He took his time, made sure everything was perfect, and the final result is flawless. I have been here a few times and honestly am super disappointed since my peers and I really loved the energy and previous services. I called Saturday morning and asked if they would be able to take 2 pedicures. They said yes at 1:15pm and we set that appointment. Few minutes go by and I received a message stating that I did a no call no show to an appointment from the past which was far from the truth since I called as soon as possible in the morning and had my husband around me when I cancelled it. They then state I can't book an appointment since I "no call no showed" . I then state that I did call in which they then apologize then tell me I can only book the appointment if I pay the full amount upfront because they were "so busy" even though they said they had a slot at 1:15. Had an appointment scheduled, when I arrived I was getting ready to check in when the lady which is the owner of the salon asked me "what do you want", which took me by surprise, who says that to their customers?? I then said, I have an appointment for today. She then replies, "no you don't" I showed her my confirmation and she insisted that it was incorrect and that she didn't have me down and that they were busy. I said, well I have proof that you confirmed my appointment for today. She insisted that I was wrong and didn't even bother to apologize to me or figure a way to accommodate me another time or day. She kept raising her voice and said that they didn't have time for me. At this point, I was already upset by the way she was talking to me in front of their 2 customers....needless to say, I will never come to this salon ever again and be treated this way. From reading prior reviews it seems this is the normal for them. They definitely need to learn some manners and common courtesy. read more

Horrible customer service from these ladies that work here. New to the area and drove by this place and saw that they had a lot of advertisement signs and one sign that said walk-ins welcome. I called to get a price on a gel manicure, and I miss heard the ladys price over the phone and she had the nerve to give me nasty attitude because I didn't hear her the first time. I give them the benefit of the doubt and still walk in and request a gel manicure. The lady quickly told me: "We don't have time" She didn't even offer a wait time for me or didn't even offer to make me an appointment for later today or even another day. Just basically in other words told me we don't have time so bye..... awful awful awful. It's kinda contraindicated for them to post an abundance of advertisement signs to get people to come through the door, when they walk through they tell you they don't have time PERIOD. While I was leaving they did the exact same thing to this other customer that went in after me..... Not very smart business managing. read more

They have lots of great packages for different pedicures and manicures. Some of them even come with a mimosa and mixed nuts. They are so thorough! Twice I have come to this nail salon and the manicurist is very rude. I was told that a dipped powder manicure would let me longer than gel. I paid the extra money for it and they started cracking within five days. On top of that two nails broke. They take their time with each customer, I bring my 95 year old sister to get her nails done and they are so careful and kind to her. I can bring a picture of what I want and Bin can copy it. Okay, so I will give this place one star for at least being so nice the first time and giving me a mimosa. But I think it was all just a gimmick for getting me to come back. I've only been here 3 times. The 2nd time I didn't receive a water or a mimosa when I received the same treatment. 3rd and last time I will ever go back, I again did not receive any water or anything and the energy from the girl was so rude. She did not do my pedicure the same way when I asked for the same treatment. And because she messed up with scheduling me I had to push this last visit out a whole month , because of this my nails started to chip from the gel. She than worked on gel manicure and said I can't do designs he will do it but I can do the base color. she then rushed through my nails and the guy came and said they are fine and finished with the design. After all that mess I was some what satisfied because I badly needed my nails done for the holidays. Well a day later my gel nails started to chip. I then told the lady and even sent her a picture through text of what had happened to my nails. And she had the nerve to tell me, well your nails were in bad condition and we will charge you if you want us to fix it. Ummm hello !!!! My nails were never weak , the gel is chipping not my nails and if that was the case why wouldn't she ever tell me that while she was doing my nails so I didn't have to spend all that money for designs and such. I'm am so dissatisfied !!!!!. She stopped responded to me after her one response and I was left with chipped gel nails for the holidays.
