I hate writing bad reviews but feel compelled to do so. I called ahead , requesting a gel manicure, and came during my dinner break from school. The two women were very kind and even offered water. Unfortunately, after probably 45 minutes I left with my nails a mess as the technician mistakenly used regular nail polish, instead of gel. Through the technician's laughter, (laughing about her mistake), she offered to fix my nails but at the point I had already wasted too much time and left. Mistakes happen, but I can't understand how she didn't notice she was using incorrect nail polish after 3 layers. It seemed pretty careless. Super disappointed.
I was referred by a friend and was very happy to have gotten my nails done here! I got dip powder nails with Tammy and they came out so beautifully! I chose a pretty natural glittery pink powder. Tammy was very sweet and welcoming and made sure to listen to what I wanted. She also did my daughter's gel nails which came out nicely too. I found my new go-to nail salon :)
They're very nice ladies but only two are working here.. I was waiting over an hour and if I had plans for valentines day I would have had to leave but luckily I didn't. I called in advance to ask if they were busy which technically they aren't just under staffed. I was kind of annoyed the nail tech would argue with me about the colors I wanted but I just let her do what she wanted and hoped she would be able to get close enough to the pic I showed her, she did okay not the best but its okay. I waited to give a review since I wanted to see how the nails lasted since they were gel and gel usually lasts a good 2 weeks. The gel started peeling within a week! Again the owner is very nice!! But she didn't do my nails I think she is the one who does acrylics mostly and I never get those so cant say how she does but she finished a lot quicker than her nail tech thats for sure.
Updating my review from my last visit! I absolutely love coming here! Tammy heard and read my review. I had been back and I love Wednesday's!! We talk and have fun and she enjoys doing my nails and giving me a beautiful design with the colors I pick out. I have met so many other customers since coming here and we all have the same thing to say about Tammy. We all feel like we've known her for years! Thank you Tammy for making us a part of your family!
This place is a hidden gem! I called to make an appointment for pedicure and fills. Tammy and Mary are an amazing duo! They were gentle, professional, and did an amazing job!! Exactly what I wanted and the place is so clean! Truly soooo happy I found this amazing place!
Tammy was awesome and I love my pedicure! She did a wonderful job on my feet & she actually listened to my concerns on what I like and don't like. They only charge $30 for pedicure and don't charge to remove gel if you are getting gel put back on which I thought was a great price. I will definitely be coming back here, thanks Tammy!!
Tammy is absolutely wonderful I went there with no appointment and she still welcomed me with a happy face I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted is she did exactly what I wanted she offers you water she has the TV on for you it's air conditioned very clean her work is absolutely amazing I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know I'm so happy with my nails thank you so much!!! More nail techs and owners need to be like this woman hard-working very accommodating to her customers and listens to what you want done..and pricing is amazing!
Tammy was so friendly and super efficient with great customer service. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend her.
I had such a wonderful experience at La Vie! Tammy was so sweet and friendly, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted. Tammy made sure that I was comfortable and even asked what I wanted to watch on the tv. The salon was clean and spacious. My nail tech was so patient and made sure that each nail came out perfectly. Ladies of Glendora, Azusa, and San Dimas, please give La Vie a try! 10/10 experience Will definitely be coming back! :)
Omg I absolutely love my new nail!!! I want a new set of nail for my Hawaii trip. Tammy did an amazing job. She is so nice and patient with me picking my color. she did a color swatches on my nail to make sure I like the color I choose. She helps me pick the colors that best match the design I like. It couldn't be any better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Tammy. You won't regret it.
Tammy did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend. She is extremely accommodating and takes her time to make sure your nails look nice.
I had I great time at the salon and all the ladies were so sweet and kind. They pay a lot of attention to detail and do a perfect job on nails. My favorite set and design of nails I have ever had. My new favorite nail place.

I had the best experience today at this nail shop. Tammy the owner is sooo generous and has the best personality ever. She is so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. After years I've never encountered a nail salon quite like this. I was satisfied and will definitely be going back. I got the gel X set and gel pedicure and the finishing is beautiful. They are patient, have good quality, and affordable. The shop is so cute and I love the massage chairs, you can relax for sure. My mom got her waxing done and she said they did a incredible job. Thank you so much Tammy for being such an amazing person to my mom and I, you made our day. I'm happy I found you. Thank you very much, Marshay read more
One of the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My daughter called two weeks in advance and booked appointments for pedicure for both of us to pamper me on my Birthday. Our appointment was @11:30. When we arrived, there were two employees, one of them was doing manicure for customers and the other one was there for pedicure. There was a couple waiting and a customer who was almost done. When the customer left, they told us to move on the pedicure chairs. No one cleaned the basin first. There was a dirty towel on the basin and they didn't even think about removing it or replacing it. We were waiting for two full hours without receiving any apology from them that they ran behind their schedule. Then one of the couple decided to have manicure without having prevoius appointment for this service. So, instead of sending him to the other employee who was in charge of manicure and started with us. She just continued working with him although the other lady didn't have any customer by this time. For two hours, they didn't apologize or even try to make any good impression. We left @ 2:30 after this horrible customer service without any comments from them when they saw us leaving. The place was filthy. They didn't clean and sanitize after each customer like any other nail salon always does. Also, what was the point for having an appointment then, if there is no respect for this appointment. Whoever is giving good review to this place, they are unaware of their lack of cleanliness and unprofessional behavior in treating the customers. They don't deserve even one star read more

I went on Yelp looking for a salon that would do an acrylic pedicure for me. Was turned away many times with no reasoning. UNTIL i found this salon and I'm so glad i did. I came here with little to no nails (thanks generics) and i left with toe nails!!!! I feel great, it's such a confidence booster and now i can give my sneakers a break. I didn't catch name of the lady who did my pedicure but it was great. I drove all the way from Eastvale/corona area on a Tuesday afternoon. Will def be back, I'm so happy. read more

Visiting from Washington. Very friendly and nice to me and my little sister along with our friend. We didn't make an appointment but we didn't have to wait long to be seen. Nails came out good and the price wasn't bad at all. Mine were $60 and it was my first time trying Gel X nails. read more

Attention everyone! There is new ownership. I sadly found out the hard way. I looked past the signs at the door and figured Tammy was in the back or away so I asked for a hard gel fill and gel pedicure. The pedicure was great. The new owner became busy with another client and upon completion of my pedicure asked if I could come tomorrow, I stated "no" later I suggest maybe a basic gel manicure so that the same lady who did my pedicure can work on my hands. Oh boy I was not a happy customer. The owner then spoke to the lady who was working on my hands that she can do regular polish and give me a discount for a gel manicure at a later time. I feel as customers we should receive what we pay for. I went in with a hard gel fill request, got a regular manicure and the paint job was not beautiful. The two workers were professional, polite and offered my son and I water. But the quality of the work is just NOT there. I will forever miss Tammy. read more
