Everything I asked, for they have done. The quality is on point. And the vibe and ambient of this place is so Relaxing.

    My nails after going here
    Ashley E.

After going to this nail spa, I got fungus on my finger on both of my fingers not just one, but you, and when I tried to confront them about it, the lady denied that I had gotten my nails done there a month prior when I have been going in there on a regular basis for years She just didn't want me to complain about her business cause she knew she was wrong

Hadn't had a mani or pedi in quite a while and it was obvious. I don't like the look of fake, overdone nails so I asked my sons hairdresser, whose nails looked very nice where she'd gone and she referred me to Bella Nails. Brought a friend who I was traveling to a destination wedding with and we are both so happy to have found this place! My nails, hands and feet look great! She actually listened and did exactly what I asked for, my mani is a simple gel french manicure and she didn't file my nails ridiculously thin to get a beautiful result! My feet were rough and now they look great! We'll be back!

Gift certificate that was apparently "fake"

The man sitting at the front desk, and the owner are completely unprofessional. I received a gift certificate from a family member who frequents here. They would not accept the gift certificate from my phone. The front desk man said it was their policy. I asked to see the policy, and he laughed. They know my family member who bought the gift certificate 2 weeks prior yet still accused me of the gift certificate being fake. Saying that anyone can bring them in from their phone, they need a hard copy. They don't have a way to keep track of the gift certificates they hand out and are so eager to sell them and take your money. Then the front desk man says he will call the owner. He's on the phone laughing with the owner, then hands the phone to me. The owner asks me do you live around here? Why would you throw the gift certificate away? Proceeds to tell me just wait 5 minutes I will come down there. I said, why would you do that? I told your front desk that I will text him or you the gift certificate. I showed him the gift receipt, and he won't take it. The owner says, "I have you on camera. I will call the cops if you don't pay." I said it's not my problem you don't have a better system of keeping track of gift certificates. You need to figure out your own problems. And I walked out. The front desk man proceeded to follow me to my car, taking photos of me and my license plate. My family member comes in here monthly, and they know them by name. They know they bought 2 gift certificates. They have receipts. Yet these scummy people (the arrogant front desk smirking man and the swindler owner) refused to honor them. I sent the nail technician the money she was owed because I did not want her to be out money for the service she provided me. Even though the swindler owner should pay her with the money he received from the gift certificate. Needless to say, I will never be returning here. All of this for $35.

Went to get acrylics removed. When I got sat down I noticed the lady wasn't planning on soaking my nails, she immediately got out the clippers and clipped my nails as short as she could get them which was so painful. Then she got one of the press on nails and started digging in through my nail beds and wedged it in between my real nail and acrylic. I kept telling her it hurt so bad but she kept going and would just cut my nail even shorter. I would not suggest going here at all for an acrylic removal. They are just trying to get you in and out for a quick $10 and do not care if they are damaging your nails or putting you through pain. In the end she did not clean them up or anything as well, would not go back again.

    Thanks Van!

I only see Jen for my Nails and Amy for my pedi. They are both so meticulous and take their time with me. Jen makes my hands look feminine and dainty. Amy massages the best and I literally fall asleep each time. Who loves a relaxing pedi? I do. Their prices are $$$ but I think it's worth it. Their time, patience and attention to detail matters to me. Make an appointment and don't walk in. They definitely get busy. I love love their new massage chairs too!

I love this place!! Emma has been doing my nails for years. They offer acrylic, dip, gel, gelX and standard polish. It is best to make an appointment to assure you don't wait too long. But they will accept walk ins. Great group here and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Emma did such a great job on my nails - loved the bio gel too!

    Gel x nails by Nathan
    Annabelle B.

It was my first time here and Nathan did my gel x nails. I absolutely loved them! I just wanted a simple French tip with a little design on my ring finger. Very affordable too. They lasted soooo long that I actually started removing them myself lol

My first time here and I loved it. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. April was my tech and she was super sweet and made sure I was happy with every step of my nail process, I was nervous going in with my inspiration picture but she executed it perfectly and I love how they turned out. I will definitely be returning!

Side doesn't even cover my nail. Put on wrong. Way too much gel too

I feel like nail salons are always hit and misses. I've been here before but not constantly. My time before last I had nathan do my nails and I was very pleased. 10/10. Absolutely loved them. So I decided to go back but Nathan wasn't there and someone else did my nails. It's only the second time I've done gel x. They put way way way too much gel under each nail and three of my nails looked like they were off my nail bed and looked like they were lifting. It took everything in me to say something to be told oh it's my nail. Um, no. I'll show photos from both times I've had them done. I absolutely loved the color when I got it the second time but the massive amount of gel under them and them slightly off bothered me immensely. I paid way too much to be unhappy. And when I asked if they could clean them up underneath she was kinda bothered and even after there was so much gel left. I wouldn't go back for gel x unless I was going to see Nathan. I'm sure someone else does it correctly there but I don't remember the name of the lady who did them poorly. I had to pay to get them redone at another salon. I spoke up during service and was told it's my nails. Sorry it's not!

I have kinda crazy nail taste but I was surprised and a bit worried at first how fast Emma did my acrylic overlay on my real nails.

I have tried other spas since moving away and not one has left me feeling happy with my service nor the results. I left with my face *GLOWING* and my facial discoloration was gone. Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. Feeling all of the knots and stiffness made me realize how badly I let my self care go. As she was working my back, I could literally feel my body being able to breathe again. I even noticed my posture and body movements afterwards was more fluid and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back for Linda's expertise. I have confirmed 3 times that even though we are getting different types of massages, we are still doing a couple massage. The lady said yes. We went today and there was no robes or slippers in the lockers. I had to search multiple lockers to find one. My husband said the same thing in his locker. We went to the waiting room and there was NO wine and chocolates that are included with the massage. The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We waited a half hour just to get started bc of the disorganized issues. We will not be returning.

The reasons why I want to update my review: Very relaxing atmosphere -- the center area isn't overly loud. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The skincare products they use feel nicer/better quality than what I've experienced at other spas. I also really appreciate that this is a 12+ facility, so there aren't small children running around. At some other spas, kids can be loud and make it harder to fully relax. Here, the atmosphere is much more peaceful, which makes a big difference when you're coming to relax

Warming up and cooling down in the facilities easily works up an appetite but it's rare to look forward to spa food. This place has traditional Korean dishes like seaweed soup, beef soups and my fave, the dolsot hot stone bibimbap. I ordered the regular one with just veggies, egg and ground beef the first time and the second time I tried the spicy squid version. Both are very filling and served with complimentary banchan as well as a small bowl of seaweed soup. You get a lot for what you pay for and every thing is tasty. I also enjoyed their refreshing lychee iced green tea as a beverage and dessert since it's served with whole lychees on the bottom. The service is very prompt and courteous. At one point I left my locker bracelet behind while drying my hair and one of the workers found me in the main area and returned it to me. The ambience is very chill and calm. You can hear some of the older men snoring in the lounge chairs in the common room and the music is very jazzy and soft. A perfect and affordable ($40/person for use of the facilities, without extra services) way of relaxing and rejuvenating yourself after a hard week.

It was even featured in Beef on Netflix, so it already comes with that cinematic, aesthetic atmosphere The moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The entire spa is designed with natural elements -- crystal chandeliers, wooden walls, and an impressive collection of over 500-year-old antiques. It doesn't feel like a typical commercial spa at all, more like a quiet, curated sanctuary for the mind. They also have separate lounges for men and women, which makes the whole experience feel more private and refined. The essential oils used are from doTERRA -- clean, natural, and not overpowering. I tried their 90-minute "Fresh Ginger & Mugwort Herbal Massage," and the whole treatment follows a very thoughtful, traditional wellness flow: It starts with freshly ground ginger applied to the body to warm you up from within -- you can literally feel the cold leaving your body Then comes hot stone therapy to raise your body temperature and deeply relax your muscles Finally, warm mugwort herbal compresses are used along pressure points, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, leaving your body feeling light and rebalanced My therapist Tina had a very gentle and soothing technique -- not overly intense, but incredibly effective. The relaxation actually lasted longer, which is perfect if you've been stressed or not sleeping well. And honestly, the resort itself adds so much to the experience There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, plus private one-on-one yoga sessions -- it truly feels like a full-on retreat. The best part? For a resort-level spa like this, the pricing is actually very reasonable -- great value for what you get. In one sentence: This isn't just a massage -- it's a full mind-and-body reset. If you've been feeling drained or just want to escape LA for a bit, this place is absolutely worth saving

He concentrated on all of my problem areas and I felt happy and relaxed afterwards. The quiet room is clean and comfy and I was given a tasty little fruit cup. Now the bad: The price for a massage is reasonable, but you must pay an additional 39.00 if you want a to use their lockers or robe, take a shower or use the jacuzzi. This was unexpected and confusing. Before arriving, I had called for clarification of this policy and was only told that they would charge 39.00 for use of the jacuzzi. I had no idea that I wouldn't be given a robe or allowed to shower without paying the extra fee. I'm in a spa club and I have never run into this issue before. This confusion may have been due to a language barrier. The shower area has a sign saying that you must run the hot water for 10-15 minutes to obtain hot water (!). I did so and still had to take a cold shower because the water never got hot. The only towels available are very small and very thin. They are not large enough to wrap around your body. The jacuzzi area shows deferred maintenance with broken tile, missing robe hooks and mold/mildew on the ceiling between the jacuzzi and the showers (ick). This is a nice facility, but the policies are confusing and it's sadly lacking in general upkeep. (See pics)
