I had the best experience today at this nail shop. Tammy the owner is sooo generous and has the best personality ever. She is so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. After years I've never encountered a nail salon quite like this. I was satisfied and will definitely be going back. I got the gel X set and gel pedicure and the finishing is beautiful. They are patient, have good quality, and affordable. The shop is so cute and I love the massage chairs, you can relax for sure. My mom got her waxing done and she said they did a incredible job. One of the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My daughter called two weeks in advance and booked appointments for pedicure for both of us to pamper me on my Birthday. Our appointment was @11:30. When we arrived, there were two employees, one of them was doing manicure for customers and the other one was there for pedicure. There was a couple waiting and a customer who was almost done. When the customer left, they told us to move on the pedicure chairs. No one cleaned the basin first. There was a dirty towel on the basin and they didn't even think about removing it or replacing it. We were waiting for two full hours without receiving any apology from them that they ran behind their schedule. Then one of the couple decided to have manicure without having prevoius appointment for this service. So, instead of sending him to the other employee who was in charge of manicure and started with us. She just continued working with him although the other lady didn't have any customer by this time. For two hours, they didn't apologize or even try to make any good impression. We left @ 2:30 after this horrible customer service without any comments from them when they saw us leaving. The place was filthy. They didn't clean and sanitize after each customer like any other nail salon always does.  Also, what was the point for having an appointment then, if there is no respect for this appointment. Whoever is giving good review to this place, they are unaware of their lack of cleanliness and unprofessional behavior in treating the customers. They don't deserve even one star read more

I hate writing bad reviews but feel compelled to do so. I called ahead , requesting a gel manicure, and came during my dinner break from school. The two women were very kind and even offered water. Unfortunately, after probably 45 minutes I left with my nails a mess as the technician mistakenly used regular nail polish, instead of gel. Through the technician's laughter, (laughing about her mistake), she offered to fix my nails but at the point I had already wasted too much time and left. Mistakes happen, but I can't understand how she didn't notice she was using incorrect nail polish after 3 layers. It seemed pretty careless. Super disappointed. read more

They're very nice ladies but only two are working here.. I was waiting over an hour and if I had plans for valentines day I would have had to leave but luckily I didn't. I called in advance to ask if they were busy which technically they aren't just under staffed. I was kind of annoyed the nail tech would argue with me about the colors I wanted but I just let her do what she wanted and hoped she would be able to get close enough to the pic I showed her, she did okay not the best but its okay. I waited to give a review since I wanted to see how the nails lasted since they were gel and gel usually lasts a good 2 weeks. The gel started peeling within a week! Again the owner is very nice!! But she didn't do my nails I think she is the one who does acrylics mostly and I never get those so cant say how she does but she finished a lot quicker than her nail tech thats for sure. read more

I went here my first two visits for pedicures and they have done a great job and the staff was friendly. So, I decided to also do my nails with them since they offer gel x. I made an appointment at 3:15 and came on time. The staff went up to me and told me to come back an hour and a half later since they were so many people waiting. They weren't apologetic or anything. I had my appointment booked in advance. The business needs to work on their time management skills, it's very unprofessional to have a client make an appointment and tell them to come back much later. I understand they want the money and want to fit in as many clients as they can but it's not worth it if you create a bad experience for the customer. I ended up going to another nail salon who was able to do my nails earlier. I wish good luck to their business and hope they can improve their customer service. read more

The employees seemed so friendly at first but they were not prepared and overbooked. They should have been honest and turned people away. We had pedi appointments scheduled but still waited for awhile. They put my feet in the tub but the water sat for so long it was freezing cold. I asked for the third highest pedi option, but didn't get all the items listed (10 minute foot massage and paraffin treatment). They still tried to charge me the full amount and argued about it. Attention everyone! There is new ownership. I sadly found out the hard way. I looked past the signs at the door and figured Tammy was in the back or away so I asked for a hard gel fill and gel pedicure. The pedicure was great. The new owner became busy with another client and upon completion of my pedicure asked if I could come tomorrow, I stated "no" later I suggest maybe a basic gel manicure so that the same lady who did my pedicure can work on my hands. Oh boy I was not a happy customer. The owner then spoke to the lady who was working on my hands that she can do regular polish and give me a discount for a gel manicure at a later time. I feel as customers we should receive what we pay for. I went in with a hard gel fill request, got a regular manicure and the paint job was not beautiful. The two workers were professional, polite and offered my son and I water. But the quality of the work is just NOT there. I will forever miss Tammy. read more
