It had been a while since I got my eyebrows done so they were out of control. She did such a great job at cleaning the up, shaping them, and making them even. Did a bad job cleaning my eyebrows up, still have hair left over, not a clean "cut". Also there is a difference between being fast and doing a good job but she was going too fast, missed a bunch of hairs, and her whole knuckle was just constantly rubbing all in my eyelashes aggressively. My eye started watering worse than i've ever experienced from that rather than any pain. Would not recommend. I have gone to lower star rated threading places that did better than she did. I would recommend Aum Threading in San dimas. read more

I haven't been here in a long time, but just went back earlier this week while I was in the area so I could have clean brows for my birthday. I forgot that Rosi was the only person who can actually thread brows here and another person came out while she was doing someone else's eyebrows. I should have waited, but wanted to give this person a chance. HUGE mistake. My eyebrows no longer have any shape. I know that they say that eyebrows are sisters, not twins, but my eyebrows are more like in-laws now. I used to always be told that my eyebrows have a good shape and for the first time in my life I have to actually draw in my brows instead of only using clear brow gel because of how badly this lady messed up my brows. It wasn't threaded cleanly (I can literally see the hairs that she cut but didn't pull out fully) and she butchered my left eyebrow to where the arch is in the wrong spot and is somehow simultaneously too high and low in spots compared to my right eyebrow... She also took a long time for such a poor job of threading. It also hurt more than usual. If I do end up coming back I'm definitely telling them I'll wait for Rosi. Otherwise, I will be trying a new place. I would post a pic as proof, but I'm too embarrassed of my eyebrows right now. If you do go here, make sure you get Rosi. read more
