I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here since 2019. The owner is super sweet and very kind. There is not one design no matter how complicated that she does not knock out the park, her design skills are addicting so beware, you'll literally come back week after week with something new to test her skills and she will never disappoint. Hannah always does my toes and I get super crazy with special designs. My work schedule, school schedule and mom schedule is always so hectic and I am able to text her and she find a way for me every time. The music and vibe are always relaxing and in point. Ben is so good at nails, he keeps getting better and better and Hannah is always patient with me while I select the color for my toes. I really feel like the service is so worth what I pay when I come here. Trust me once you come here you won't know why you go anywhere else.
Kristy was absolutely amazing and super fast and sweet. She gave me exactly what I wanted without hesitation and her work is the best I've been to for frenchies. My pedicure I got was #2 and the other lady did amazing as well. She don't rush and took her time amazing place definitely my now go to nail shop The environment was clean and super friendly.
I love coming to Charms Nails! I was referred by my sis Irene. My nail tech Lindsey is the best. She is extremely nice, and her attention to detail is superb!
I am so glad I found this place! My sister in law comes here and she brought me here for my birthday. Christine and Ken and Lindsay helped me. Ken did my full set, Christine painted them and Lindsay did my pedicure. All did amazing work! And fast too, But not rushed just efficient! I loved how my nails turned out and I love the way they treated me. They were so busy and still took their time with me. Christine even painted my nails free hand cow print. I appreciate all the extra attention to details this place offers. It's also very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

This review is long overdo! I've been coming to Charms Got Nails for years now and refuse to go anywhere else! I always receive so many compliments on my nails and they always last me forever! And these are my natural nails! They really value the client here! I've never left unhappy. Give them a try you won't be disappointed :) *these are some of my nails throughout the past couple months! The first picture is my most recent and my nails are long & healthy!
My wonderful husband was planning a day for me and chose this place because it was next to the massage he booked for me. I was reluctant because it's not my usual place but I didn't want to hurt his feelings.. I went in for a pedicure and new dip set. When the pedicure began the woman was RUSHING and not being very gentle. At some point I feel her continuously squeezing my toe and then she grabs nails glue in an attempt to stop the bleeding on my toe. At no point did she mention what happened. She continued to use a rag on the wound. I asked her to STOP and grab a paper towel and cover it in alcohol. A wound at a nail salon is my nightmare. She tried to play it off as an ingrown but I trimmed my toenails before arriving and did not have one. I proceeded to the fingernail portion of my visit and it took over 45 min to remove the previous gel and nail tip. TOO LONG! She then went to do the dip without adding the tip. Which she clearly just removed and said "I can't do tips" only certain people can apparently. I asked her to stop and just do a clear coat. Not paying for a service I don't want. I could see that others got beautiful design on their nails. But they couldn't do anything simple apparently I would definitely not return or recommend.

They did exactly what I wanted, although their selection of yellows in the dip powder wasn't exactly what I was wanting. I still got the design I wanted and it came out perfect. I will return here. This place is great!
Run away DO NOT come to this unsanitary nail salon! Don't learn the hard way and end up dealing with nail fungus. This place doesn't follow the very basic of sanitary practices. You will lay your hands on a dirty towel from the previous client. They will however do the very least and shake the nail clippings from the dirty towel. They will expose you to all kinds of bacteria when they reuse dirty disposable nail files. Don't ask to use the restroom you will be greeted by dirty facilities as well as piles (not exaggerating) of acrylic dust that coat the trash bins without lids. You will be charged for shotty work like nails that look like gumballs all bumpy and thick and bleeding cuticles from aggressive filing. But wait for the extra bonus nail fungus. Don't learn the hard way like myself and go elsewhere this place doesn't care about their clients safety..
this has been my go-to nail salon for the past year and i've never strayed away! even when i had to switch technicians because my og one left, their service and talent remained unmatched. I recommend all my friends and classmates to come here because of how amazing Ken and Kristy are. Kristy always makes my nails more beautiful than I imagine the design to be, and Ken always takes his time to ensure the shape and evenness of my nails is on point. I can show Kristy any design I want and she makes it even better! and they're both a joy to talk to and sit with for the 1-2 hours I spend here everytime. :) the other techs are also very sweet and friendly. the environment at Charms is wonderful!! peep the pictures for how bomb my nails always look because of them!
Kristy is the best! Even though I live farther now this is the place I'll keep going for my nails

Lindsey is adorable and does a great job! Was in the area because my dog was getting a bath, so I called to see if they could take a walk in pedicure... They could so I came right over. The salon is clean and uncrowded. (In some salons the chairs are right on top of each other - but not here!) They have a menu of options so that you can choose the level of service you'd like... I neither felt rushed nor like it was dragging on... timing was perfect! Other salons have "cash only" policies... but not here! Credit cards are accepted, but there is a surcharge of 3%. (I think... I am embarrassed for this establishment if your workers take this much pride in their work. Not only was I rushed out because I didn't do "gel manicure" but it seems to me that my $50 dollar service meant nothing to you. I am extremely disappointed! I asked the lady to check for ingrowns. She half assed the job. The lady who work on my hands kept dropping things and even "forgot" to clean under my nails and didn't even out my nails. I promise you I am NOT coming here again. Too expensive to do half ass job. read more

I always go to this place with my sister when I visit California every month or so. Everyone is very friendly and we chat & catch up on what's going on in life, it's almost like visiting extended family at this point! I loved these gel nails Ken did. I asked him to surprise me because I was so indecisive on what I wanted. I was impressed with the results and loved showing them off to my coworkers back in Vegas. They asked where I got them done and said they definitely would go here if they were in the town. Haven't been able to find the same quality and service here in Vegas, so now I wait to get my nails done in this salon only. It's worth the 4 hour drive for me.. and that's saying a lot for someone who doesn't like driving much!!! read more

First time here and must I say will I definitely be coming back! Ken did amazing on my nails and I got a pedicure from Hannah she did amazing too! I believe Lindsey is her name if not I'm sorry but she did my leaf design. Super beautiful I will make sure to come back. I really needed to get my nails done. Decided to try this place out. I stopped of here with a friend. We both were treated good. Prices are decent and they are following Covid protocol. Our mani/pedicures were done in a timely manner. We felt a little rushed at he end after we paid for our services and were waiting for our nails to try. I feel they need to listen more or communicate more when it comes to service as I am diabetic and I was explaining pain in my leg and to please be gentle during the massage. The girl nodded and continued until I had to say ouch! Other than that we had a good experience and we were satisfied and will come back again to give them another try and just hope that we are not rushed. read more
Literally felt like I was being pampered. I got the deluxe pedicure with regular nail polish (light pink) and manicure marble with a gray matte finish. I got the silver lines on a whim and they didn't turn out badly! Linsey couldn't get the shiny silver paper onto the nail, probably because I had the matte done already by then oops. But she went for drawing it out and it looks great! Linsey also nailed the marble on my ring fingers! I love love love them! They look super cuter (as you can see through photos). She's artistic and it was fun to work with her. Michelle did the pedicure and she did a great job too! I got a nice massage and callous removal. Honestly this was exactly what I needed. Today, was my first time here. I was excited because I heard a lot of great things here, don't get me wrong I still like my nails but I felt as though Kristy was kind of trying to rush me out. She had prepped my nails but didn't even cut my cuticles or cleaned under my nail. She glued the tips on then handed me to Ken who was great made sure I liked everything he was doing. Ken was very careful and meticulous about his work. Once he finished putting the acrylic on Kirsty came back and painted my nails hurriedly, I understood that it was pretty busy but I think it through me off because she even cut the gel drying part early. For me, the customer service from her was lacking I found out she hadn't eaten much that day so maybe that's why she was rushing me but for being my first time there I wish she was more attentive and did the prep of nails correctly The nails turned out fine but I paid $60 for gel full set and wasn't really tended to so.. idk. read more

So happy! Ken got shape, length, and ombré perfect, and Kristy did the marble design. They're both awesome. I wanted the marble to be thin and subtle and it came out exactly how I hoped. Ken is my go to! My entire family goes to him now. Everyone here is super friendly as well. I just cannot get anyone but Ken to do my nails! Very friendly and appreciative. This place is very busy I was a walk in I did call make a appointment for I won't have too wait I got there I can say they was very busy one was on the feet another person was doing nail they was tag team for a appointment my wait was about 30min I am flexible I just need a refill not much I am into design and only my tips paint it not gone lie it started off kind of scary. He started off with the extra terrestrial long nails went I asked for them be short I can say he did I excellent job they are nice tips an all I asked for designs they told me on the phone went I called for prices everything was 35$ went they got done it was 55$ my nail polish chip in 2days the top is half painted they sure did look great under the light plus no designs they gave me decals the kids put on there nails he told me I do my best make u pretty because I cannot freestyle designs. He did decal me up for $55. read more

Nails are pretty, but . . . My daughter asked for almond shaped nails and got charged for them, but these are really just too skinny for almond shaped nails. She had a really inexperienced tech who had to have somebody else do the designs. They charge for every tiny thing. Also, the guy who works there goes out to smoke stinky cigarettes that seeps into the salon and throws butts on the sidewalk--pretty trashy trashy trashy way to treat the property where your business is. No pride. Not a great experience. read more

Do they use those small clamps ( seen it at other nail salon) to make your nail narrow with dip?
I don't know, I use the gel polish and they just file my nail to shape it.
I have a wedding in six weeks and I'm looking for a very specific look - matte black with metallic gold tips and gold crown decals on two fingers. Can they do that? Does anyone know where I can get that done in the San Dimas to Upland area?
Kristi can do most any look if you bring her a picture. Look at their Instagram. She is really really talented. Make an appt to go talk to her or just walk in, she is always there.
