky. This is how all my nails bends easily after dip powder. Never in my life I had this nails.

Cash only. Is it 1979? This business had back slid for worse. My gel nails didn't last a week. Not returning. Not recommended

How much a full set, if anyone knows?

How much is a full set with gel?

How much for a gel pedicure?

Hello, I got the gel pedicure but also the callous treatment, so it was $30. The pedicure lasted long before you can see the growth. Hope that helps.

Such a beautiful and modern salon! I called in on a Friday, hoping to come in immediately, but they…read morehad appointments so suggested an alternative time instead. The receptionist was super thoughtful because I ended up getting a call before than my appointment, notifying me of a cancellation, since she remembered I was hoping to go in earlier. The salon itself is extremely clean and modern. They had tons of polishes to choose from, and I ended up choosing a color from a jelly polish set. My nail tech was super knowledgeable and gave me suggestions of what would be healthiest and look best on my nails. The attention to detail was immaculate as well! The gel was applied super neatly, even with my dark color choice, which isn't always as forgiving. Prices are great, and even comparable to other spots that aren't as newly renovated. Highly recommend, and this will be my new go-to spot when I'm in town now!

I normally try not to write negative reviews however, this one I did need to bring up considering…read morethat I apparently am not the only one that this has happened to. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure appointment on April 12, 2026. My first experience with them was wonderful so I decided to book again. This time instead of calling in I used the online appointment system. I clicked the techs I wanted and it was confirmed on the screen I would be serviced by them. I also added an appt for my husband a few days before my appt online and got online confirmation that we would be serviced at the same time. Day of the appt I got a text saying my tech would be late. I said that's fine and I would send my husband in to keep his earlier appt. They then told me that the online system was incorrect. We got to the salon and while my husband was getting his service, I was told my tech was booked and I would be with someone else. I told them I got online confirmation of the tech id be with, they said it was wrong. This is where it all went downhill. I don't even remember the girl's name but I was ensured she would do a good job. I don't get mani/pedi often so I was looking forward to this. She used an efile on my nails and, like a few other comments, filed my nails so thin that a couple broke in their parking lot. She didn't really speak to me because she could tell I was frustrated at the miscommunication and was also told by the front desk to call next time if I want a particular tech. This option shouldn't be available online if it doesn't work. My nails started to burn that when she finished cleaning my cuticles I cancelled the rest of the appointment. I was contacted by the salon to try to make things better, which I appreciate, however it shouldn't have come to this in the first place. Needless to say, here we are 5/20 and I have not gone back. My nails are still so brittle that you can visible see where the nail was filed down vs the new growth. The nail on my left pinky is lifting so I have to be extra careful with it. I really thought I found my new shop because it's much closer. My old nail spot has been servicing me for 20+ years so looks like I'll be making the trip back there.

When I arrived, I was greater by a very friendly woman, escorted to my seat and the my experience began. The chairs are exceptional comfortable. I asked for hot water for my foot soak, and I received hot water. (This is typically not my experience at most salons). I requested the Organic Pendicure and all was wonderful. A timer was set to ensure that I received the message for the correct amount of time and the same was done for the callus remover, paraffin and hot stone treatment. The added red light therapy was an unexpected bonus. The salon was clean, quiet and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my experience and it was certainly a wonderful way to add something nice to my afternoon. I will absolutely return for another 5 star pedicure in the future.

However, before I had a chance to speak, she looked up and immediately told me to make an appointment online. It made me feel that she was not patient enough to listen to my question. I had not said anything yet and was just about to speak when she repeated that I should book online. I then explained that this was not my question -- I was asking about the available time slots online and the pricing. Although her tone of voice sounded gentle, her overall attitude felt impatient, and I felt that she was not interested in doing business. For context, I regularly spend over $200 per visit on manicures and I always tip generously. I was looking for a new salon nearby because my previous nail technician moved away, which is why I walked in to inquire. However, interrupting a customer before they even finish asking a question is, in my opinion, unprofessional. Of course, a business has the right to refuse service, but as a customer, I also have the right to share my experience. Based on this interaction, I don't believe the service at this salon would be very good. ------- I found the store's response, describing this as a "disturbance," quite laughable. I had not even begun speaking before I was interrupted. If you are unwilling to provide service, a sign stating so would be appropriate. However, the door was open and there is a " open" right in front of the door, clearly indicated that the business was operating, now you said that you don't want to be disturbed? How ridiculous! Of course , if you don't want to provide service , you can say " we are close " or " I am busy sorry", it is so easy. It is acceptable. Being cut off so abruptly before saying a single word made it clear that this business lacks the basic patience required for customer service. At the very least, I could have been told that they were busy and asked to return or speak later. Instead, I was simply interrupted without explanation. As business Mentioned " courteous ", I believe a courteous staff member would respond in this way, " sorry I am busy" " sorry we are close" and a courteous staff member would not consider a new customer's attempt to speak--before having the chance to finish--as an interruption. In their response, the business also labeled customer questions as "slander." Characterizing a customer's reasonable feedback as "slander" is itself a form of labeling. It shifts the discussion away from the actual issue and places an unwarranted accusation on the customer. With this type of attitude, it is difficult to understand how customers are expected to feel comfortable or respected. This response is disappointing, not because of disagreement, but because of its flawed logic. A customer raising a concern about an interaction is not an act of hostility, nor does it constitute slander. I left my comment on this platform with the expectation that, as a business owner, you would first reflect on the appropriateness of the staff's response. A simple acknowledgment or clarification would have been sufficient, and I would have been willing to try your services. When a business is open to the public, a respectful exchange between staff and customers should be the starting point. Interpreting customer questions or feedback as antagonism runs counter to the basic principles of doing business.
