I've been coming here because I finally found a nail tech I really like for pedicures. Unfortunately, I've decided to stop after having the same issue happen twice. On two separate visits, additional charges/services were done without being discussed or approved (scrub, callus removal, rock massage, etc). The first time, I assumed it was a mistake as I was distracted on my phone. When it happened again, I attempted to speak up (as she brought the hot rocks), but the tech ignored me. I considered speaking to the front desk or owner but chose not to, as I felt uncomfortable with the situation and thought, "what if I come back." Seeing a customer on their phone should not be interpreted as an opportunity to add unapproved services. Overall, this was disappointing, and I will be seeking services elsewhere. read more

Not worth coming here. Constantly changing with nail techs. If it wasn't for Gina, we would never even come. After giving them our service for close to 13 years today My mom went in with an appointment and because she was five minutes late they wouldn't take her. After we've had appointment in the past and have waited up to a half an hour because they try to squeeze in as many people as they can. My nails are always short bc I work in makeup and I always want dark colors. Which is the hardest to do well and precisely on short nails so they last. Kim was randomly assigned to me by Tommy the store manager who was very accommodating and nice. They're very efficient even during the holidays. Fungus... I never EVER thought I would ever get fungus on my toenail. Around Christmas time I went in with my sister, I wanted to give her a nice gift by getting her pampered with a deluxe pedi. We both got deluxe pedicures, a month later we noticed fungus growing on our left toenails. I'm so disappointed in this place now! This was honestly my favorite place to go to every other month. For one thing you guys have become waaaaaaaay over priced especially for the quality. And your tech gave me an ingrown nail. I've had one once from another nail tech that didn't know what she was doing. So not only did she make my big toe nail look like it grows crooked I have a damn ingrown toenail. I wanted to like this place. I tried to like this place. Sadly, I'm not impressed. I don't like to leave such a low rating but have to. Everything looked clean, which is always a good start! The lady at the front desk and a gentleman who was helping her were great! They were helpful and made a great first impression! At that point, I'm happy and impressed and looking forward to my spa pedicure and full set. We got started with the pedi first...water temperature was great, the lady began doing her thing...so far, so good. Another nail tech came over to get started on my full set and I found her to be quite rude and pushy. Look, I don't expect everyone to be sweet as sugar and I realize that nail places usually try to get clients to agree to additional services/more expensive options but dang! Her standoffish personality combined with her pushiness were too much. It's frustrating when you know what you want and they're insisting you get something different. The result? A subpar full set with poorly applied acrylic, cuticles left standing up (yeah, seriously), and white tips that are turning yellow less than 36 hours later. As far as the pedicure...everything was fine except for the massage portion...extremely disappointing. Went the other day with my 2 little ones and my mom for mani and pedicures. The technicians are all very sweet and friendly. The place is really clean and organized so that's always a plus. Overall they do a great job at what they do and the prices are reg and competitive. Just had to knock them down 1 Star. My daughter and I were looking for a new place to do our nails. This nail spa looked very nice and clean. Which it is very nice inside and organized. The guy at the front desk was a little rude but we decided to stay either way. The chairs were comfy and they are following Covid protocol, wearing mask and some are wearing shields. The girls that did our nails were friendly, but in my opinion not skilled enough due to the fact i had one nail chip the day after and by the end of the day I had a bubble in one of my nails. I was very disappointed as my nails looked thick and so uneven as well. I wanted to go back that evening to let them know but my daughter did not want to go back to show them her nails peeling as well. I paid a lot of money for both me and my daughter and so it is definitely not worth coming here. We wont be returning and don't advise anyone else to come here unless you have extra money to just throw around and then go somewhere else to have nails redone. $129 dollar's for a simple manicure and pedicure for two! Needed to find a place in the area to get my nails done for an event before Valentines Day and VDAY its self. My usual nail salon was busy so my friend recommended Lee's. It being the Saturday before Valentine's Day is was expectedly busy by the time we got in and I was seated and worked on an hour had gone by. But with in that time my friend who had come in with me to get just a regular manicure was almost done. I believe the technician that worked on me was Tina. She was sweet, again did not judge me for biting my nails which is always a refreshing experience. Tina is by far the best person that has worked on my nails. No offense to my last technician at an other salon but Tina not only allowed me to get my nails the length I want (most technicians make me get them longer because theyll look more natural since I bite) but she also didnt make them super thick or bubbly like most do because they put too much powder on my nails. However great my technician was however I do have a few issues with the place. I was seated for almost twenty minutes at a nail table waiting for a technician to finally come. Tools used on my nails like the electric file etc were parts coming from a box clearly marked soiled. Pricing is a little much. At my original salon I paid 40$ which included a 10$ tip for a gel full set. I paid 46$ with out tip (3$) to get a gel full set and a design on my middle finger. Finally upon leaving the salon the 20$ diamond design i paid for had already fallen off which was upsetting because she put two layers of clear polish to hold them down. It being monday I already had to purchase and reattach 3 gems myself. Next time Ill save my cash and do my own design. However much I love my nails these issues will only have me go back to Lee's if my salon is packed. read more

I decided to give this nail salon another try. Big mistake. Customer service can really go a long way, even when the service itself is not that great. Here both the quality of the nails, the service and the staff were not great. The young lady who greets customers has mean attitude and snotty demeanor. Not welcoming at all. No smile whatsoever. I asked for gel nails and the lady who did my hands did not dry them in the UV light correctly. I WAS WATCHING. When I left my nails were sticky and lumpy. My feet were okay, but they took forever to dry even when I was home, they were not completely dry therefore there were some marks on them inevitably. I couldn't stay longer because they were closing. Fast dry polish is not that expensive, they can invest in this wonderful product so that customers can leave happy. never going back. read more

Came Tuesday 7/30. I went to Mike who was recommended by a friend. I would not recommend him. My yellow nail was crooked when and the polish on my nails were lumpy and uneven. I did get a pedicure which was nice. The gentleman at the front did offer to fix my nails but I couldn't stay any longer. I had been there 2.5 hours because they were running behind. I was planning on going another day to have them fixed but decided I would just take the loss and move on and go back to my favorite salon. Total for nails and pedicure was $101. Today 8/3 my polish is already chipping. I normally go to another place in Glendora and my dip nails last over 5 weeks there. Lesson learned. read more
