I like to come here for my pedicures so I decided to try my acrylics. Omg horrible. Seriously never again. 1) she gave me BUBBLE NAILS. Too many layers of powder, and not all the nails came out "bubble" like, but that made me even more pissed! Why couldn't she get them all the same? 2) they all came out lumpy on the sides due to the excessive powder, I had to ask if she could file them down after I paid. It made a little bit of a difference. 3) she cut majority of my fingers when she was sanding down my nails w the electric machine. Based on reviews I feel like you're definitely rolling the dice here w full sets. Never going to anyone but my OG nail lady again!! I've been coming here for years and they've taken cleanliness to a whole new level! No walk ins, they take your temperature, ask that you wash your hands, then you're seated in paper covered seats. plexiglass barriers, gloves are worn and changed often, staff sanitize between clients and there's space amongst everyone. I went to another salon two weeks prior and I felt cramped because there was no social distancing and minimal sanitation measures taken there so definitely see the difference here!!! read more

They say walk ins welcome. Well I walk in and there's no one in there who is "able" to do my nails. Only two ladies. I sit down and she files on my nails forever doing nothing helpful. She keeps telling me "owner coming soon" we'll 45 minutes later i about had it. She calls him and he doesn't answer she keeps speaking with the other woman and I can't understand them. He walks in after I'd be sitting there for an hour and honestly he did a terrible job on my nails. Cuticles are ugly and he cut me. I will never go back. Btw $46 for an acrylic fill for all that I went through and waited for should have been $30. And super dirty hands. I was so grossed out. read more

This was my 1st visit. My mom & I came in today for Mani-Pedi's. I got a French pedicure from Natalie & my gel manicure from CeCe. We called ahead and were seen right away at our scheduled time. Everyone was friendly and did a great job on both me & my mom. I loved the hand message from CeCe, so relaxing. I would recommend this place. The prices were more reasonable than a few other places I called in the area. Everything was very clean and I like that they use liners in the water tubs when you get a pedicure. read more

This place is awful. I came here once for a gel mani. It was horrible that I didn't even take a picture. I chose something easy, just all black. Awful. There was polish all around my skin and the color was so uneven. As soon as I left I went to another salon to get my nails fixed. I decided to give them another try today. Bad choice. First off, when I told the lady the color I wanted she basically told me no and that it wasn't a good color. What the hell? She did my nails so fast and they are awful again. DONT GO HERE!! I got some acrylics from this place. The woman who did my nails charged me 2 dollars extra for long nails and 4 dollars extra for coffin. I left the salon with short square nails. When I pointed it out to her, saying "these aren't coffin and these three nails are crooked I got the 'yes they're coffin you just don't see it, and it not crooked your nails are like that'" besides that, cut my skin so many times with mechanical the tools that they use to file down the nails. I just had to write another review about my two FAV nailists (??) Natalie & Lily ~ They are so thorough, they take their time and make sure when they massage your getting a massage. They are quick also, with a gel take off and fresh pedi 1 hr tops! They are sooo nice & understanding. I went in the other day and tried to use my Discover card (THEY DON'T TAKE DISCOVER FYI) but they didn't take it & I had no cash on me. They let me come back and pay, SOO understanding. I was soo embarrassed but they didn't hold it against me. Go See them & Tip well =), they earn it!! read more

This place is great - the staff is friendly and the store is clean. The biggest plus for me, is I swear their gel manis last the longest - about 3 weeks compared to other salons in the area. I like to call ahead, as they are usually busy. I highly recommend! read more

A friend recommended me to this salon and they did a great job with my gel nails. However I come to do nails and to relax and the shop was stuffy. During the summer the shop should be cool but it was really warm. Overall it was a great experience just uncomfortable due to the heat. read more

So this was my 2nd time there and I got a spa pedicure and fill. I told them I wanted white tip for both. (The first time I only got a full set of acrylics and they came out exactly how I wanted, long and square. I believe her name was Tiffany who did them. So if there's a tone to recommend it's her. I'm just not sure if that's her name ! That's why I give two stars-because she did a good good the first time.) Anyways I said I wanted my acrylics cut a little shorter. However she made them as short as my real nail and rounded them. Even though she asked me if I wanted them square! I said I did by the way. They also painted the white tip chunky which looked terrible. They went to paint my toes and did not put a white tip! I asked why, and they said I did not ask for it! I was mad! I told them all about my friends wedding and what we are all wearing and going to be matching. How can you screw up white tip!? (They had me pay for before cutting and polish too which was odd...) and then said I need 4.50 cash more to add white tip on my toes. Card transactions are have a minimum of $10 charge. So I was apparently screwed there ! I only brought my card. So they did not listen the first time! How is that my fault !? Bottom line is that i got a random clear on my toes and a chunky white tip on my acrylics that I will have to a new place and pay for a new set because they're too short. Not going back!! Not great. I got a full set of acrylic nails, two have already come off and the edges of the rest of them make them look like they can come off at any moment. Sloppy paint job too. I got a colored French tip and you can see some of the color smeared under the clear stuff they put on top. Never going back. read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I came in for a quick fill and Natalie messed up my nails so bad. I noticed she was leaving my nails crooked and though she didn't complain and "fixed" them, they still came out horrible. On one hand my nails were way shorter than the other, the paint job was sloppy, and i paid $32.50 for a fill! That's ridiculous. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible or else i would've had them fixed but I will not be going back. read more

This use to be my go to spot and came here for over 5 years. Overall, the gals are friendly and customer service is great. Prices are decent, considering the area. However, the last three times (I gave them a chance, I really was hoping for isolated incidents), my gel manicure began chipping 7 days in and my pedicure 1 day in. I don't get it! What's changed? Did their product become cheap, did they get sloppy and careless, what is it? I've also noticed that they are so busy that they work really fast, in order to help everyone. I get that, but doing so, takes away from a meticulous job, which I had previously admired from them. Hence my 5 year loyalty. Unfortunately, it's time to find a new nail shop in the area, as it feels like I'm wasting my money (chips in a week) and time (waits of over an hour even with an appointment). Best place ever! Been coming here for 8+ years. Cici, Lily and Tammy are great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first experience at San Dimas nails and spas. I felt the staff was polite and efficient. When I got there, I was seated almost immediately. I sat down and they turned on the vibrating chair and got ready to work on my feet. They then proceeded to trim my toenails. I went with my grandma and they didn't rush me out when they finished as I waited for my grandma to finish. I liked the warm lotion and the massage that they did on my legs and feet. I chose this spa because my mother and grandparents have used this spa before and suggested it to me. The prices were fair as I only had to pay eighteen dollars for a pedicure. They kept everything clean and also were very organized. They used liners in the water tubs for sanitary purposes. I didn't want any polish and they didn't try and talk me into getting any. I chose to do this because it was something I have never done before. It was a good experience and I would definitely go back to this place again. read more
