I've been here once before and sherry is the one who did my nails last time I came here and she was amazing! it made me want to come back a second time! Today I came in to get my nails done for a wedding I'll be going to tomorrow and unfortunately this time I wasn't happy with my nails. length and shape. Obviously I am the one who picked the length but I didn't like how it looked like once they were shaped and I did not like how the lady shaped almond. I didn't like how she did it. Maybe that's how she does almond but I did not like it at all. I stirred up the courage to speak up and tell the nice lady that I did not like the length or the shape. It wasn't what I wanted at all. Not only that, but she didn't talk to me about what I wanted when I sat down. like a design or if I have an inspo picture. she just sat down and started getting to work and putting the nails on me. I would have appreciated if she asked, it would've make me feel more comfortable. After she shaped my nails and put acrylic on, she gave the book with regular polish nail colors and that made me feel like she obviously didn't know what I wanted because she didn't ask. I wanted a black cat eye. But while I was looking at the book of regular polish, I took my time because like how I said, I was stirring up the courage to speak up and thankfully I did, and that's when I was telling her how I didn't like the shape or the length. Thankfully she wasn't mean or mad or annoyed (from what I can tell) and she was understanding and I left with no nails and obviously didn't pay. I came here for acrylic overlay and this place is not just beautiful, but they are also very professional. They don't rush you and they listen to your concerns. Big plus is that I noticed is that they sterilize their tools! My husband also came in for a pedicure and loved the service. Will be coming back for sure! read more

My mom has had the worst luck at several salons with a lack of professionalism and attention to detail, so when I sent her here I was praying to the nail gods that she wouldn't be sorely disappointed again. HOWEVER!!!! I was elated!!!! to come home and see the work of art that was her nails. PERFECT! I have dry short stubby nails that just don't grow well so I had acrylic nails on for years. I took acrylics off for a couple of months and opted for gel manicures.
