My favorite part of this establishment is Lindas service dog (shes had two, Teddy who recently passed, and Ian who is newer) and the family vibe that is fostered there. I really love her facials because there are multiple steps in the process starting with a thorough cleanse and extractions and then a good amount of steps that I don't even know what each one is, but I can tell you that they are effective, not just fluff, they really do work to improve the clarity, tone and texture of my skin. My skin is clean, clear, smooth and with the light peels it is firmer and younger looking. I have had several compliments on my skin which is amazing if you could have seen before Tiffany. She also includes some of the pampering fluff parts in the facials so you really are getting the total package with one of her facials. In addition to her professional competency she is a genuinely caring and nice person, I honestly don't understand some of the other two star reviews except to say some people are not good communicators and/or do not have emotional intelligence and/or are in a bad mood and just take it out on others. I have had acne troubles ever since I was a young teen. For me it's mainly caused by hormones. Over the years in the various places I have lived (I've been a bit of a nomad :-) I found a select few aestheticians who could truly help me control my acne. Far too many aestheticians I ended up seeing really didn't understand acne or how to control it and so I spent a LOT of money hoping that the next treatment would be the one to get it under control. I moved back to Orange County about 4 years ago and during that time I saw 5 different skin care professionals, seeing each over multiple visits to give the treatments a chance to work. I never really saw great results with any of them because none of them were as detailed, thorough and comprehensive in their process as Tiffany. The last one I saw at the last appointment actually made an exasperated statement of "why is your skin breaking out?" which told me right then and there that she did not understand how to help me. So I went searching on Yelp again, praying to find the real deal who would know how to get my skin under control and thank God I found Tiffany!!!!!!!!! After the first facial with Tiffany I began to see immediate improvement in my skin and ever since it just gets better. You will need to use the Face Reality skin care products and follow the skin care routine, and it works so why wouldn't you? I'll be posting before and after pictures soon... It was never too…read moreserious but it was always there, on and off, sometimes worse and sometimes slightly better, so I´ve tried so many options and now I can say that nothing has been as helpful as Tiffany´s treatment. I used to think of myself of someone who didn´t have "good facial skin" and after going with Tiffany, people started giving me compliments about my skin, something that has never happened before. What I would definitely recommend if you decide to do the acne treatment would be: YOU HAVE TO TRUST HER. On my first appointment, just right after the treatment, my face was irritated and I was about to lose my hope because I didn´t see any improvement on that first appointment, but she explained to me that on the first sessions you won´t see any results because if you want a REAL change it doesn´t happen overnight and have to be very patient. She looked at me and said that I should just trust her. So, I choose to do so and she was right. Do not get demotivated if you don´t see changes on the first sessions, I swear it´s worth it. Tiffany´s job is deep so it takes longer but is REAL. FOLLOW EVERYTHING SHE SAYS: small habit changes, like changing your shampoo, showering at night, change your pillow sheets often and of course use the products she gives really make the difference. So if you are already paying and committing to do the treatment, those small things are actually a big part of the process. BE POSITIVE DURING THE SESSIONS: I know they are not relaxing and actually they can be painful, but honestly what helped me was just to think of how beautiful my skin was going to look after this intense treatment, and that mindset helped to tolerate those sessions. It´s not a facial where you go to chill and relax, is quite intense sometimes but is really really worth it. If you want a real change, it has to cost you something. No deep change happens overnight or without any effort, If you give Tiffany a try, really commit to it and your skin will change in an amazing way. I paid, and scheduled an appointment. I went to my first appointment and Sara, the NP, was excellent. She is kind and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I'm only giving 3 stars because there seemed to some kind of mix up with whether I was getting a bikini OR Brazilian laser hair removal. I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity. I will update my review at the completion of my laser hair removal if anything changes or if the results outweigh the service misunderstanding.
