I would have given 5 stars had she not slipped and made my finger bleed with the dremel. Also didn't love soaking my fingers in acetone I have super dry skin so this just made it worse. The work was done well though for the most part and they were very kind to me and my 6 yr old daughter on my birthday.

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience. The girl who did my nails was very sweet but was very inexperienced. I confirmed with her and her father- the owner- that she is on summer break from high school and doesn't have a nail tech license. I doubt this is legal! The pedicure was bad and cost me $50. I was polite and let the owner know it was a bad experience, and his daughter needed more training! I've never had a pedicure before where the foot massage was done while my foot was still in the paraffin wax bag- half the wax dropped into the water bath. I wanted to have nice feet for my trip and now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay another $50 to have it done right. Ugh.

Polish is chipped, cakey and uneven. Dont waste your money here, they will argue with you too

You can clearly see by his comment how rude and argumentative he is, further validating my original review! Very sad, he does not deserve to be in the customer service industry with such a rude disposition. Hopefully him and his staff can relearn how to do the basics for everyone's sake; ingrown nails, acrylic and smoothening out the nail after the acrylic and some customer service skills!

This was my first time coming here, and I made an appointment with Lonnie. I didn't expect to meet such a sweet woman who treated me and my nails so well, even though I only came in to get my fake nails removed. It was only $10, but I felt like Lonnie gave me extra care by removing them gently without damaging my nails, then applying a clear top coat and cuticle oil. I also loved that she was so open and easy to chat with. She made the experience feel welcoming, and I'll definitely be back! read more

Went last Tuesday because it was close to my office & never again! It's Sunday and 1 nail has fallen off and 2 are lifting. I was away on a mini trip Wednesday through Friday, so I wasn't home doing any house work, cleaning, etc.! $65 on nails to not even last 5 days is unacceptable. **UPDATE** This was originally a 1 star, but have since changed it due to their customer service and final result of them contacting me to redo my nails. Like I said, the people are so nice, I'm just unsure of their protocols on how they clean the tools. This salon is so incredibly clean and nice! All the techs there are so kind! I showed a picture of what I wanted and my tech didn't think he could do it so he asked another tech in the salon who did such an amazing job! Moreover everyone who was in the salon was chatting with each other, which is always a really good sign. Lots of returners were there as well. I'm excited to say I will also be one of them! I have been here 3 times since May but unfortunately won't be back. The gel pedicure I got the time before last chipped the first day and I got a gel manicure today which I am pretty disappointed in. I opted for a darker fall color and the layers are thin and uneven. There is also paint in my cuticles. I was hoping my last visits were just a one-off but after today I won't be back. read more

This is the best nail salon in town! The owners are so kind and hardworking, and I never leave disappointed in my nails! I love them every time. Went here as a walk in at opening with a friend for my birthday and there was little to no wait! They were very kind and offered us water. I usually don't like small talk but they were so friendly and funny! My full set came out lovely and they gave us a discount as it was our first time here. The one star is for the clean environment. If you want to make an appointment just for them to be late EVERY SINGLE TIME, come here! Their prices are high and their time management skills are nonexistent. I've experienced them start my appointment 30 minutes late and ask a walk in to come back a hour later to have to the walk in then wait another 30 to be taken. At least it's not just me! Would not recommend. Hopefully they fix their issues before having to acquire another new owner (just changed about a year ago) Any recs for a new place nearby? read more

I think 4 starts is perfect for them. They are very kind and do petty good jobs on your nails. For someone like me and my mom who doesn't get to do this often they definitely made us feel comfortable. I get really nervous about the filing because I've had bad experiences in the past and they have yet to make me bleed for that's always a big plus! I'm thankful for how they treated my mom the day before her wedding! The negatives are that depending on who you get, I think they're a bit rushed. I also feel they're a bit stingy when it comes to polish and it's noticeable when you can see through the color or it starts chipping relatively early (that's really where the rushing shows). read more

Tim and Tiffany were very great! Very welcoming and pleasant. The salon is very chic, and very clean. I enjoyed being greeted at the door and immediately felt welcomed. They are very personable and actually try to get to know at least your name. Tiffany is very very talented and did an amazing job on my fill. I didn't even have to tell her how I prefer my nails they're just perfect! It's always a hassle being new to an area to find your new go-to and I'm glad we stumbled across La Beauty Nails. Im new to the area and wanted to find salon that was close by. Came across this place on Yelp and noticed how many great reviews it had, wanted to see for myself and let me just say i was amazed. From the moment i walked in all the staff greeted me and Tim offered complimentary drinks and snacks. Cathy did my pedicure and Tiffany did my nails exactly what i asked for both ladies did a fantastic job. Overall i had a great experience and I'm in love with the work that was done. I drive 45 minutes to come to this salon, by far the best service I've had for the best price. They're really nice, and never sacrifice quality. The place is extremely clean down to the towels they use, not stained or ripped, overall best nail shop I've ever visited. read more

Absolutely LOVE LOVE TIFFANY we'll everyone is supper friendly and kind I did not once here them talk in their language making me feel uncomfortable I love Tiffany's work I've been going to her for years now and she makes your vision come to life. I love how soft, kind, gentle and sweet she is. Every step of the way asking if your liking it and making sure your both on the same page. I wouldn't go to no other person she's literally the best and my longest set by her lasted me a WHOLE THREE MONTHS! I wanted some cute Halloween nails and I got just that. Tiffany always goes above and beyond working on your nails. I showed her a reference picture and she just knew all the colors that would go perfectly. the whole salon staff is great, even got a pedicure that was very much needed lol. I live in Chino and would much rather make the drive here than go anywhere else. +100/10 recommend going here!! You won't be disappointed. read more

Found this gem about 4 months ago. I love their online appointment system. They have always honored my appointment time, even when they are busy. My daughter likes designs on her acrylics and they have always been able to replicate her design photos. The salon is clean, lots of color choices and staff is always welcoming and professional. We drive from Upland, past many others we've tried, just to come here. read more

I debated writing this review for a long time. This happened a few years ago when the business was…read morenew, and I originally didn't want to hurt a small business, but the experience has stuck with me. During my first visit (around the COVID period), I was given a promotional card for a large discount if I came back soon. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I returned a few days later to use it. When I got there, they suddenly said the promotion didn't apply and that I had to pay full price. It was the same employee who gave me the card, and he even called his boss, but the explanation kept changing. In the end, they refused to honor the promotion they gave me. I still went through with the appointment because I already felt awkward leaving. After multiple add-ons and charges, the total came out to over $400 for the facial and services. The services themselves were average at best, and they were extremely pushy about a large tip afterward. The whole experience felt like shady business practices, misleading promotions, pressure to spend more, and pressure to tip big. The spa environment itself was also pretty unappealing and felt more like a warehouse than a relaxing spa. Overall, it left a very bad impression. I'll never return.

I was told she forgot to write it in her book and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told her it was my son's birthday, I told her the journey that it took to get us there, without any real attempt to accommodate us that day after we had already made the trip. There was no service recovery offered, which was especially disappointing given the inconvenience. Out of respect, I showed up as scheduled, even though my day was hectic and I had considered canceling, because I didn't want to waste her time. Unfortunately, that same consideration wasn't returned. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to make it right is what stood out most. Great first (and only) facial from her but I would advise to confirm multiple times that your appointment is actually secured.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Nails are uneven and lumpy. She changed the drill bit and then cut my daughters finger. Blaming it on the new drill. Which is ridiculous this is what you do for a living changing a drill bit should not affect your skills. The color my daughter choose was beautiful and she did explain why she was adding a white base which is appreciated.
