First of all she won't stop until you're 100% satisfied with your results. If she sensed I wasn't completely okay with how something turned out she'd give me options and in the end it was like she copy and pasted the picture I showed onto my hand. Tina did my nails, she's very friendly and did a great job...I love my nails. This is the THIRD and final time I TRY to get my nails done here. First visit they say the wait to get service is 15 minutes....I wait 20 minutes and still nothing. I get up and leave. ZERO acknowledgement. Second time I go here "wait five minutes here sit let's soak your feet" soak for 15 minutes NOBODY comes to help. Ask lady for a towel and she hands me a towel and tells me "five more minutes" LIES. And finally today tells me to wait ten minutes for my acrylic removal. Theres one person already waiting. I literally put the time on and I wait 15 minutes. She then comes over looks at my nails and says you need to soak for 45 minutes and proceeds to do a full set on the person who was already waiting. Which is fine she was there first. But what's with the LYING ON THE WAIT TIMES? BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. OFFER AN APPOINTMENT INSTEAD. TREAT US LIKE HUMANS AND STOP SEEING DOLLAR SIGNS. Went in at 635tonight with my mom. Mind you they close at 7.. Mom was getting gel manicure and I was getting a full set and pedicure. A little pricey than what I'm used to BUT I came out with a nice set and toes. Mom was happy. The customer service was awesome. Tina was her name I belive. She stayed till about 830 doing my nails.. at the end when I kept apologizing about keeping her she put clear gel stuff as my top coat because it would be faster than having regular polish dry. My nails were super thick & when I asked if she could make them thinner, the lady told me that's how they're supposed to be. Seriously?
