It hasn't even been 2 weeks and 3 of my extensions have already separated completely and come off. I've been here a couple times and leave with amazing nails. Always get great compliments when I get them done here. I highly recommend Tony! He always gets creative and I always love what we do. Pics of my NYE Revised: after one week my nail broke I didn't do anything to cause it to break either, the prior set I broke one because it got caught on the door and it was painful as heck! This time no pain and no obvious incident causing the break. They do a great job here but a little concerning the amt I pay and my last two sets broke. Paid 65 dollars for a broken nail one week out. My boyfriend and I came in for a broken nail I got an hour before they closed. All so nice, able to give me a new set and even my boyfriend and I pedicures no matter the time at the moment. Everyone was very patient and worked well with getting my nails to look like the picture I showed them. I love my nails and my boyfriend loved his pedicure! We will definitely be back. The massage was lousy. He bounced from one leg to the other and he thinks that the harder is better. He pushed on the souls of my feet twice never massaged them i feel $30 was NOT worth this service. I've been there a handful of times and I've never walked out disappointed. They only service dip nails when it comes to your hands... that is the way to go! Tu does an AMAZING job on acrylics! He was so detailed and careful - never once made me feel rushed even though the shape I requested is super time-consuming (oval). They turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I love this place... it is a little pricey, but worth it. Today I was skeptical to call and ask for my nails to be fixed. Most staff at nail salons Ive been to get mad, offended, and aggressive if you ask them to "fix" or change something. I got my nails done just over a week ago... and they began lifting, getting stuck in my hair, one just popped off! The only reason they're not 5 is because they're not as meticulous as my favorite place where I used to live, but they're also about $20 cheaper for a mani/pedi. This place is about quantity, NOT quality. Do NOT let Tu do your nails unless you enjoy a close to 3 HOUR manicure. *Tu is too busy answering phones and scheduling other people's appointments to pay attention to your manicure. He noticed I was getting annoyed because it was taking so long that he passed me over to someone else. He didn't tell the guy anything and the guy starting doing my nails the opposite shape I wanted. I made a comment and the guy gets upset at me. It's not my fault Tu doesn't know how to schedule. Tu takes zero accountability when he makes a mistake. I saw a poor woman get turned away because he couldn't find her appointment, of which he remembered making. To top it off, the woman seemed to be a regular.
