This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!!!! I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. The nail technician did an excellent job with my manicure, paying great attention to detail and ensuring that I was happy with the result. I called at 2:30 to make an appointment with Lucy. The owner of Bella asked if I could come at 4:30. I agreed and she said, "see you then". When I arrived at 4:30, I was told by her that they close at 5:00. I thought she was joking. She was serious. I have been a customer here for many years. That ends today. This is irresponsible and bad form to treat a long time customer or any customer in this way. She was grumpy and dismissive. She told me I spoke with someone else. Not true if that was so, the person she referenced has another business as well as being an accountant. She knows the time the salon closes. I don't believe it was her mistake. As a business owner she should know it was her mistake and fix it. No solutions or apolgies were presented. I didnt even get eyecontact. I had to adk the other customers if she was joking. I typically do not write reviews but for this one i had to. i came here looking for a quick place to my nails done with a friend for her birthday, and not only do my nails look bad, but so do hers. the ladies there were pretty nice and were attentive but the work they did was not 5 stars. My feet are so scratched and torn on the bottom from when they rubbed the bottom of them with the exfoliating brush. i did not receive the callus remover nor did they charge me for it so my feet are torn and scratched from her rubbing it with the brush. she was so rough even when i flinched and moved. aside from my skin damage, my pedicure nail polish is bumpy, and has bubbles. it looks terrible. i payed 35 and now i have to pay again to get the color removed some place else. read more

$24 mani/pedi? I'm there. I really needed to find a place for a last minute event I was attending. I came across Bella on my way back from the supermarket. I saw the "under new management" banner and decided to give it a try. I was happy to see that they carry OPI nail polish...the best! I like the fact that there is not much chit-chat amongst the employees and no upsell for additional services. I know a place is good when the mani/pedi itself looks clean with long lasting polish, but GREAT when they don't cut your skin or rip out a hang nail, thus the stinging pain afterwards. The service was a bit slow considering there were only 2 other customers, but I felt like they were really taking their time and providing the attention a customer deserves. Great massage chairs that have blue lights that glow in the water. I also needed my brows waxed and that was not bad. The back spa room is quite small and in desperate need of more space - they're working on it. Helen did my mani/pedi, including the brow wax - she did a good job and really nice. UGH really 3 1/2 stars for this place. I DONT THINK SO. I went here with good intentions, wanting to love the place, especially with 24$ for the mani pedi. I should have just gone to my normal place.. Seriously! They took me right away, set me up on a chair. They set the massage chair up for me, then put the remote to the back were i couldn't reach. (arent the customer suppose to get the massage remote and set it to what they want?!?!) They put the chair pretty straight up, usually i like to lean it back and relax, UNCOMFORTABLE. I had to ask for them to change it. Next, lady ask if i wanted to have my nails cut. I said NO just filed a bit please. ( I just stopped biting my nails after years, and i love to have them long!) She starts filing.. and filing.. and f**king filing! I tell her to stop i want them long. She stops. They start getting pretty busy, the lady leaves and goes to help someone else. Another lady comes to finish my nails.. & guess what she does, STARTS FILING.!! By the end of the MANI I HAD NO F**KING NAILS. Literally none, it looked like i just had bit off all my nails. I was pissed, the lady paints one nail, runs to another customer, comes back and paints another.. Im telling you i will never EVER go to this place again, its horrible. I love this place! When I go to get a pedicure, I expect my feet to look like they have had a makeover. And that's exactly how they look when I go to Bella's! They take their time and clean in detail. I don't understand why people here are complaining about how long they take. They do a great job and want to make sure everything is perfect before they let you go. I would recommend each and every person that works there. I have never had a bad experience. I don't live in the area, but wanted to get a pedicure so read the reviews about this salon and decided to give it a try. The ladies were all super nice and friendly. Anne did my pedicure and I am happy with the way it turned out. She was a little too quick - when she was filing down my nails she kept getting my skin which wasn't pleasant! She massaged one of my legs for 2 minutes and 1 minute on the other one. Two of my toenails got smudged when she was putting my feet into my flip-flops so she fixed those. Like I said though, I'm satisfied with the result :) They had a poster ad for a $35 facial. I asked about it and was told it was a European facial and last about an hour, so I decided to give that a try too. Helen did my facial, and it was nice...but you get what you pay for. It wasn't anything I couldn't have done at home...except for the great hand and arm massage she gave me while waiting for the masque to dry ;) Pedicure - recommend! I came here to get my French manicure and French Tip toe polish for my wedding. I had just received a foot and leg reflexology massage and felt like I didn't need a full pedicure. The place was deserted except for the two girls who work there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the fact that there was no odor (course that was probably due to no one else there). Immediately both the girls began to work on me (one did my feet while the other worked on my hands). When someone else walked into the shop to get a full service mani and pedi, they split up and the girl who worked on my hands finished my session. I was impressed with the speed of their service. The quality of the polish stayed for almost two weeks. The only chipping that occurred was when I accidentally hit one of my nails on the door jam at my house a week after the wedding. So kudos for good quality nail polish. I didn't care too much for the massage chairs, since I had just had a great massage. Other than that I'd most likely go back. The prices were reasonable too. It cost me only $24 for both the full manicure and the French tip on my toes. By the way, they do take appointments if you want to make one, but it's not necessary. Walk-ins are welcome. read more

I've been coming here for at least five years since they opened when I was in grad school at APU! $16 for a pedi is wonderful and they take their time! I really feel pampered. They do a phenomenal job on gel nails! Went here for my best friend's wedding and my gels lasted almost a month! Also if you go continually and pay in cash (although they never charge for a card but they pay the fees) they throw in things and are super sweet. For as long as I've been getting my nails done I wasn't really impressed on how she was handling my fill it was painful and she didn't cover my whole nail. When I ask for gel colors to choose from she didn't want to let me look at them instead she asked what do you want, the majority of nail places I've been to always had a basket of colors to choose from but not this specific place. I love Bella nail salon. It's not the fanciest place in the world but they really give you personalized service and take great care of my 84 year old mother who has diabetes in her feet. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! I started coming here about five years or so and the service was just great back then. The quality of the service is pretty good or else we (my mom and I) wouldn't have been going for so long. It wasn't until last year when we noticed Jenny (the owner) has this little money scam. She will have more than one person work on you so you can tip more than one person. Not only does she pull this little scam but she practically STOLE money from my mom!! The last time we went my mom was paying for our services when Jenny demanded my mom to give her more money for tip. My mom already paid her, including tip, but she seen my mom had more money in her purse so she said she didnt pay enough for tip. My mom being timid listens to her and gave it to her. This isn't the first time she has done this!! When I have gone by myself, I never give her tip because of the way she is and she's absolutely rude to me. She's only nice when I am with my mom. Long story short, this woman is EXTREMELY greedy. She will demand tip money. Sorry Jenny and Helen, you were good people at first but you have shown your true colors a few years later. I decided to try this nail place on a whim for a pedicure. Its on the small side-5 pedi chairs and 5 manicure stations, but was clean and the girls working there were very friendly and nice. for $16 I got an awesome pedi with a nice long foot and leg massage (most places would charge extra for) She made sure the water was the right temp before I stuck both feet in, made sure she wasn't scrubbing too hard or hurting my toes or causing me pain in anyway (which is a refreshing change considering some pedicurists only stop when you cry out in pain.) And she even painted one toe and made sure I liked the color before doing the rest. Those small things are things that I really appreciate. I would absolutely go back to this place again. read more

I ran a 10K Mud Run in the morning and was a lil scraped up on my knees and forearms. These gals did a great job and were careful not to cause me anymore trauma during the massage. All I can say is $24 bucks for a Spa manicure and pedicure!!!! Sarra did my pedicure and Thao did my manicure. Amazing pedicure. When you first walk in it looks okay. Not very spa like. But right when I sat down everyone made sure I was comfortable and everyone greeted me. I won't go back. The lady that did my pedi didn't even know how to manipulate her tools, and she scraped my tender skin more than once while buffing my heels. The lady that did my mani cut me more than once, and looked away while using the scraper on my cuticles (my biggest nail spa peeve is them looking away while using metal tools). great for a $24 spa mani/pedi. I dropped in today to see if i like what they do. I got the mani/pedi special. They take a good amount of time on your feet, which feels great to me. They were friendly and sensitive to the fact that I'm pregnant. They Even opened up the door for awhile to make sure i wasn't overwhelmed with the different smells.
