The host not only facilitated and amazing and fun class but she ensured that we were all relaxed. We started with introductions and some breathing exercises, which we repeated at the end. I am looking forward to another class. Id go back for my nail care but I I don't live near by, almost an hour. I have bought their products online, exceptional communication. My sets with Michelle have lasted me over 42 days, which is honestly impressive. Once my nails grow out again, I'll most likely be coming back to her. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. The salon itself is pretty clean, and I've noticed a sanitizing station near the restroom, which is reassuring. So far I haven't had any issues during the years I've been coming here. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. I also had difficulty with the nail color selection. I chose a warm orange shade, but the color applied was a bright orange. When I pointed out the difference and asked for help finding a similar warm shade, Jenny appeared frustrated and told me to choose another color myself. Since the display colors did not accurately match the actual polish colors, this was difficult. Eventually, she suggested a darker red shade, which I accepted simply to move forward. Although she repeatedly assured me that she would "take care of me," the service did not reflect that. I even requested that someone else perform my pedicure, but she insisted on doing it herself. Once again, my cuticles were cut too closely. While I do not get my nails done often, I have had much better experiences elsewhere. We got to the salon and while my husband was getting his service, I was told my tech was booked and I would be with someone else. I told them I got online confirmation of the tech id be with, they said it was wrong. This is where it all went downhill. I don't even remember the girl's name but I was ensured she would do a good job. I don't get mani/pedi often so I was looking forward to this. She used an efile on my nails and, like a few other comments, filed my nails so thin that a couple broke in their parking lot. She didn't really speak to me because she could tell I was frustrated at the miscommunication and was also told by the front desk to call next time if I want a particular tech. This option shouldn't be available online if it doesn't work. My nails started to burn that when she finished cleaning my cuticles I cancelled the rest of the appointment. I was contacted by the salon to try to make things better, which I appreciate, however it shouldn't have come to this in the first place. Needless to say, here we are 5/20 and I have not gone back. My nails are still so brittle that you can visible see where the nail was filed down vs the new growth. The nail on my left pinky is lifting so I have to be extra careful with it. I really thought I found my new shop because it's much closer. My old nail spot has been servicing me for 20+ years so looks like I'll be making the trip back there.

A timer was set to ensure that I received the message for the correct amount of time and the same was done for the callus remover, paraffin and hot stone treatment.
