I got acrylics and powder for the color for the first time and I am so happy I came to QT nails. Ivy and Kate both worked on my nails and they were really great. I loved how thorough they were while shaping the acrylics and applying the powder and also how gently they handled the drill to thin and even out the nails after applying powder. Throughout the entire appointment, Ivy made sure I was comfortable and liked my nail shape, color, etc. When I said I needed to make it to another appointment after getting my nails done, they worked speedily and my nails still turned out beautifully.

Tried this nail salon just to get my nail fixed. My nail had broke and I was in the area, so I called to to see if they can take me at the last minute and they. Though it was a wait, it was very crowded and they were really busy. However, they still took me in and finished my nail right before my next appointment. My nail looked good and shaped like my other nails. I was able to find a similar color so it look very well. I say try QT nails if your in Azusa! They were very accommodating to me. Thank you! Came here on a google recommendation and google was right. This was the best pedicure I've ever had technically. High skill, great job and very comfortable. No pain like some places. Only one star off for older interior and mildly worn chairs etc. that's not as important to me as the skill. This is the place for that. read more

Got my nails done about 3 days ago at this nail salon. It was a young guy with hair covered half of his face. The whole time he barely spoke to me and had little to no customer service (rudely pulling my hands, had his ear buds in for more than half of the time I was there, talking bad about the customers behind their back- mind you I can understand the language, etc). I asked for a simple french tip fill and he did them way too thick. The nail art was uneven and was charged $35 for a simple design and that seems to be ok with the nail technician. read more

i went to this place last minute because my nails were in bad condition. i expected maybe at least a wait if it was busy. instead, i was brushed off and were told they were busy. (they literally only had 3 people working there). the lady that brushed me off was incredibly rude, and basically shooed me away. not only that, she had the audacity to give me a card and told me make an appointment next time, condescendingly. i ended up crumbling and throwing the card away. read more

So they have new people working now. And Katie is no longer there. She was my go to gal. Never did I have to point out anything with my nails. I had a guy help me for the second time. He did an amazing job the first time but he was off today. I had to show him a lumpy nail. It looks like he slabbed nail polish on each of my nails. I am beyond disappointed with his work. Now it's time to find another nail place. So I got a response back from my review. Kevin was nice enough to admit that he didn't do a good job on my last visit. He offered a complimentary fill if I came back and gave them another opportunity. So I did and much better job from the last visit I had. They were nice and apologetic. read more

It was my first time here and I have to say I wasn't disappointed but I was also not blown away. The male nail manicurist was very kind and did an AMAZING job at the actual manicure, I was very surprised he made my nails look good after having acrylic on for a year. The first maybe 5 days my nails were great but I started to notice they index finger started to chip then a few days later another one did as well. although I didn't appreciate the chipping It could have also had to do with the fact that I use my hands a lot. I will most likely try them out again to see if it's worth making my regular nail spot. read more

Customer service here is terrible! I had a appointment and Kate the one who do nails is very rude she passed me off to a guy that I never seen before and he messed up on my nails and instead of her saying no problem we will fix it she said I'm no longer welcome their for them to do my nails, which is fine because I don't want to put my hard earned money into a business that displays discrimination and racist behavior. In my opinion it's not that she didn't want to fix my nails she saw that I was a young black woman and tried to treat me any kind of way and when I said no she said I'm no longer welcome for them to do my nails. I wish my community would stand up and stop putting our money into places that have and show no respect and treat black customers a different way read more

I'm not sure why they have just one star.They don't deserve that, but only having one other (bad) review will do it I suppose, so let me boost them up! This place is small, clean, and takes walk ins. They've always been able to take me when I'm in a jam. The ladies seem pretty quiet, and I don't mind that. Get in, get out. No pressure, no forcing extra services etc. And their prices are super reasonable, even low I'd say! Today I stepped in for two nail repairs, and the lady offered and painted all my nails over for me :) So sweet and only $6!! Give em a try! read more

I was very surprised! They did an awesome job, took their time, made my acrylic look very natural and painted the entire nail!!! I would call ahead to see if they are busy because there were only three people working but I would be coming back for sure! Can't wait. The only issue is that they have a poor selection in their gels.. Makes me sad because I love gel they just have basic shades so I just went with a polish. This is a conveniently placed location to ny house. The manicure and pedicure were adequate. I will update this review after I try their gel polish service in two weeks. I will say that the discussion between technicians about me only choosing a clear polish was uncomfortable. And the clean up on my cuticle was okay. I will give this place another chance before I write it off. read more

This place was a favorite for me and had left because of change of management and poor work. A few months ago I decided to come back for a mani pedi. Let me tell you, this place has changed a lot in a very positive way. Looks like new management again. The staff here are very friendly and they don't pressure you into anything other than what you are requesting to get done. They take care of you and they are very meticulous with their work. It's a small place and very quiet. I feel comfortable coming here for mani, pedi and eye brow wax. I recommend this location. read more

Horrible!!! The owner gave me a new price so I was asking her what was she charging me for. When Kevin the guy that works there starts yelling at me in front of other customers and telling me if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Its my right to ask what she was charging me for since i only got fills. He is ONLY a worker and was not even been spoke to. There was no need for him be rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer for many years and stay thru the other ownerships but now with Nancy and Cindy gone there is no point to go there again! read more

The salon itself felt unclean and neglected--a dead cricket on the floor, cluttered and messy room that was cramped and dirty overall. I asked if I could have a paraffin wax treatment for my sore fingers, and they told me they would have to charge me extra for that since they already redid my nails for free, even though they were fixing the poor job they previously did which was improperly curing the gel polish so that it peeled off immediately. They did apply gel builder to my nails, but that was due to them over filing the polish off and making my nails paper thin and breaking off. I was told they promised to fix the problem via messages on yelp if I updated my negative feedback review. But my main issue was the pain and bleeding of my cuticles which didn't heal for several weeks. I asked if they had any cuticle oil I could take home to treat them, they refused and told me to go buy aquaphor and use that. So they didn't actually address my main concern which was my bleeding damaged cuticles, and only changed the paint.

The rest of the appointment went fine, we talked a bit and she did pretty much what I asked for but now that I'm home I really feel like I was ripped off. If my birthday wasn't the next day, I would've tried to find somewhere else to go.. I spent like $165 on a pedicure and gel x set with designs. Please see the designs in my photo. I did compliment my nails, I did tell her that I'd really liked them because the French she did on my toes was good! but when I got home and actually examined the work on my hands up close, the chrome isn't even that well done. The designs she drew on were sloppy! I posted my nails in a nail fb group for an opinion on my nails and experience and everyone told me it was 100% not worth what I paid. They said the execution was bad and she was unprofessional, which I agree. They were even surprised she didn't give any type of courtesy discount considering how late she was. $3 off my callus removal is not sufficient lol. They have a 15 minute grace period for late clients, they should really have something in place for when their techs are 40+ mins late. I honestly wouldn't come back. Way way overpriced.

She didn't even wax me correctly there is still a lot of hair that she missed. This is unacceptable I still had to pay for her messing up my eyebrow. I am disappointed. Why offer eyebrow waxing as a service if you don't know how to do it?

Customer service is a really big deal to me, so even though they aren't the closest salon to me, I kept coming back and got to know several of the technicians, everyone has been wonderful. They do everything from simple solids to designs, I've gotten it all and always been happy with my nails, and in the rare occasion I wanted to change or fix something, all I had to do was ask and and they were happy to accommodate me to make sure I was happy. I kept getting my nails done throughout my pregnancy but took a break when I had my baby, and when I came back, several of the staff remembered me, asked about the baby, and even remembered my signature colors! THAT'S the service that will keep me coming back!

I really appreciated that they get started on you right away and are very attentive and perceptive to what you want.
