While the polish color is pretty, the overall quality and attention to detail were lacking. I understand that mistakes happen, but a pedicure should never leave you in pain. I wish the technician had been more gentle and careful, especially when trimming the cuticles. Unfortunately, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning after this experience. She reuses nail files and tips between clients without disinfecting them. There is no visible sanitation station or wipe downs in between clients. Brushes are shared across clients. The floors are consistently dirty and dusty. This is a real fungus and infection risk and people deserve to know before they book. The quality of work has also declined significantly. Manicures feel rushed, hangnails are left unaddressed, and she frequently complains about certain colors or designs being too difficult rather than just doing the job. It does not feel like someone who takes pride in their craft anymore. I wanted to support a small business and I did for a long time. But I cannot in good conscience recommend this place based on what I have experienced and observed.

My sets with Michelle have lasted me over 42 days, which is honestly impressive. Once my nails grow out again, I'll most likely be coming back to her. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. The salon itself is pretty clean, and I've noticed a sanitizing station near the restroom, which is reassuring. So far I haven't had any issues during the years I've been coming here.
