I've been coming here for about 3 years, but after my last visit, I will never return. I came in to fix a broken nail and was told to wait for my original tech. I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. I had a really disappointing experience here today. I came in specifically to get press on tips on my toes, which this salon has done for me before with no issue. I was seated, took my anklets off, was given the book, and only then was told they 'don't work with outside products' and refused to do my service. If that's your policy, it should be stated upfront, not after a client is already in the chair and ready to go. Michelle the older lady by the register did my fill. First, Nail lifted three days after my fill, went to them and they fixed it. That same night two more lifted. The worst job ever. I don't like the service I will not come back here. I came here for a simple nail set. They made excuses to press on that they can't match that color, but then I showed them the set that my sister did which was the same step that I found on Google and they still couldn't match the color, the lady did not get under my feet and didn't do a proper job. I didn't like the service. I never had to ask someone to take that skin. I am pretty well maintenance with my hands and toes just had a little bit of dead skin and I really wanted it to be removed because that's initially why I came to get my toes done, I did a shorter length and I didn't get that. My pedicure was really good. I enjoyed it. I didn't pick any color just wanted a relaxing pedicure and manicure without the polish. They seemed to have a hard time understanding this. Ugh I can't believe I have to start looking for a new nail salon. I've been coming here for years BUT they underwent new management and the services went down but the cost went up! A gel pedicure used to cost $28 and now $35! They don't even put anything in the water to soften your nails, skin, cuticles. I had to actually ask for it and she put a tiny scoop like if she was paying for it I can even tell that the business has gone down. I came in Saturday 2/12/22 to get facial waxing (upper lip and sideburns). The woman that helped me left the used strips next to my head, so when I got up I had wax strips stuck to my hair. I came in with my hair in a bun so I don't know where she had them that they ended up in my hair behind my ear. She tried getting me to go but I asked her to give me something to take the wax out, she rubbed some oil in my hair but I still left with chunks of wax sticking my hair together. I came home to remove it myself, it was a painful process since a lot of it was closer to my scalp but I managed to do it with minimal hair loss. I am posting this review to warn others so it doesn't happen to them and so the business can better train to avoid these issues as well as address them better when they happen. read more

Once again never disappointed. After reading several comments it's a bit disappointing to read the rude customer service some of you have received. I can reassure you I've been coming to this spot for over 5 years and still enjoy coming here because of the cleanliness and how interactive they are with their customers. I suggest getting the Jessica pedicure. It's worth the extra dollars to get the scrub and massage! I also wanted to share that they got new massage chairs and they feel great especially after a long day of work. Original Post: Everyone that works here is super friendly and approachable. I never leave unsatisfied. I love how the employees offer you something to drink before the pampering. I've never been to a nail location that does that. They are super clean and take their time doing their work. They do get very busy over the weekends, so I strongly suggest making an appointment. They always have walk ins, but that can be any where from a 10min wait to hours of waiting. I always call ahead to see what their wait time is. I've been coming here for years and never had problems with the quality of the nails and when they would brake before one week of service I would come back and get the nail replaced at no charge . I would too tho . Anyways just this past month I noticed that my nails would keep breaking a lot more . Anyways I came on 3/13 to get my new set in . Today is 3/15 and my nail broke . I work from home light duty's and I have a maxi I don't clean . DO NOT go here. I made an appointment for 11:45 and I was waiting until 12:40. They take on more than they can handle and are leaving their clients waiting forever. I don't know her name but I had the woman in the first seat to the right who makes the appointments.(wears glasses) I will admit that I am picky but she left them so bad. I told her I had a small manicure the day before and I didn't have much on my cuticles to clean so to please be careful. She cut me anyway and seemed annoyed after I told her. Throughout the process I was telling her things I wanted her to fix and she would just say things to say it's my fault. After I left I went back in the store. I asked her to clean around my cuticles which she did in an annoyed and fast way. Then when she finished she just got up and went to go finish a pedicure. I was still looking at my nails and I had gel underneath them, so I asked her to clean up the gel. She was REALLY annoyed when she came back and said "oh my god I don't see anything" but it was clearly there lol. After that she just got up again without checking with me. I notice more gel and just as the woman next to her for a nail filer so I could just do it myself. Anyway, try to stray away from this place. If you do go ask for Michelle I believe is her name.
