Walk in on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no wait time. So thankful that worked out. Gel manicure on natural nail is $33 ($18 basic manicure + $15 gel charge) Basic pedicure is $25 Bringing our grant total to $58.00 cash If you pay with card it is a $2.00 extra feee. I recommend that you bring cash. Very lovely ladies working here. Their color selection is great ! I was recommended to make an appointment next time, by the gentleman, as that is better. Bought my Wife a $150 gift card , when she went in to get her nails done they told her they couldn't take the gift card because of the computer being down, but I get were able to take a card payment, so she had to pay $80 plus daughter instead of using the gift card! On top of everything the work she got done started to deteriorate a few days later. I've called and gone to the location several times to get refund on the gift card . But the "boss" isn't there and hasn't called me back. Bad business practices won't recommend this place to anyone! Feel like I was basically burned for my money and they hide behind their broken English not to be reasonable read more

Tony is the man who usually answers the phone and greets you when you come inside...this guy is so kind and helpful!! I called one day to check their business hours during the holidays and he was willing to go open the shop for 30 minutes so I could buy a gift certificate for my bestie. That is outstanding customer service in my opinion. I ended up not going (yes, I let him know) & the day I walked in he was so helpful. The gift certificate is also cute and gift ready! I didn't get a service done for myself but the salon was neat and clean and conveniently located in the shopping center across from target on the north side of foothill. My go-to local nail place! They are always responsive, friendly, and quick when I make appointments. I bring in all sorts of design inspiration pictures and they always figure it out! They have an ATM there which makes getting cash for tips easy if I forget ahead of time. I've had my nails done by several different people there and they always turn out great. read more

I came here to get a pedicure and callous removal before my wedding day, and honestly, I was super impressed. As a guy, I don't usually get pedicures, but this place made me a believer. The lady who did mine (wish I remembered her name) was professional and got straight to work. She did an amazing job -- took care of an ingrown toenail I had, removed the callouses on my feet (which oddly felt good!), and left everything looking and feeling fresh. The place itself is very clean, the staff are friendly, and prices are fair for the quality of service you get. There's plenty of parking, and they take both appointments and walk-ins, which is a plus. They had me sit down and insisted on me relaxing and putting my feet in the basin however there was no liner which is use to prevent bacteria and infections from spreading. When I pointed it out to them, they said they bring a liner and about ten minutes later. Still no liner. On top of that, I had previously called asking when they would be available for a pedicure and after I suggested a time, they said just to come in right then, so I figured they'd be available when I got there since they told me to come in. This place was just okay. To start, I had called to schedule a time to come in with a gentleman. He gave me a time and when I arrived it looked like he had taken some people right before me because I had to wait like 35 minutes, which is a long time when you called to schedule an appt. I don't know about quality of gel either because I've never had a gel chip the next day and the gel was already chipping from doing nothing. With so many nail places to visit, I will not be retuning here. read more

***BEWARE***I had a the worst experience at Tranquil Nails. First, I was made to wait nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I was finally seated for my pedicure, the water was ice cold. I asked if it could be warmed, but I was completely ignored while staff continued helping other clients. I ended up adjusting the water myself. To make matters worse, a large portion of their nail color selection was unavailable and marked out. The technician, Victoria, provided subpar service -- the quality of her work did not meet basic standards. Within less than a week, my toenails were already chipping, and my manicure was uneven and poorly filed. See pictures attached from day 8. How is a professional pedicure/manicure that I paid $80 not lasting even two weeks?! The only reason I stayed for the service was because I had a gift card purchased by a family member. At checkout, things became even more frustrating. Victoria claimed she couldn't verify the balance, even though I had a receipt with the amount and date. She then said their machine was down and that they could only accept cash or Zelle, suggesting I use the gift card on a future visit. I explained that I did not plan on returning due to the poor service and asked if they could process the gift card later. She refused, insisted on Zelle, handed me her information, and walked away -- extremely unprofessional. Since then, I've tried contacting the salon to speak with a manager, but have had no success. Calls are either dismissed or I'm told no one is available to help. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and low-quality work. I would not recommend this salon. There are plenty of close by nail salons that offer exceptional service. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place, the workers are very welcoming and so sweet. I came here last minute and they did a wonderful job, very efficient and they know what they are doing. I got seated as soon as I came in, even though they seemed to be super busy and were understaffed. They got to me as soon as they could and I am not disappointed at all with the service I had received. The lady I had is amazing and you can practically talk to her about anything, she ensures that you like what she is doing every step of the way (Sorry I don't remember the name but I believe she manages the place). I got a fill with coffin shape and a design on one nail for each hand for $39 :) If you use card the machine charges $1, so if you come in paying with cash you get a free face mask! Also they have a discount for students and elderly I believe before 4pm! Definitely worth it here and will be coming back again. read more

I'm so glad I found this hidden gem of a nail salon in La Verne and I don't mind the drive from Glendora. I tried many products on my feet and nails to remove the dead skin and callouses, I even had dark spots on my nails. Nothing worked and I thought the damage was permanent. After a few visits to Tranquil Nails, my feet and toes are looking like a fresh new baby girl and I love wearing sandals to show off my fresh feet. I feel like my feet are beautiful again and I get many compliments. The salon is unique, clean, and comfortable inside. The technicians really take their time and are very good at what they do. Jennifer, the owner is so friendly and brings a smile and conversation whenever I am there. The best part of all, I never leave without feeling relaxed and happy. read more

great service! the place I usually go to was booked so I decided to give this place a try because it was down the street from me. They were very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. The man who did my pedicure gave me the best foot massage of my life and Linda did the cat eye gel manicure and it was such a good look and really took her time and did a good job. I did throughout the week get a couple chips on my nails, could have definitely been my fault for being too rough, but I went in last week to see if they could fix them and they were nothing but kind about helping fix them for me! I have been here twice. One time for a gel pedi/mani and the second time for the organic dip powder. I had a really food experience both times. The ladies here are very nice and welcoming. They also have a reward system, so every time you go you get points and the points add up to a free service. I recommend coming here. read more
