On top of everything the work she got done started to deteriorate a few days later. I've called and gone to the location several times to get refund on the gift card . But the "boss" isn't there and hasn't called me back. Bad business practices won't recommend this place to anyone! Since I already trust her with my toes, I figured why not let's give her the opportunity with my nails. And let me tell you I could not be happier. She listened to every single one of the things that I wanted for my nails and went above and beyond with my manicure and my hard gel and let me tell you oh my gosh perfection. Also what an amazing hand and arm massage when my nails were done. I work as a waitress, so my nails cannot be extremely long and she gave me the perfect length the perfect color and I can honestly say she is my nail tech from now on. It took a little longer than expected but they took their time and I appreciate that. The gel x nails lasted 5+ weeks with no lifting in sight. I soaked them to get them off and they still would not budge. I had to cut them off and soak again until I finally got them all off for a new set. The retention on these were amazing! The only downside was the price, $95 for a gel x set is a little crazy. But I mean, you get what you pay for. I always have issues with nails popping off and I could say these were definitely not popping off without wanting them to. The staff were very friendly as well.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of pricing and organization. The salon is quite pricey, and I really think there needs to be a clearer system for breaking down costs before the service starts. There are multiple books of nail colors, some of which cost extra depending on the polish, but none of the books are labeled with pricing. You're also not told upfront if a specific polish costs more. Over time, I've had to learn on my own which book contains the basic gel polish with no additional fee. Designs are also extra, which is understandable, but communication has been an issue. One time around Christmas, I decided to get a very simple design on two fingers. I was told it would be $15 extra, and I confirmed that was for both fingers. When I went to pay, it turned out to be $15 per finger--$30 total for two simple swirls. That specific set came out to around $135, which was shocking. I was also not informed ahead of time that the polish I chose was considered a "special" polish with an additional charge. Again, the work itself is beautiful, but the lack of transparency with pricing can be frustrating and uncomfortable as a client. Another area that needs improvement is the appointment system. They really need someone dedicated to the receptionist desk to manage appointments and check-ins. I've had multiple occasions where I arrived on time for my appointment, was told "just a few minutes," and ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. Overall, this is a great salon with talented artists and a lovely atmosphere--but clearer pricing and better appointment management would make a huge difference
