My nails are always short bc I work in makeup and I always want dark colors. Which is the hardest to do well and precisely on short nails so they last. Kim was randomly assigned to me by Tommy the store manager who was very accommodating and nice. They're very efficient even during the holidays. He had someone soak my gels off and Kim was able yo take me Right away. Perfect in and out experience and with the nails I wanted exactly. I will be back and request Kim! First time coming to l nail spa since my nail place shut down in Azusa but let me tell you Gina Omgosh!!!!!! I had a pedicure by Gina and let me tell you she knows what she is doing!!!! Fungus... I never EVER thought I would ever get fungus on my toenail. Around Christmas time I went in with my sister, I wanted to give her a nice gift by getting her pampered with a deluxe pedi. We both got deluxe pedicures, a month later we noticed fungus growing on our left toenails. I'm so disappointed in this place now! This was honestly my favorite place to go to every other month. I would think they would at least keep their equipment clean and sanitized. Now we have to get treatment for this and see if it even will go away. read more

For one thing you guys have become waaaaaaaay over priced especially for the quality. And your tech gave me an ingrown nail. I've had one once from another nail tech that didn't know what she was doing. So not only did she make my big toe nail look like it grows crooked I have a damn ingrown toenail. The vibe is whatever you only matter when you have money in hand. You can tell certain people get certain treatment. All the pedicures were on one side of the salon and when it came to me I put on the opposite side. Never again read more

This place gave me fungus. Only want money, not about customer service. Evidently they don't disinfect their tools if this happened. I've never had this happen. So sad when Businesses are all about rushing people in and out. My sis n laws nails were thick and nails were made upwards. Ridiculous!! read more

Regular nail color old ... very thick ... lots of bubbles... they removed gel on nails but still have traces of gel ... nails not smooth. And they charge $5 extra to remove the gel. Not returning. read more

Highly recommend this Nail salon. Best in Glendora. Very professional, clean and nice. From the check in person to every tech. I love Vivian Wouldn't trust anyone else my nails pr eyebrows. She even did a special breast cancer nails when I was diagnosed. read more

First off Tommy the manager has excellent customer service skills. He makes the atmosphere of the spa so friendly and fun! The location is beautifully maintained definitely instagram worthy. I was helped by Kim. Her work was very quick and well done. Really great if you are someone on a time crunch I swear she got my French gel toes done in 10 minuets! I was referred here by one of my clients, and I am definitely glad I took their referral! read more

I wanted to like this place. I tried to like this place. Sadly, I'm not impressed. I don't like to leave such a low rating but have to. Everything looked clean, which is always a good start! The lady at the front desk and a gentleman who was helping her were great! They were helpful and made a great first impression! At that point, I'm happy and impressed and looking forward to my spa pedicure and full set. We got started with the pedi first...water temperature was great, the lady began doing her thing...so far, so good. Another nail tech came over to get started on my full set and I found her to be quite rude and pushy. Look, I don't expect everyone to be sweet as sugar and I realize that nail places usually try to get clients to agree to additional services/more expensive options but dang! Her standoffish personality combined with her pushiness were too much. It's frustrating when you know what you want and they're insisting you get something different. The result? A subpar full set with poorly applied acrylic, cuticles left standing up (yeah, seriously), and white tips that are turning yellow less than 36 hours later. As far as the pedicure...everything was fine except for the massage portion...extremely disappointing. As you probably guessed, I will not be returning to this nail salon nor can I recommend it to anyone. read more

Went the other day with my 2 little ones and my mom for mani and pedicures. The technicians are all very sweet and friendly. The place is really clean and organized so that's always a plus. Overall they do a great job at what they do and the prices are reg and competitive. Just had to knock them down 1 Star. I felt like the cutical cutter the lady was using on my manicure wasn't sharp enough. So each cut was a pull and it was uncomfortable. read more

Great salon! I've been coming to Lee's Nail Spa since October 2013, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality of the services for the price are unmatched, and they're super on top of nail trends, offering 100's of Gel colors, as well as dipping powder and special effects. Tina and Gina are top notch nail techs, and Tommy and Vivian always provide excellent customer service, catering to me and my family so we can all have pedicures at the same time. My daughter and I were looking for a new place to do our nails. This nail spa looked very nice and clean. Which it is very nice inside and organized. The guy at the front desk was a little rude but we decided to stay either way. The chairs were comfy and they are following Covid protocol, wearing mask and some are wearing shields. The girls that did our nails were friendly, but in my opinion not skilled enough due to the fact i had one nail chip the day after and by the end of the day I had a bubble in one of my nails. I was very disappointed as my nails looked thick and so uneven as well. I wanted to go back that evening to let them know but my daughter did not want to go back to show them her nails peeling as well. I paid a lot of money for both me and my daughter and so it is definitely not worth coming here. We wont be returning and don't advise anyone else to come here unless you have extra money to just throw around and then go somewhere else to have nails redone. $129 dollar's for a simple manicure and pedicure for two! They charge $33 for a pedicure and if you ask for Gel color it's an ADDITIONAL $18 ... I am all for paying for a quality service but if I'm going to pay $51 Vs $20-$35 with the competition I would hope they're not going to make me bleed and they could actually make it look like a FRESH pedi... Needed to find a place in the area to get my nails done for an event before Valentines Day and VDAY its self. My usual nail salon was busy so my friend recommended Lee's. It being the Saturday before Valentine's Day is was expectedly busy by the time we got in and I was seated and worked on an hour had gone by. But with in that time my friend who had come in with me to get just a regular manicure was almost done. I believe the technician that worked on me was Tina. She was sweet, again did not judge me for biting my nails which is always a refreshing experience. Tina is by far the best person that has worked on my nails. No offense to my last technician at an other salon but Tina not only allowed me to get my nails the length I want (most technicians make me get them longer because theyll look more natural since I bite) but she also didnt make them super thick or bubbly like most do because they put too much powder on my nails. However great my technician was however I do have a few issues with the place. I was seated for almost twenty minutes at a nail table waiting for a technician to finally come. Tools used on my nails like the electric file etc were parts coming from a box clearly marked soiled. Pricing is a little much. At my original salon I paid 40$ which included a 10$ tip for a gel full set. I paid 46$ with out tip (3$) to get a gel full set and a design on my middle finger. Finally upon leaving the salon the 20$ diamond design i paid for had already fallen off which was upsetting because she put two layers of clear polish to hold them down. It being monday I already had to purchase and reattach 3 gems myself. Next time Ill save my cash and do my own design. However much I love my nails these issues will only have me go back to Lee's if my salon is packed. read more

Anna ended up doing my nails, and she was very nice & detail-oriented. She also gave me some tips for strengthening and shaping my natural nails. Back at the best place in town (in my humble opinion). Not sure why I try other places and TRY to save money by doing my own nails !?!? In all honesty I have been given gift cards and never seem to be as satisfied as I am at Lees. The salon is beautifully remodeled, clean, exceptionally fair pricing, friendly and always professional service. Today I had a pedicure with callous remover and I feel like a brand new girl! Came Tuesday 7/30. I went to Mike who was recommended by a friend. I would not recommend him. My yellow nail was crooked when and the polish on my nails were lumpy and uneven. I did get a pedicure which was nice. The gentleman at the front did offer to fix my nails but I couldn't stay any longer. I had been there 2.5 hours because they were running behind. I was planning on going another day to have them fixed but decided I would just take the loss and move on and go back to my favorite salon. Total for nails and pedicure was $101. Today 8/3 my polish is already chipping. I normally go to another place in Glendora and my dip nails last over 5 weeks there. Lesson learned. read more

I decided to give this nail salon another try. Big mistake. Customer service can really go a long way, even when the service itself is not that great. Here both the quality of the nails, the service and the staff were not great. The young lady who greets customers has mean attitude and snotty demeanor. Not welcoming at all. No smile whatsoever. I asked for gel nails and the lady who did my hands did not dry them in the UV light correctly. I WAS WATCHING. When I left my nails were sticky and lumpy. My feet were okay, but they took forever to dry even when I was home, they were not completely dry therefore there were some marks on them inevitably. I couldn't stay longer because they were closing. Fast dry polish is not that expensive, they can invest in this wonderful product so that customers can leave happy. never going back. read more

Warning: staph infection contracted I decided to try out Lee's because a few friends had recommended it and I read the yelp reviews. It was very close to my home and seemed to be the place to go. I have not had my nails done or a pedicure in two years due to being a busy mom. I asked my husband to treat my daughter and I to mani/pedis for my birthday. I went in wanting a gel manicure, but I saw the price ($25) and decided to get a regular manicure. I also have severely cracked feet so I was looking forward to a deep treatment pedicure which I got quoted $38...ridiculous. In addition they wanted $20 for my 4 years olds pedicure and another $8 for her nails to be painted. I showed them the design I wanted on my nails which included a few rhinestones. I was told I could not get them with a regular manicure because they would fall off in a day or two so they convinced me to do the gel manicure because it would last longer. Got my manicure, pedicure (my feet were soaked in water, nails trimmed and a 20 second massage...really??) and daughters pedicure done. When it came time to paint her nails they kept asking if she wanted polka dots. I said no because quite frankly I didn't want to pay extra. I told them no three times and my daughter even said no polka dots more than once and they STILL put polka dots!!! When I got to the register my bill ended up being $100 after tipping everyone. I was pretty upset considering I didn't get my deep treatment pedicure or anything special. The next morning I woke up and three of my rhinestones had already fallen off. The next day the remaining seven rhinestones were gone. My toe is completely swollen and throbbing that I can barely walk without being in excruciating pain and by the next day the polish on my daughters toes is almost completely gone. $100 completely wasted. I did not have that much to spend in the first place which makes it even more frustrating. I called today and spoke to Andy. He offered for me to come and have them fixed which I'm hoping tomorrow I can get a sitter for my kids and get over there. All I wanted was to relax on my birthday and get pampered, I got the complete opposite. Will update my review after my return visit. I will give this place credit for being extremely clean and their large selection of nail polishes. Update: went back in today. Unfortunately I was unable to take my daughter. I told them all my concerns and all I got was each nail fixed where the rhinestones had fallen off. They could've cared less about my toe that is still throbbing or anything else I told them. update: my swollen toe ended up being a staph infection, 3 years later and my toe still isn't the same! read more

I recomend this place to everyone. Vivian is amazing! I always get compliments on my gel manicure. Alot of places don't do gel manicures the right way, but Lee's Nail Spa isn't one of them. Vivian as well as all the girls, do such a great job. They take their time, and I am never disappointed. Everyone is always so creative and precise with their work. I wont go anywhere else. The salon is clean, and everyone is very nice. Even when they are busy you never feel rushed. Julie does my pedicures and she's amazing as well. I have been going to Lee Nails for two years now and Vivian is by far the BEST! I am a hairdresser and know the business. Vivian had a natural talent for nails. Not only does she do great work, she is always put together and fabulous. Not many nail people are. She is personable and we always laugh and have a great time when I am there. My friend loves this place, so I came here on her recommendation. Overall, a good experience. Not too pricey, didn't have to wait long (I didn't have an appointment), and I was happy with the work (French Tip pedicure). I think I will start coming here regularly. I used to go to Modern Nails (over by Vons) but after a couple bad experiences, it's definitely time for a change. read more

I have been going to lee's nail spa for awhile and let me tell you this is my go to. Catherine there is great! Has done my nails twice and is very attentive to what I need. While removing my gel polish, she over-filed my nails so much that my fingertips hurt, then cut my nails unevenly, shaped them poorly, and appeared ready to apply polish without properly cleaning them first. Another manicurist briefly stepped in to recut and reshape my nails, and after saying, "They'll grow back," she left the original technician to finish the polish. The final paint job was sloppy, with bubbling polish and visible residue left on my skin. My nails went from healthy, long and attractive to short, stubby, sensitive, and stinging. They looked messy and unclean by the end of the appointment. I paid $33 because I did not want to make a scene, but when the pain increased, I called the salon and spoke with Nancy, who appeared to be the manager. She offered to fix the situation, so I returned. During that visit I felt pressured into getting a gel fill because she said it would strengthen my weakened nails. I trusted her, but later learned the gel fill would be harder to remove and would create an ongoing cost of $55 per visit. Two days later, my fingernails were still very tender and constantly stinging, and it hurt to type. Even two months after visiting Divine Nails, my nail beds still hurt and my nails remain very weak. This was truly the worst manicure experience I have ever had.
