I've been going to Hanna's Nails for almost 5 years now, and I can honestly say they are the best! I always book with Kim for my manicures--she is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and consistently does an amazing job. That being said, everyone there is skilled, friendly, and professional, which really speaks to the quality of the salon as a whole. The atmosphere is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and they truly take their time to make sure you leave happy. After years of trying different places, I'm so glad I found them... my only complaint is that I wish I had discovered them sooner! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality nail salon. read more

Due to various life issues, I was not able to return for an acrylic fill for EIGHT WEEKS!!! However, not a single nail lifted, chipped, or misbehaved in any way. I am SO impressed with Hanna Nails. I've had fake nails for nearly 40 years and have never had such quality work. The technicians are experts in air brush techniques, so feel free to go crazy with design requests. read more

I've been going there for many years and have always had great service. They listen and actually do what you ask. Highly recommend them.

Came in on a whim, and I am so happy that I did! The staff here is so nice and welcoming! I got a basic mani-pedi and was there about 45 minutes. Lisa gave me the best pedicure! I got callous removal and my feet and have never felt softer after this treatment than here! She took the time and care to get it done right! For the price I paid ($51 for mani-pedi-callous removal) I got way more bang for my buck! I look forward to coming back! read more

I have been a customer for many years. Kim, Michelle, Lisa are all wonderful! But Sue Ann and Joy are absolutely terrific! The salon is clean and well kept. I have and would continue to recommend friends and family! read more

i've been coming to Hanna Nails since 2016 and they are by far the best nail salon around. I've been to several others and nothing compares. Their staff make your nails look like they're real even with acrylics. I highly recommend Michelle or Sue Ann, but everyone there is amazing. Their establishment is clean, fresh and inviting. I highly recommend read more

so excited my favorite nail & spa place is finally opened I have not been here in a year they remained closed because they didn't want their customers to have to sit outside in the heat while they were doing their nails or pedicures, I thought that was really nice! the owner and Hana nails team is here waiting for you guys to come in. This is a small business family owned please help by stopping by and getting a service done call to make sure you get an appointment. This place is really good very clean always friendly just keep in mind I drive 20 min just to come to this location so they have to be good. Hanna Nails and Spa - Perfect!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Glendora, California

By far the worst treatment. Did not even make it to the chair. The lady in the back with Long black hair and glasses refused to help. I asked her how long the wait would be and she said "we don't have time". I said "you close at 7" Again "we don't have time, bye". Wow. I was floored. But the best part we're the faces of the clients inside. They looked horrified. I bet they are rethinking coming back here. read more

I have been a customer since 2005 and lately the customer service has dropped. I walked in today to see if they could fit in a pedicure and they couldn't, which I understand, but instead of offering me the opportunity to make an appointment they simply just said "No". And this is not the first time that this has happened. In a post-pandemic world, customer service should be a top priority. That's okay. I'll just take my business else where. Have an appointment for Monday at Charm's Got Nails. They had no trouble squeezing me in! read more

Best natural l salon ever! Been going there for over 10 years! Love all the girls there!!

Do not go here!! The rudest people! Came in during Christmas break while visiting my parents and was told to leave because a patron got upset when we walked in and said that it was illegal to get my daughter's nails done!! She's almost 8 years old!! No joke!! They took this crazy lady's side! When I researched it right then and there, and showed them that was false, it is NOT illegal as long as they have a parent with them or written consent, they still didn't back down and let their patron yell at me. My poor 7 year old was in tears! We tried to have a fun holiday afternoon with grandma and it turned into a nightmare. I have NEVER been treated like that and I have 4 daughters who have been getting their nails done for the past 16 years all throughout CA and MANY other states. This place is seriously the worst!! Luckily we found a beautiful nail salon downtown that took us all right in and showered my little 7 year old with praises and gave her the most beautiful nail. There are sooooo many other nail salons in Glendora, go to ANY of them before you even think of stepping foot in here! read more

The only nail salon I trust! Sucks I moved to Torrence! No I have to travel so far every 2.5/3 weeks to go get try nails done, but they really are the best! Love talking with the ladies. One time I was running real late due to traffic. I made it there AFTER CLOSING, and they told me no problem, still come.. and they got me in there for a mani/pedi! Seriously love this place and the work they do! read more

Nasty people, they're rude and they lie. This is the third time my 90 year old mother made an appointment, shows up on time and they cancel her on the spot..no apologies or explanations. They do NOT respect old people, shame on them! Never again!!! read more

Two times I came here felt rushed and didn't get a chance to relax first time I came never do I really get acrylic nails but I said they the heck and went here.. never again my skin was super glued to the acrylic and was a very poor design nothing like I wanted.. second time I came and decided to give them a second chance asked to remove my acrylic nails and just get gel again my skin had all kinds of paint on it and once again my skin was attached to my nails (it was gel...) so I asked politely can you please clean it up she took a deep breath and was immediately annoyed files my nails down and I just wanted the paint off.. my skin.. so I just said it ok, how much cause obviously I was asking for to much.... Three days later and my gel turned black.. BLACK... never again I'm coming here she threw her tools in my nails when I was soaking my acrylic off, acrylic shaving on my hair and face and almost got in my eyes.. I never experienced this in my life.. didn't even scrub or put lotion I really wish this placed got there stuff together cause I live down the street I recommend modern nails they seem to take there time and are more clean with there tools never had my nails read more

I have come here with my Mother, my grandmother as well as with my daughter. The prices are great, no upwelling, and they do a wonderful job. I'm don't going to any other nail salon. My mom and I have been a customer here for years until today , we had appointments for a manicure and pedicure and we were getting them done at the same time but after the girl finished my moms pedicure she left and went to help someone else who already had someone doing her nails , so she had two people and they told my mom to wait a little bit and she was so upset that she canceled her manicure and we left. They just lost a very loyal customer. But there are plenty of good nail salons out there! read more

I've been going to Hanna Nails for roughly 16 yrs. I am a little picky considering I was a manicurist back in the late 80's early 90's. They know how I like my nails & toes. Michelle, Sue Ann & Joy are my favs. I was there today after work. It was a long work week, so it was relaxing, and we always laugh when I'm there. They're like family, and they're all so sweet. read more

Amazing service! My go to girl is Jennifer. She's the queen of pedicures, she must've been a podiatrist in her other life. She's so good taking care of ingrown nails. She's also amazing and doing foot massages. read more

This is my spot! Been coming here for my nails for 10+ years. I like that they always massages your hand and/or legs and use hot towels so relaxing. I love love love they way they do my brows also and it's only $8. This place is a gem I wish I gave them a five start sooner read more

Do not go here they will do your nails and then at the end ask if you want your cuticles cut for 5 dollars more and keep bugging you for little designs for 5 dollars more on each nail and keep bugging do do extra stuff for 5 dollars more I am never coming here again plus they do a poor job on nails here read more

I used to really like going here. Van was my nail artist. As you can see from A Very Old Post, she is pretty good at different designs. But she worked extremely fast because she has many different clients. So if you're spending a lot of money on your nails like I usually do I want someone to take their time when they do my nails. Because although in this picture the nails are nicely designed, the actual work was not very clean. I remember being in a rush one day when van was not available and I asked the manager if someone else could do my nails, she basically told me it would be better if I could just wait for a day when van would be back because I was too particular about my nails. After that remark, I was done with them. If you want some relaxing time while getting your nails done and worked on properly I don't suggest you go here. read more

Just walked out of here so happy and impressed. I'm bummed that I didn't find this place sooner. I live right across the street... and I'm about to move closer to Pasadena in a month. I needed to get my nails done ASAP and I usually go to Helen's Nails just down the street, but they were too busy to take me then. I walked right into this place and was helped immediately. They made sure the shape, length, and color were all right. I don't like having thick acrylics, and these are perfect. Not too thin and not too thick. I would suggest others not to let the negative reviews deter them from giving this place a chance. I felt as though I was very taken care of. read more

Horrible experience here. She used the same nail file on me and the person after me. When she brought it out to scrub it had nail polish already on it. When she was finished she rinsed it and put it back ready for the next client to use. I asked her if she reused them and she said no. Lie. We told them we're not paying cause they used nasty implements she said okay pay half I said no. When you pay for a service you pay then for there time and supplies. Why am I paying for you to use dirty supplies on my ? That's how infection spreads and law suits start. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

If 0stars was an option! I should have stayed at modern nail. This place rushed through my nails. They didn't clean them up. I have powder and gel all over my fingers. Leaving this place I did not feel pampered nor do I feel I got what I paid for. At modern nail I am able to get a salt scrub, rock massage and regular massage and here I barely got a massage. My pedicure was ok Modern nail massages your arms this place does not. This place was horrible!!!!!! I am seriously soooo disappointed read more

I'm not impressed. I have been here a few times, hoping that it will be as nice as the first time I went. The first time I went to Hanna the people were very attentive and friendly. They did an excellent job and my nails lasted a while. They last few times I have been there the shop is over crowded and they definitely try to push you out the door asap. The service isn't as good either. Maybe they'll get better again = ( read more

I always get my Mani and pedi done here!!! The prices are amazing, the ambiance is lovely, and the place is clean. For the most part the staff is great too. Some are more friendly and courteous than others. But overall I would recommend. I just recently got acrylic tips with a heart design for Valentine's day and I got a pedicure last night along with the cuticle remover. In total the Mani was $30 including the design and the pedi is normally $17 but it's an extra $6 for the cuticle removal which is worth it so that total was $23. And if you pay with your card you are charged $1 which is not unheard of. So my total this week was $54 (one time I payed cash the other with my card) and I always tip each person $5. So $64 isn't bad for the amazing Mani and pedi I got. I will be back. :) read more

I started coming back here to give them another chance and because it was so close to my house. I got a gel Manicure by Michelle and she did an amazing job! I let her know that with my work I'm consistently washing my hands and she did her best so they don't peel! My gel lasted almost 3 weeks! I highly recommend Michelle! Overall Salon is clean and well maintained all the employees seem very nice. read more

Hannah and her staff are amazing! The salon is beautiful and clean. When you walk in you feel at home. Jen's pedicure was so relaxing. She is a perfectionist and my toes looked absolutely perfect. This is not my regular nail place, but I decided to try it since it's in walking to my house. I totally felt like I was cheating on my regular girls though. In any case, it's a full service saloon of nails, waxing, and spa treatments. There's about 6 spa chairs and enough manicurist to cover them. I got a spa pedi ($16) and an eyebrow wax ($8). The spa pedi is actually cheaper than what I normally pay at my place. They did a good job on my cuticles and they polished my toes well...no signs of early polish decay, which is my pet peeve! They also have that ultra violet light that's like a table and you can sit there and let your nails dry completely before you go home. I hate smearing my pedi when it's new...such a hassle to get it re-done! The only downfall for me is that the ladies who go there are a lil snooty n la-ta-taddy...not cool. But, as long as I have my earphones so i can listen to Pandora on my phone and close my eyes...I'm GOOD!!!! read more

Love this place! They are quick if you go in for pedi/mani and take anyone. They're all good and sweet. I love going here. The chairs are comfy, massage and everything is VERY CLEAN. A Big plus for me. I have gone a few times so far, the past 6 months and highly recommend it. :) read more

Love this place - been coming for about 6 years!! Love Joy and Jennifer! Always a great job and gentle if you have ingrown toe nails!!

I must always have Jennifer for my pedi! She's amazing and Michelle is great for a fill

A friend of mine has been going to Hanna for the past seven years. Her nails have always looked great and sometimes had such interesting artwork as snowmen, flags and fireworks. So I decided to try it out. I have been going for about four months now. Every three weeks a manicure and pedicure. Only once did I have a problem when I broke one of the nails (not their fault was doing physical labor) and the next day I had it repaired for no cost. read more

The first time she was quite rough she worked my cuticles over on my toes and cut my toenails too short and gave me ingrown toenails I still went back and gave them a second chance never again this time she did my fingers and cut all my cuticles and made them bleed they're so sore they hurt so bad she was using nippers to cut my nails instead of clippers I'm an ex hairdresser I know how to do it myself I just can't I'm on disability I will never return there it may be inexpensive but it's not worth being in pain and she truly cut my cuticles up really bad, I feel sorry that after all that experience they cant manage to cut your cuticles without making you bleed all over and then be so sore and have to suffer after having such a nice experience it wasn't that nice the chair was comfortable everything else was very painful wasn't worth the money or the experience and I hate to give bad reviews! read more

We have been going to Hanna Nails for 4 years and we are complacent with their service. The pluses of this salon is they are very fast. You can get a full set and pedicure within 1 hour. We hate having to be at a salon any longer than that. Their quality of work is pretty good. The acrylic nails and polish last a long time. The nails rarely lift or break off. The down side is very expensive, very crowded sometimes, very noisy and yes they do like to yell across the salon in their language, but what nail salon doesn't??? Overall I will continue going here for the convienance!!! read more

Nice nail salon, everyone is friendly. Went to this place for a color change because I didn't want to go back where I had nails done originally because they were rude.
