Such disrespect, she's lucky I walked away! I have a bad mouth but I would rather speak with the owner. I walked in 3/2/21 at 5:15pm the two ladies kind of smirked as I walked in and speaking in their language which was rude. I asked for a manicure and fill & I showed a pic of what I wanted, the lady did not do the manicure and then when it was time for the polish she said she did not have the colors so pic another color... I asked her " why would you start working on my nails if you couldn't do what's on the picture?" She replied I already said sorry so what do you want to do? Wow! I said "I'll just pay you for whatever work you did and go else where" and then I said "and don't charge me for the manicure you forgot to do" she replied "I do that after" LOL never had anyone do a manicure after they're done with my nails? Dorean does good waxing but she is always busy and when she's working on you and someone comes in she rushes to finish not doing her best work. The nails ive had done before here only twice a manicure and pedicure and they were ok nothing fancy or great I still haven't found a good nail place. Its good prices but no spa pedicures. I called in today for my daughters wax to be done she tells me what time to go and when we show up she tells me she's to busy. I thought that was rude and unprofessional I will not take my daughter there anymore. read more

I was in the area visiting family and in the mood for a fresh new set and was happy I chose to enter Nail Express and was seated at Doree's station! First I had a few nails that I needed to be removed and was so pleasantly surprised to see that she chose to soak off the old acrylic, not just cut it off. It may have taken longer but it was so nice to see that they cared about a better, less painful experience in removing the nail. When getting the new set put on I decided to go for a brand new shape (coffin/ballerina instead of my normal squoval shape) and Doree was so helpful with the shape especially since they would have to be longer then I am used to. She was also super friendly and accommodating the entire time she was working on my nails! I will definitely be back to see Doree next time I am in the area and need a fill/set! read more

I needed my brows and a full set but I'm super specific with the colors and they didn't have the one I wanted.. Came here without an appointment and was able to get my eyebrows, lips, and armpits waxed within a 15 minute wait. Everything was done just the way I wanted it and there was a lot of attention to detail involved. These ladies are very careful to give you what you want and if not they will fix it for you! This is definitely a mom and pop type of shop and you can tell that its been around for a while. It doesn't look like the most extravagant shop around but for cheap prices and great quality, its worth it to go check it out! Ps. Doree is my favorite waxer! I would give 5 negative stars if that was an option. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I usually go to river nail spa but my friends were with me and wanted to go to somewhere closer so I agreed. The lady who did my nails was awful. She asked me how I wanted them done and I told her, specifically and she proceeded to cut and trim them down so much that the shape was ruined completely along with my length although I asked the opposite. Maybe this salon is used to doing artificial nails and what not but I was upset! One hands shape was opposite shape and length than the other ! I literally walked out of this "salon" with bare , hidious shaped nails, i would not let the butchering my nails to continue . Also she hadn't even bothered to fully remove all of my prior polish. When your nails are real and take time to grow out it reallyyyyyyy sucks when someone messes them up entirely. I will never return to this salon and I would never recommend it to anyone. Not only did I have to wait , I had to wait for my nails to get ruined. Thanks for nothing ! read more

Two stars because they were late to opening their own store. Arrived at 9:50am. First time here at this location. Asked for pedi and full set. During pedi I was rushed to pick nail colors because two other ladies had arrived and waited with me for doors to open and the older man who was helping me hurt my toe so bad it's now 7pm and my toe is still throbbing. When I finally Picked a color for my toes, I noticed it was going on a little too orange. I knew I picked a coral color but figured all colors look different when they're finally applied. He finished up and I was moved to the very first station. I was rushed again to decide what shape I wanted my nails to be. The woman an older man started speaking in a language I didn't understand. I knew they were talking about me but ignored it. When I was given the color chart once more for my nail color I realized he did In Fact pick wrong color. I told my mom who came with me for her own pedi and she agreed it was the wrong color. The woman asked if I wanted the same color I used on my toes. I said no I don't like the color I'll choose a different color for my fingers. They began again speaking in another language. When I told the woman the color I wanted, the older man repeated the number as if he were mocking me. Lol. And then they continued in a language I did not understand. I paid, she polished and took my money. Didn't say thanks have a good day but moved onto next customer. My mom paid and thanked Teresa and we left. I do see that when anything negative is posted they respond with how the customer doesn't give them the chance to fix it. But for me when someone speaks in another language you don't know it's considered rude and also done because they don't want you to understand what they say. Say what you want I went for a service, not to be talked about or rushed. read more

Great place to do nails and eyebrows at not end up with a hole in your wallet! I've been going to Dori (associate) for 11 years to wax my eyebrows; she has maintained the shape and thickness of my eyebrows to a natural look all throughout the years. Everyone is very sweet and loving, they remember you and make you feel very welcome upon arrival. The nail work is magnificent and you get a well length massage too. It's all affordable and they take very good care of you! Waits are fairly short but if you absolutely don't want to wait at all just call for a same day appointment. read more

The woman who did my nails was so sweet, so I feel bad writing this review. But I wish I'd had a fair warning. They have the cheapest nail polishes I've ever seen in a business. My manicure chipped & peeled the next day, leaving only 4 nails with polish after 48 hours. I can't believe I paid $9 to make my nails look 500 times worse than if I'd just skipped the whole ordeal. read more
