I used to come here when I was about 5 years old and have finally come back after 14 years. This place is the only nail salon I know and it is still ran by the same lovely people. My family loves coming here and although we moved to Corona, this place will always be our Go-To. Very friendly here and care about the work they do. $90 for two gel manicures, one with flower design, and one gel pedicure. I had to get my nails done before an event and called around my local nail shops, the staff was super nice and when I asked the price for a Gel French Tip they told me the price right away which was $30. I checked other reviews and pictures of their previous work before, of course, and it looked good so I gave it a try. Kelly was super great and sweet! The service was very low quality my friend had to wait nearly an hour as it seemed like full staff on a slow day. The nails I got were not at all the shape nor color I had requested. I asked for a light baby pink and the nail tech said "no pick a different color something brighter" but I didn't want to have a bright color. I felt obligated and didn't want to seem rude. So I chose a similar pink w a lighter tone and it came out so bright almost neon and not at all what I had come in wanting. I don't make much money as it is and wanted nice valentines nails for myself and went out to get my nails done to leave feeling so sad and disappointed I spent money on something I hated. The first time I came here, I was originally going to give this place 3 stars. I had an appointment but still had to wait 30+ mins for a chair. Then when I was in a chair I had to wait about another 30+ mins for someone to begin my nails and they hadn't even turn the water on for me (see picture). From that first time, I have still continued to come back here. I ask for HELEN each time. She did my nails w/ gel as you can see in the photo. She is real nice and remembered my name fairly quickly haha. I've heard horror stories about "cheating" on your nail tech so I try to get Helen every time I come. Helen does not get annoyed w/ my indecisiveness for wanting to change my gel nail color 3 times before she applies it. She's pretty quiet but maybe that's because I don't like small talk and don't make conversation myself. Overall, she's a great tech!! This is the only location w/ reasonable prices and where the gel doesn't chip off after the first week. I continue to go here and have brought a family member here as well who is also pleased with their results. Although the wait is usually 45+ mins long just to get into a chair, I just try to be patient. Maybe next time I'll bring a book. P.S. they have really great massage chairs. read more

I'm very sad to say that I've been going to this location for more than 10 years for eyebrow waxing only. I decided to go in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax on Sunday and 3 days later my big toe on my right foot started swelling, showing signs of redness and became very sensitive. I had to go to the hospital because the swelling was only getting worse, the doctor prescribed antibiotics and informed me that it was an infection and occurs very often with pedicures. I would visit this place again for eyebrow waxing but not for any future pedicures. read more

The staff are nice and the place is okay but the way they do nails is terrible. It hasn't even been a week and my fill is starting to lift. I also got a sheer color and you can see very harsh lines of where she filled it with new acrylic. The color is good but there is no precision with the acrylic part of it and my nails do not look like there were done by a professional. I've been coming here for a couple of years now, I've tried all the ladies and I have to say Linda is by far the BEST one. She's experienced and she knows what she's doing. She always takes her time for my mom and I. She knows how to take out those ingrown nails without hurting you, unlike some others that keeps jabbing into your skin and make you bleed. I do agree with some other reviews, some ladies here do rush their work and their quality is crappy. Make an appointment with Linda, she will take good care of you. I asked for Ombre nails and this is what I got.... the next day had to get them taken off, because there was so much acrylic on my cuticles and was having a horrible reaction. I had to pay to get them taken off and then re-done somewhere else, closer to home because I was going out of town. I told Vicky I was going out of town too and she did this!!!! I called them after I had my nails re-done, told them what I went thru and asked for a refund. All they could offer me was to go back for another service for free!! Yeah right, like I'm really going to go back there for a free service after getting done dirty for a service I paid top dollar for!! No thank you! They are very friendly and are very meticulous whenever painting my nails. In addition, they have a wide selection of colors to choose from. Depending on the time you come in, you might have to wait a little. It really varies as to how many workers there are and how busy it is. It's good to make an appointment; however, I have been seated pretty quickly most of the times without one. All in all, I recommend for a gel mani/pedi/wax. read more

This review is from my experience from last June and this past January. Their service was good but the nails don't always last long. I went here to get my nails done for my college graduation and my mani barely lasted a few days. I had to go back to get them redone. They charge you extra for french manicure even though it's not listed on their prices. To top it off it frustrates me that I'm not really getting my money's worth. I've gotten other manis that have lasted longer so it depends. Also with places like this, most of the staff arent trained on designs. I requested to do a snowflake on one of my nails this past January and the lady said it was "too difficult for her" and she wanted me to change my design. Her attitude was kinda negative and it made me feel u comfortable. I was asking for a simple snowflake on two of my nails. Plus the design honestly wasn't difficult to do. Basically only one employee knew how to do it. Look I get that it's a small business, but just because the employees are older or that they're a small salon it doesn't give them the excuse to not train more on new designs. I've been to other places where the employees are different ages, but they are updated on various nail designs. Or if they can't do it they have many other employees thay can do it. The big reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because I got a nail infection on one of my nails. As I took off my nailpolish from my snowflake design, I realized my nail color was different. The color was NOT like the polish so I could tell it was an infection. Due to this I haven't came back. read more
