I usually love Rosie! She's very talented in what she does. I forgot all about this review on here as I have since come back. Today however, was pretty busy but now when I got there. Once I got in chair she was very rushed as it was just her there doing eyebrows I get it. I was however cut in the process of her being rushed, my eyelids burn a bit and my eyebrows are noticeably uneven :( very sad about it. I wish she wouldn't have rushed doing my brows, I have an event this weekend and now I feel like I have to spend more time shaping my brows :/ read more

I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and while my eyebrows look nice, I definitely had some concerns about their practices. The woman before me wasn't wearing a mask at all, even though there is a sign posted outside saying masks are required, and it looked like she was getting her full face done. They did nothing to sanitize or disinfect the area after she was done and had me sit in the same chair. read more

I told the older lady what I wanted came out with one thin eyebrow. Told her this is not what I wanted! Her answer "YOU CAN GROW THEM!" I came in with bushy eye brows to have them evened out! How do you manage to mess up some out grown eyebrows. She was ruff and rude! I always get my brows threaded and never have I got cut by the thread! She managed to cut me as well. Got my eyebrows done for the 2nd time post pandemic after having a HORRIBLE 1st time elsewhere. I called ahead to ask a bunch of questions because I had such a bad experience at another eyebrow threading place. They answered all my questions (they're vaccinated and require masks), sanitized their hands before and after doing my brows, and used a necklace to thread. They have new employees . The lady that did my eyebrows was super aggressive with her touch . I had never had someone hurt me so much when getting my eyebrows and upper lip removed. My eyebrows came out crooked at the beginning, right above the inner corner of the eye .
