I love my nails! Request for Ann!! I got a mani and pedi in preparation for my graduation. I wasn't sure what I wanted walking into my appointment, but I had a few inspo pics for french tips. Ann was super nice, sweet, and helpful!! I wasn't sure about the pink nude colors, but Ann swatched the options on my fingers and let me see which was better! When she asked me about other preferences, I told her to do what is best and she did not disappoint! I'm OBSESSED with my nails! The pictures do not do it justice!! She only is able to do basic nails designs, if it requires drawing. However, I heard she's really good at doing chrome and cat eye. Ann works pretty fast and I was very impressed the entire time. 10/10 experience! read more

My sister and I came here as walk-ins for gel pedicures. We were seated right away! The pedicure and manicure area are separated by a wall, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The stations are clean and the chairs are comfy! My salon technician was very gentle with my feet. There was a huge selection of colors, so it was so hard to decide. I opted for a baby pink shade. Great pedicure! The staff was so nice me my mother and I. They were patient and did a good job. We just had two gel-pedicures and a gel manicure. Service was straight forward. I think the only thing I wish they had more colors, I feel like some of the colors were dated. Price is average and they are located inside the mall. Great staff and great nails, my nail tech was very talented in terms of nails... I loved my designer and I love her engery and attention to detail. I will say, unfortunately I paid $75 for nails that chipped in less then a week, not just one nail but TWO :'( really upsetting to me to be honest but I would come back for how sweet everyone is and the quick nail design, definitely need to go back and get another tech and see how it is !! read more

Service here is good. I have been doing various services with the employees there for 20+ years. From their old location to here. If you would like the same person appointments are recommended. Overall MOST are great. Though if you're not happy and you let them know before leaving - surely your problem will be fixed. Nice and clean. Professional. read more

Oh how i should have checked the reviews prior to walking in spontaneously. I got a gel mani pedi with the same color, somehow my.manicure and pedicure came out two different shades of the same color. My manicure was wildly uneven, the nail color was lumpy and my nails have these bubbled ends to them, and the lengths are not uniform on each hand. The woman doing my manicure kept texting on her phone or taking phone calls, getting up and talking to other ladies working; just generally not paying attention which is why my nails look like an effing dumpster fire. Also, be prepared for them to push zelle on you as payment, even if you have your card out. Really lacking customer service skills, and skills in general. read more

The staff working here are some of the most rudest people. I took my daughter with me to get gel mani. They were upset at my daughter for taking her time to choose the color of polish she wants even though they were still prepping her nails. The staff of about 3-4 people were all talking smack about my daughter in Vietnamese and then proceeded on talking smack about me because the of the color I chose to paint my nails. They didn't realize I understood them until I finally told them I knew what they were saying. They were unapologetic and their work was very sloppy. I had to fix my nails as well as my daughter's nails when we got home due to the gel paint pooling in the corners of the nail bed. I could have done a better job myself and saved some money. read more

Went in today on a walk in appointment. I was helped right away for a mani and pedi. The woman doing my fill was upset about me asking for power ombré dip instead of the regular acrylic. Pedicure was fine but what has me questioning now the cleanliness of this place and work ethic is the woman who did my pedicure when finished went on to the next client (a little girl no older than 10y/o). I observed her and realized she only got a new plastic lining for the tub and a foot scrub but did not pick up new sanitized nail clippers and tried using the same instructions she had used on me with the little girl which is extremely unhygienic and can potentially lead to feet/ toe nail infections. When addressed she and the owners son dismissed it by saying they were still clean. Will I be going back, no. It's evident they do not care about following proper sanitation standards. This place is definitely not what it used to be. They only care about filling up the salon with clients for money. read more

Honestly, I should have checked the reviews here before I walked in. I was just shopping around and saw this nail salon. Thought it would be a normal afternoon get my nails done kind of afternoon. Walked out with a major cut on my finger. Minor cuts on my ring finger and little red indents on the rest of my fingers. Wasn't offered a discount and still paid the $35 on a gel manicure. Brought my mother in law to get a refill. The lady who was assigned was less than professional. When asked to see the colors they have she handed us a box and once a color was selected it was $15.00 more! She also asked to remove her nails and charge more! Should of checked the 3 star ratings before coming here. Will not be coming back here again read more

I haven't been here in years, used to get my nails done by Lyn but she's gone, so I decided to try coming back. I needed fills done asked 4 gel well they have gel polish and gel powder I told her my nails are gel powdered and then she had this lost look on her face and told the other lady something that was sitting on the side where they had gel powder but continued doing my nails she asked me to choose a color which was white with glitter, I asked to change the style of my nails and she complied and did the pointed style but then she says dark color nails look better with that style so I changed the color to grey. While sitting there I asked do you know how to do designs and she says yes just show her a picture, so I'm scrolling looking at different photos... she's almost done and I ask her ok can you do hibiscus flowers and looks lost again and says I can't do it.. I say you can't? I said like you don't know how and she said no time .. hmm ok so I go wash my hands and meet my daughter who finished getting her pedicure on the other side and see the lady who did my nails start on a pedicure! Now I get why she said no time, guess they only give each client maybe an hour. Basically looks like this spot is now quantity of customers instead of quality.. So we get outside and my daughter looks at her toes and says this isn't black and my toenail is crooked!! Her lady painted her toes a blue color .. we didn't leave to happy and I doubt we'll be back here again.. read more

This place asked my for my money up front I told the lady, "I pay after I receive the pedicure. I don't pay for any product or service until after I receive it". Also; the female Worker did not scrub my feet. Did not put on an undercoat not top coat. She went straight to putting the color. I didn't say a thing just to see the quality of their work. She finished my pedicure from start to finish in 18 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL! read more

I called to get the price of a pedicure and was told $25 I dropped my 14 year old daughter for her pedicure & when I picked her up was told the price is $40 because she got gel nail polish which when I asked my daughter why she chose gel & she said they gave her a color wheel to choose from and the entire wheel was gel polish which she had no idea of. What a way to up the price by only choosing gel polish, I will never go there again. read more

Im putting 1 star because i can't go lower than that. The nail lady who did my nails was in such a rush and made me feel as if Im getting it done for free. Horrible! i got acrylic done which was originally 35 dollar. which i agreed to then she didn't even cut my original nails properly and when i told her to cut my excess skin she told me $7 extra then i agreed to that too later on she did such a horrible job i was just ready to leave and when i tried to pay the $42 bucks which was my total they charged me $63. The bald dude in the front is a scammer and knows nothing about customer service and he argues with you when you try to tell him anything. FUCK THIS PLACE. read more
