It was that time to get my nails done and I wanted something simple but sparkly. Micheal helped me with these golden beauties!
This is THE spot for nails. Often I've tried other places multiple times to find the "right person" at a salon and it just never works out. But every single person here does a great job. I've been coming here for almost a year now and I always walk out getting exactly what I asked for. I always get Gel X and although it's a tad on the pricey side it's well worth it, my sets last me 3-4weeks typically and because they don't require shaping like acrylics they are always perfectly even and my designs are always on point !!
I asked for a gel pedicure and Michelle was absolutely amazing and so patient! The vibe here is so much better and more welcoming than other nail salons in the area. 10/10

Angel always does such an amazing job on my nails! I personally have never been able to keep a set on for longer than 3 weeks without a nail breaking off, but with her sets they last longer than a month. She's such an amazing person and wonderful to talk to. As for my toes they're not the prettiest but every-time I get them done with Angel she makes the look like a million bucks. The vibe and energy of the salon overall is great! I definitely recommend coming here!
STAY AWAY FROM HERE. ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE. They discriminate against black customers and just give terrible service as well. I have gone here SEVERAL times and I always forget that this is the absolute worst nail salon. I made an appointment with Tony for 3 he doesn't start till 3:45 and half way through him doing my nails his "appointment" came in and MAKES ME GO WITH ANOTHER NAIL TECH. That same day I also got the "deluxe pedicure" it's $40 dollars and comes with hot rock massage and wax for your feet. The lady doing my toes DOES NOT do the rocks or the wax yet proceeds to charge me 40 dollars. I complained and then after I made her do the rest of the service SHE BURNED ME WITH THE HOT ROCKS!!!!! I can't make this up. This is the worst nail salon. The over charge for CRAP. This FILL in the photo was 70 dollars! It's comical. I'm never going here again and you should not either. The mothers in our family came for Mother's Day as a treat by my older sister (a mother to be). [She didn't even get serviced due to them disregarding her as she patiently waited the whole time.. Yet she was the one paying the bill. ] We were beyond extremely dissatisfied by their lack of customer service and service in itself. We requested to be discounted for the poor service and the manager refused. Along with that, while we were requesting a discount/ partial refund, there were two females (one getting her nails done and another just loitering) that were harassing us (they were racist and discriminating) and the manager had NO PROBLEM with that. She allowed them to slander us and guess what?? BOTH the manager and the females called the cops in a false manner. The cops of course stood by our side and said the business/ women were in the wrong. The cops told us to call the business back to talk to actual OWNER without the women around and write a Yelp review to let everyone know how this business is ran. To add to that the manager smirked, laughed, and kept studdering/changing her statements during the whole incident of those two women acting ballistic! The females were yelling at my younger sister... a minor... saying how they wanted to jump us.... disrespecting our races....just stating all kinds of crazy things and the manager allowed it AND continued with the one woman's service. I did not even try to add fuel to whatever fire those women tried to start because it was child games. I was only trying to take it up with the manager, however the manager was ignoring the fact of the matter at hand. She was not owning up to accountability. Any other business would have kicked out those women too, for causing ruckuss and intervening in other customers affairs. Even one of the females tried trapping in my pregnant sister by closing the door and standing in front of it so that she would pay full price (at the time it was only my older sister and her boyfriend in there paying when that happened). They closed the door and stood in front of it. And the manager just allowed it. Totally classless. I mean I can't believe a business would allow another customer to try to keep someone captive. Legal lawsuit some would say. This place says 'cash only' (when they actually do apparently accept card)....so that they can keep your money and make it impossible to get any type of refund that you deserve AND they do not give you a receipt. Next time we will stick with our trusted nail salon. You can read my older sisters review to know of what happened as far as horrible service. Everyone was well aware of me recording this incident. * [To the owner. If you want to refund us let us know. I'll be talking to my doctor about this traumatic experience. Have a great day. ]
Received a free manicure text for my birthday. Went to the store, said I was there for my free birthday manicure. Kelly told me to pick out a color and I had my manicure done. When it came time to pay, Kelly said she couldn't honor the coupon. She said it was because she doesn't have that system anymore. She should have told me this before I paid for my manicure. I have been going here for years. And now I am never going back. What Kelly could have done is apologized never once did she. She could have taken care of the manicure and explained that they weren't doing the promotion, however since her business name is on the text, she should have honored it. Absolutely ridiculous, she made me look like an idiot in front of everyone in the store.
I haven't had my eyelashes done professionally. Everyone knows how intimidating it is to look for anyone when you have no referrals. I had the best time here. Kelly and the rest of the ladies in there were beyond embracing. I felt at home and very well taken care of. My eyelashes feel so light and are a very beautiful design. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to go back!

Service was exceptional! I was not rushed. And technician was gentle. They were courteous, and offered me something to drink. It's quite a large salon and I was lucky enough to to go when there wasn't too many people there. read more

Kelly is the owner of Polished Nails spa and She delivers what you request. My nails Turned out so cute for my gender reveal party pirates versus mermaids and they last a long time. The staff there were nice and the place is very clean. I live in Hollywood and will drive all the way to this salon versus the ones near my home but I previously Gave negative reviews to. read more

Came to Polished Nails on 06/29 as a walk in for a pedicure and was seen within 20 minutes. There were only 2 other customers and social distancing restrictions were being observed. I was pretty happy with the quality of work. Fast forward to today 07/01 and I scheduled an appointment for 3:00pm for 2 people. I walked in and there were many people waiting around inside. I waited until 3:40 to even be seen. When they finally took me I was told they were not able to do a dip ombré nail (at my usual nail spot in Seattle they've never had an issue with doing dip ombré nails). Since they weren't able to do a nail style that I wanted, I told them it would be okay and that I didn't want to get my nails done. Similarly, I brought my mom with me for an acrylic set and she hadn't been seen at all - at this point it was close to an hour of waiting and we decided to leave. They didn't seem too bothered until we walked out. Shortly after, while in my car, a woman came out to see if I wanted to do ombré dip nails. Like what ??? I just walked out because you all didn't have time and you told me you weren't able to do the style I asked for. I won't be coming back here. They do not honor appointments and have long wait times. read more

I called on a Friday around 5 asked if they had time for a full set and the receptionist who answered was super nice and told me to go in and asked for my name! I got there around 6 and the receptionist was again super kind in person as well and had me check in while she found someone to do my nails I didn't even wait 5 minutes and sat down with Lisa! Lisa was so sweet and kind and when I told her I wanted ombré nails she delivered! From the moment I sat down and she started my nails she was so kind! Yes I know it's what they have to do but she never made me feel like a bother or in a rush for showing up at 6 when they close at 7. She did such a beautiful job and was gentle I told her I bite my nails and she made my nails a good length where my nails won't snap off. All and all I've found my new nail place and nail tech! Everyone is so kind and the prices are amazing for the quality and attention to detail they give! When you check in they list the prices so no surprises and if you want extra the nail tech will inform you! The woman who did my nails cut ALL my cuticles and would not stop filing on my bare skin. All of my cuticles ended up bleeding and are now scabbing up. Also had very poor sanitation and put a drill bit she had just used on me back into her "clean drill bit" container. At one point, she dug inside her ear with her finger and grabbed my hand right after. Do not go here!!! read more

I just wanted to say thank you to these lovely people. Me and my mom went somewhere else and I had nails that were nothing like what I asked for and my mom asked for a light pink gel x and recieved a hot coral pink color. I called to make ann appointment and they helped us a few days later. My mom recieved a cute clean light pink gel x short set. And mine went from a bright pink badlse color with bubbles in it to the super cute and detailed daisy set that was exactly what I asked for! The ladies helping us out on station 3 and 4 we're just amazing ! Thank you! read more

Friday I went in and originally, I had an appointment with Ken when I showed up for my appointment, some other lady took me and I wanted gel X square nails and they kept coming out crooked she kept having to rip them off and glue them back on. Also, she kept cutting my cuticles. I asked for a black chrome and what I got just looks plain black the polish was really thick and clumpy so my nails look really thick and sloppy she kept getting the powder all over my nail beds and kept using more and more nail polish remover to takeoff the access powder on my fingers, but it burned really bad from her cutting me. I did not like my nails, but I was so tired at that point I just left. It took 2 hours so I tried calling back Saturday to tell them that I was unhappy with my nails, but no one ever answered. read more

I'm so obsessed! I can't stop looking at them. This is the first time I went all out on my nails! I love trying new nail salons. Tommy slayed this set! Thank you so much for the best customer service! Everyone is so friendly here too! I had funny and great convos with other nail techs working on the side of Tommy. The experience you have here will blow your mind! They treat you like they've known you forever. They develop quality and worthwhile work. I am for sure going to come back. Tommy and his team does amazing work at a great price point. A bonus is it's so close to my house. By far I think I will definitely come back here. Just by watching every nail tech they are very detail oriented. It's crazy! My nails look so natural instead of bulky. Nail techs here are so knowledgeable in what designs and shapes will work best with your style and nails. They don't seem to do a half ass careless job and don't seem to even think twice about making mistakes. They are perfectionist! They actually take their time here isn't as of rushing. Although they were close to closing Tommy and his team still stayed and took their time to do my nails and other clients nails. Now that's customer service. I love this nail salon I'm always satisfied with the results. They can do any design by simply showing them a picture of what you like. They are very precautious and have social distancing inside the salon. All workers are wearing masks. I definitely recommend coming here ! read more

Excellent service and done with care! My nail tech, Ken, worked his magic with care and made sure to take his time to ensure that I got the design o wanted. It came out great and prices are reasonable. The only downside is how busy it gets so I suggest calling in advance for an appointment. Will come back! read more
