Here's the deal, if you are looking for customer service, FORGET THIS PLACE! They are absolutely and openly rude. They WILL talk about you in their native language with no shame. They WILL laugh about you and make fun of you, again, with no shame. They are rough with their hands, and they don't care if you complain. God forbid you complain, guess what? They'll talk about you some more as if you're not paying them for the service. They will huff and puff if you point out something you don't like. Then when it's time to pay, SUDDENLY they are soft spoken and magically nice. I despise nail techs that are careless and rude. Long story short to the point I came in to remove the dip powder from my nails and get a gel manicure. The nail tech automatically without asking decided to cut my natural nail down cutting at least a month worth of growth. I've been going to another place for years and thought I'd try out this place since it was closer to home. I saw a ton of great designs by Nina so I was definitely tempted to try out something new. My first visit left me disappointed because I went specifically to have Nina do my nails but she was on vacation. The owner ended doing my nails though and they did turn out awesome. The only part I didn't like is how little time they spent on my pedicure. It was literally the fastest pedicure I have ever had in my life. The spa tub chairs are so close together that a person cannot squeeze between without turning sideways. They also didn't offer, nor seemed to want, to do any designs on my toes. They clearly don't have enough spa chairs so they rush through the pedicures to free up the seats. The gel manicure I received had a nice design, however, they put so many coats of paint on my nails that it looked like I had acrylics - they looked fake. Despite my disappointment I gave them another go two weeks later since Nina returned from my vacation. My experience was exactly the same. Also, I am half Vietnamese and I was less than thrilled to hear the workers criticizing all of the customers, not knowing that I understood every word they spoke. I have since returned to my previous nail salon and have grown to appreciate them more after straying. read more

The same lady who did my gel manicure ended up doing my pedicure. She ended up cutting my middle toe and it ended up bleeding. She blamed my cut toe on the massage chair. Ann worked on my gel manicure while I was getting a pedicure. She filed my nail very roughly and ended up splitting my pinky nail and over filing my ring finger on the sides to the point of exposing the nail bed with a cut into it. I also did not enjoy the fact that Ann poured acetone directly onto the tops of my hands to drip into the foil on my fingertips... I think she was avoiding messing up her own manicure. I didn't feel taken care of. I'll be looking for a place that is a little more customer service oriented and bit more skillful. read more

However, two days after the gel on my thumb chipped and the next day my thumb in my other hand chipped as well. I think they use very cheap product and they do so many coats so it all comes off easily. This isn't a fancy place, but it is clean and comfortable. Nina is the BEST! She can recreate any design, and she does it with gel. On average my gel manicures last at least 3 weeks (sometimes 4). I pay anywhere from $20-$25 for my gel manicures (depending on the design). For something that lasts 3+ weeks, it is well worth the price. (I've had several gel manicures in the past at other salons and they have typically lasted only a week.) Nina is a perfectionist, she inspects every nail individually and makes sure they are all perfectly uniform. If you want Nina, you MUST call to make an appointment; she's in high demand! read more
