I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here since 2019. The owner is super sweet and very kind. There is not one design no matter how complicated that she does not knock out the park, her design skills are addicting so beware, you'll literally come back week after week with something new to test her skills and she will never disappoint. Hannah always does my toes and I get super crazy with special designs. My work schedule, school schedule and mom schedule is always so hectic and I am able to text her and she find a way for me every time. The music and vibe are always relaxing and in point. Ben is so good at nails, he keeps getting better and better and Hannah is always patient with me while I select the color for my toes. Lindsey is adorable and does a great job! Was in the area because my dog was getting a bath, so I called to see if they could take a walk in pedicure... They could so I came right over. The salon is clean and uncrowded. (In some salons the chairs are right on top of each other - but not here!) They have a menu of options so that you can choose the level of service you'd like... I neither felt rushed nor like it was dragging on... timing was perfect! Other salons have "cash only" policies... but not here! Credit cards are accepted, but there is a surcharge of 3%. (I think... I am so glad I found this place! My sister in law comes here and she brought me here for my birthday. Christine and Ken and Lindsay helped me. Ken did my full set, Christine painted them and Lindsay did my pedicure. All did amazing work! And fast too, But not rushed just efficient! I loved how my nails turned out and I love the way they treated me. They were so busy and still took their time with me. Christine even painted my nails free hand cow print. My wonderful husband was planning a day for me and chose this place because it was next to the massage he booked for me. I was reluctant because it's not my usual place but I didn't want to hurt his feelings.. I went in for a pedicure and new dip set. When the pedicure began the woman was RUSHING and not being very gentle. At some point I feel her continuously squeezing my toe and then she grabs nails glue in an attempt to stop the bleeding on my toe. At no point did she mention what happened. She continued to use a rag on the wound. I asked her to STOP and grab a paper towel and cover it in alcohol. A wound at a nail salon is my nightmare. She tried to play it off as an ingrown but I trimmed my toenails before arriving and did not have one. I proceeded to the fingernail portion of my visit and it took over 45 min to remove the previous gel and nail tip. TOO LONG! She then went to do the dip without adding the tip. Which she clearly just removed and said "I can't do tips" only certain people can apparently. I asked her to stop and just do a clear coat. Not paying for a service I don't want. I could see that others got beautiful design on their nails. But they couldn't do anything simple apparently I would definitely not return or recommend. read more

Charms Got Nails. This place is A-OK. I went with my friend to have my toes look good as I was going to Puerto Vallarta for the first time. My friend made us appointments here. The place is a little small, so I would definitely make an appointment. I've only had a handful of pedicures in my life but found this place to be ok. Not my favorite but not bad. I found prices to be reasonable but one of my big toes hurt for a few days after my experience here. I guess that's normal? Run away DO NOT come to this unsanitary nail salon! Don't learn the hard way and end up dealing with nail fungus. This place doesn't follow the very basic of sanitary practices. You will lay your hands on a dirty towel from the previous client. They will however do the very least and shake the nail clippings from the dirty towel. They will expose you to all kinds of bacteria when they reuse dirty disposable nail files. Don't ask to use the restroom you will be greeted by dirty facilities as well as piles (not exaggerating) of acrylic dust that coat the trash bins without lids. You will be charged for shotty work like nails that look like gumballs all bumpy and thick and bleeding cuticles from aggressive filing. But wait for the extra bonus nail fungus. Don't learn the hard way like myself and go elsewhere this place doesn't care about their clients safety.. read more

Now onto the quality of service. I've come here for about 2 years. I've had acrylic with Ken, gel nails with or without designs with Kristy, and pedi with various technicians and never been disappointed. They pay great attention to details and all of them are highly skilled at what they do. I am embarrassed for this establishment if your workers take this much pride in their work. Not only was I rushed out because I didn't do "gel manicure" but it seems to me that my $50 dollar service meant nothing to you. I am extremely disappointed! I asked the lady to check for ingrowns. She half assed the job. The lady who work on my hands kept dropping things and even "forgot" to clean under my nails and didn't even out my nails. I promise you I am NOT coming here again. I really needed to get my nails done. Decided to try this place out. I stopped of here with a friend. We both were treated good. Prices are decent and they are following Covid protocol. Our mani/pedicures were done in a timely manner. We felt a little rushed at he end after we paid for our services and were waiting for our nails to try. I feel they need to listen more or communicate more when it comes to service as I am diabetic and I was explaining pain in my leg and to please be gentle during the massage. The girl nodded and continued until I had to say ouch! But she went for drawing it out and it looks great! Linsey also nailed the marble on my ring fingers! I love love love them! They look super cuter (as you can see through photos). This place has MULTIPLE complaints of unsanitary practice from multiple customers. My sister was just here and she now has blisters all over her toes on both feet. That kind of injury to someone's feet is unheard of. This doesn't need to happen to anyone else. Please seek another place to get your nails done.
