Ima start with the fact that they had just given a girl a pedicure and then as soon as she left they told me to have a seat. They had left the water running and then told me to try the temp out... I then pointed out they had not cleaned it since the last use nor did they provide new plastic. disgusting. After I mentioned that they placed a plastic over and then started the water up again. I was iffy to continue the session over this but decided I'm here and would follow through to see exactly how their service is. They cut and filed down my nails nicely (my nails go slightly inward cause of my tight shoes as a child) but overall they shaped them as nice as they could. The cuticle removal was a little brutal, usually it's painless but this lady went in terribly, a little too harsh. After all that, the nails did come out decent looking, but unfortunately I will not be trying this salon a second time even though it's a closer option for me with #1 on yelp. I will drive down to Whittier next time for better service. Also if you do come and like to tip, make sure you have cash as that's the only tip option. As my sister was leaving- the lady that did her pedicure did clean her station, not sure if it's cause of what I said although I shouldn't have had to say anything to begin with, it should be protocol. They also charged 1$ for the plastic bag I had asked for. read more

They tell you a different price from the beginning I was told $40 then charged $55 when I asked she stated that was the regular price even though I asked for regular acrylic for my daughter's nails. Stumbled across this gem of a nail salon in November of 2022 and so happy I did! My mother and I were on the hunt for a new nail salon after being disappointed by many other salons in the same area. Diane has done my gel manicures every single visit and she is awesome. She's very precise with her work and takes her time making sure my nails look beautiful by the end of my visit. She also does great eyebrows! My mother has had her nails, toes and eyebrows done by Kathy and she loves her work as well! I'm saddened to update this review 2 years later having left there today feeling treated like I was not wanted there, and was a bother. I was 10 minutes late. I called to let them know because traffic was terrible on a Friday and my GPS showed a delay. I was told it was ok & to go anyway. Mind you, I moved to Chino and decided to drive 40 minutes because I like them, their service and prices. I told her I drove 40 minutes in traffic... I cannot explain how many times I was told in different ways, sighs, head shakes and rushed attitude that I was late, there was a customer coming later and she (Ann) didn't have time for designs or anything else but the gel coat. She kept making comments, rushing and was frustrated because I had powder/dip nails so that takes longer to remove and she didn't anticipate that. I mentioned I wanted almond shape, she started filing for square so when I reminded her she again shook her head. I asked them to not be so pointy she said "next time ask for round". It was as if 10 minutes late - ruined her entire day! Her next appointment was at 4:15 and "she is always on time" I was told. Customer was not there when I left nor while I was outside trying to figure out how they basically told me they could not do my pedicure because I was TEN MINUTES late... and they had other appointments (place was empty besides who was seated). I left with bumpy pink nails and old, peach toes. How does 10 minutes throw off the pedicure part if you finished on time for the 4:15 appointment? She did not care and shooed me off without my pedicure. I didn't even argue, I honestly felt hurt (I know that sounds dumb but after knowing these ladies for a while that was just awful treatment). I have not been an extremely loyal customer for years, but enough for them to recognize me even after the covid break. It wasn't so much that they couldn't do the pedicure...it was the attitude and how they made me feel, unwanted. I will never go there again. read more

They have a lot of colors and keep up with trends. Their prices are reasonable. I just love the attention you get and they take their time to work on you. The place is clean and not small crowded, dirty like other places and is also well ventilated. I live in Fontana and it's worth driving out here to La Puente for a great service. Was treated badly by the man named Jim at this establishment. He was impatient and told me to wait for someone else because I told him two of my nails were crooked. I told him respectfully and didn't expect him to get mad. Women come here to relax and get pampered. If I'm a paying customer, I shouldn't be treated like this. I came here probably 3-4x in the past, last visit was on 2015. Always dissapointed. Decided to give this place another try since I was rushing and I called this place n they said they can take me in right away. When i got there theres one person doing mani pedi, and three staff. I was doing gel mani and regular pedi. Most of the colors are not available, and when i picked the one thats available, the color came out different. They let me change it with no charge, and the new color looked so dull, so different than the sample. Spotty toe nail color application, not really took my cuticles aways. Same thing with manicure, she barely cleaned my cuticles. No lotion, no massage. Even massage chair with very weak massage. I was the only one there after about 10 min of arrival and still take MORE THAN ONE HOUR to do both. They charge $34 for gel mani and pedi where other place usually charge $40, but not worth it, not worth my time, my energy, and I can say at least I gave it multiple try before made my decision wont come back here read more

When I Typically Get A Gel Pedicure, They Use The UV Light To Cure The Polish, They Didnt Here. It Air Dried When I Wobbled To The Manicurist's Table. Before We Start The Manicure, I Asked If The Can File Down My Nails So The Nail Bed Would Be Even And My Manicurist Nodded, She Didnt Do It. My Polish Is Uneven, Bumpy and My Cuticles Are Still Uncut. The Total Price Was $35. I Gave Her $40 Including Tip And Left Pretty Upset. I chose another color and he painted my nails, but left a fair amount of room by my cuticles. So rude. Walked in with my 2 year old daughter for a mani pedi. They insisted on doing my mani because I had a child. They did her mani pedi and after I asked if she could sit next to me. They got mad but did it. The girl doing my toes did HORRIBLE. She didn't buff them so the nail polish was bumpy. Didn't clean under my toes or my cuticles good enough.
