Due to the condition of my lashes and ongoing discomfort, I chose to have them professionally removed to avoid further damage. My priority was my eye health. I also feel that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or taken accountability for. During my appointment, the lash artist required assistance throughout the service, which raised concerns about their level of experience. I also want to clarify that my concerns are based on my direct experience, including visible damage and discomfort that led me to seek professional removal. My review reflects my experience, including the outcome, discomfort, and lack of resolution.

He's owned this location for **15 YEARS**, which says a LOT. He's incredibly kind, humble, personable, and always makes you feel welcome. I'll sometimes walk in, and yes, they can get busy -- but I usually just call ahead to see what their availability looks like. During my pedicure, the technician accidentally nicked me hard enough to draw blood. Accidents happen, but there was no apology. When I politely asked if she could disinfect the area with alcohol since my skin had been broken, she acted annoyed that I even asked. During my manicure, I simply asked for her opinion on how to fix a broken nail and which color she thought would look best. Instead of being helpful, she looked visibly irritated. Later, I asked if she could apply one extra coat of polish, and she rolled her eyes. I actually found myself apologizing for making a simple request, which says a lot about how uncomfortable the interaction was. The saddest part is that the staff often make you feel like you're inconveniencing them simply by asking for the service you're paying for. It feels as though they're doing you a favor instead of providing customer service. No customer should feel guilty for politely asking a question or requesting something reasonable. This isn't an isolated experience either. Last month, my husband was also accidentally nicked during his appointment. We understand accidents happen, but it's the lack of care, empathy, and professionalism afterward that is most disappointing. As long-time customers, we expected to be treated with kindness and respect. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I sincerely hope management addresses the staff's attitude because the quality of the customer experience no longer matches the loyalty many of us have shown this salon.

Amazing! The service was so good it prompted me to create a yelp account just to review the place. Diane did my nails and she was extremely patient and meticulous, she made sure my nails were perfect and exactly how I wanted them. The environment was extremely friendly everyone was super social and friendly. Long story short: I had a very specific request. I wanted acrylics but without acrylic powder because acrylic powder is too strong for my very weak and brittle nails :/. I usually get gel but I had noooo length on my natural nails and I wanted them longer. They suggested that I do a silk wrap (a nail technique that is pretty uncommon so I was surprised that they did it here but nonetheless very excited). They lengthened the tip of my nail the same way as they do with acrylics but instead of coating it with acrylic powder they used the silk rap method where they wrap the nail with some sort of fiber material (i'm not sure what it was called but you can google it.) BUT ANYWAY the process took a long time to do but in the end it didn't matter because my nails were EXACTLY how I wanted them to be. I've never walked out of a nail salon so satisfied with my nails before. Honestly exceeded my expectations. I'm never going anywhere else again. The wine is all you can drink but don't be like my sister and take advantage of that. Love coming here to get my nails and pedicure. They are very hygienic they use new tools. The pedicure stations use plastic bags in the basin where your feet soak and when the finish they throw the bag away. Helps to prevent fungus from growing in the basin. I didn't know how sensitive my nails would be during and after the appointment. I've watched videos of acrylics though. I had Sunny do my gel acrylics. Sunny was nice and very chatty. Sunny only used the drill to file my cuticles. He didn't use a cuticle pusher at all, just kept changing the sanding band bits. He used the cuticle clippers after and cut me on a few nails, didn't apologize or acknowledge me bleeding. He wiped my bleeding thumb off with a dirty towel. The fumes for the primer and powder was super strong! I had to breathe through my mouth. The door wasn't open and no fans were on. My nose burned when I breathed through it, that's how strong the fumes were! I showed him the picture of color nails I wanted twice. When it came to picking the color, he said he had the perfect color. I tried chiming in that the color pink was too light for me. However, he didn't hear me and started applying the color he chose. It was too late to be angry, disappointed or annoyed about the color. The session was about 80 minutes. My acrylic gel nails cost $45 but I tipped and paid $60. I don't know how clean the place is, the nail grinder was put away like normal and the towel was still on the table afterwards. I don't know if I'd do this again, the experience was shocking to my nails and me. The nails are pretty but not what I wanted.

The moment I sat down, I had a bad feeling. It took them 1 hr to remove acrylics and they drilled my nail bed so badly that they were thin. Then, they cut down my natural nails all the way to the flesh. They continued to use harsh drills on my nails where I repeatedly had to pull away to avoid getting cut or burnt. All my nails were unevenly filed. I've also never had a nail salon apply the color gel without the base coat which explains why all my nails are so bumpy and uneven. Im so sad at the poor state of my nails. I'll have to wait another 6 months to recover my nails. I still tipped 20% for the $55 acrylic full set but I think people should reconsider coming here.

However, I was still patient and friendly and I thanked her. But as soon as my nails were were done, the owner and the other nails ladies literally just wanted me to leave. At the end they were all very rude. It seems as if they choose what customers to treat better than others. I do not recommend and I will not be returning.
