Came here because my wedding is in 3 days and this place is close to home ... this was probably the worst experience I have ever had .. I started at 2:45pm for a manicure pedicure and did not leave until 6pm!!!! And to top it all off it does not even look good. The guy was sweet in the beginning but when I asked him to make some changes he was not happy.. sorry sir these are my wedding nails. I usually never ask for changes but it's my big day and my nails will be in ALL my pictures. My pedicure was not finished either. I asked him to make it more pink and he didn't. My nails are not done correctly either. They look sloppy and not done correctly. Bubbles and half of it isn't even put with top coat.. I literally told him to please get all corners and he didn't. If I'm spending $130 it shouldn't look like this... waste of my time and money.. I needed an acrylic removal and just wanted a basic manicure. I called ahead and asked "Do you soak off the acrylic?" And they said yes for $15. I go in the next morning and right away this guy starts prying the acrylic off with another nail!! He did one and tried another one before I asked "You don't soak them off!???" And then he asked "Oh is that what you want." -_- Whatever he did hurt so bad I was about to walk about with my nails looking horrendous. He then brought a bowl over and tells me to put my fingers inside. The alcohol was drying out my finger tips but I just wanted to leave with decent looking nails. Just an FYI, they should have wrapped them individual. Then he went on to burn me several times with the drill and cut me. Lastly he told me to wait 10 minutes. No clock was visible, but I swear he came back 3 minutes later sprayed my nail with hair spray and told me i was ready. This place looks okay, prices are cheap, but definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend. read more

I just tried this place for the first time because I saw good reviews and photos but I guess Tom had something better to do other than my nails because they were closing soon. All I wanted/got was a simple short set with gel polish. He rushed through my nails (15-20 mins for acrylics) several visible dents in the acrylic and had to tell him multiple times to fix the filing of the nails. This place is very overpriced for the lack of quality. Don't expect your nails to look like the photos posted on Yelp it's not 100% guaranteed. The pedicure however, I am satisfied with. But I don't appreciate walking out of there paying $115 when I've paid less for better quality. Do not recommend! Update: I wake up to get myself ready to catch my flight and this is what I wake up to. I am extremely mad right now. I don't even have the time to go back to this shop to get them fixed. I have a really important meeting and now have to scramble around an unknown city to find someone to fix this crap. This is so disappointing for the amount of money I spent at this place. Unbelievable! The audacity to have high prices but still produce mediocre work and service. Update 3pm: I was able to work some things out to where I could go back to the shop. Nikki the manager assisted me and gave me partial refund which I was grateful for because some people wouldn't do that at all. Went to another nail salon and they royally screwed up my nails, needless to say I didn't want to go back so I came here to have 1 nail fixed. When I walked in the salon was completely empty and the guy had all his bags ready to go but stayed behind to fix my nail and didn't even charge me for it because he could tell I was a little upset about it. I ended up going back a week later to get a fresh fill and paint and he did AMAZING! Applied 2 paints to get the color I wanted and finally got the shape I wanted right. I came in today for a pedicure and I was fortunate enough to get Lee! She was amazing! My pinky toe nail broke off a couple days ago and she offered to put some acrylic for free to make it look better and I really appreciate her doing that for me. I also asked for a rhinestone design and was happy when they pulled out those iridescent ones rather than the flat silver ones. Finally! A nail salon with EXCELLENT aesthetic, amazing hospitality and clean nail work! Although it was a busy evening today- a Friday- the team working here was hard at work getting the job done all the while attending those who barely were coming in. I came as a walk in and I was sitting/waiting for 15 mins at the most. The place itself was decorated beautifully and not too much in your face. Furniture was comfortable and tables present are a nice touch and it's a different vibe than a typical nail salon. This isn't your typical nail salon. Staff was friendly, welcoming, hospitable and courteous. Last but not leas, the girl who did my nails- Nikki! A beautiful job and good encouraging when I selected my nail color. Our first ttime there. It was clean with an open layout. We scheduled our appointments and as soon as we arrived they were ready for us. I had a full acrylic set with gel and a pedicure. This is my second time coming here and the last! The gentleman who did my nails did the worse job ever! My nails are ALL stained and uneven! On top of that he filed them wrong after I told him to keep it the same I had previously which was square round. I wish the photos could show you what a poor job he did.
