Today was my first time coming to this nailspa. I was recommended by my sister. My technician was, Scarlet and she did a fantastic job! She listened to me and was very thorough. My massage was so soothing and my feet feel fantastic! The salon itself is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is very polite and professional. Will definitely be coming back!

Poor quality and nails chipped less than 24hrs. Ridiculous and they wouldn't give me a Partial refund. Tan did my nails, so disappointed.
Great first time experience. I wanted to try a place closer to my home. Found Nailspa excel and appreciated the good reviews. I arrived a few min before opening and they were already taking customers. That was perfect for me because I was on a time crunch. I got seated right away and Scarlett helped me. She was so sweet and communicative. I really appreciated that she wanted my toes and feet to look great. She did a great job and I will be back to see her. Salon is spacious and plenty of stations. Thank you!

My go to salon. The atmosphere is nice and they keep everything clean. All the technicians are pretty consistent and do a great job no matter who you get. Today I had Scarlett & Anna and both did an excellent job, were friendly even helped with my photo. I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure, my color lasts the three weeks I come. I often bring my daughter to get her nails done when she is in the mood. She loves getting regular nail polish and designs she usually chooses and they always come out super cute!

If you're looking for a salon that can not only create great nails but also rescue a bad set from somewhere else, I highly recommend Nailspa Excel. They then sat me at their counter and proceeded to complete such a great cat eye set for me. Usually I am extremely picky about shape and if my cuticles look cleaned up, however the guy that helped me was very thorough and super kind! Asked many questions about the shape and if I felt any pain, was very clear on the price differences, and even recommended gel x over acrylic ($10 cheaper) for the sake of my nails. Overall 10/10 experience and they'll definitely have me as a future client.

If you want to have a good pedicure spa service, this is a good place to go. Reasonable price with good experience, I love they use some fruit to massage my feet and remove dead skin. The chair is massage chair, which was also enjoyable.
Scarlett did an amazing job! Not only did she repair my broken nail but she also did a fantastic job on the cat eye polish I requested. Everyone was very nice and were able to accommodate me last minute.

For Fiona Fiona did my pedicure and she was amazing! She was very gentle, friendly, and took her time. My feet and toenails looked so clean and beautiful afterward. I'm very happy with her service and would definitely recommend her! For Scarlett Scarlett did my manicure and she did a beautiful job! She was very careful, professional, and paid attention to every detail. My nails came out so pretty and neat. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back to her again. read more

I've been getting my nails done for 17 years, and this is honestly the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review. That's how happy I am with my experience today. My regular nail technician is traveling, so I came here just wanting to give it a try. I was actually a little nervous because I've had some disappointing experiences at other salons before--sometimes the work felt rushed, and I've even had my skin cut and bleed. But Tan, the owner, completely changed my experience. What normally takes about an hour, he spent nearly two hours doing. He was incredibly patient, gentle, careful, and detail-oriented. He never rushed and made sure every little detail was done beautifully. All of my worries disappeared. After 17 years of getting my nails done, I can genuinely say this is the most satisfied I have ever been--not only with how beautiful my nails turned out, but also with the service and the entire experience. I had such a wonderful experience at Nailspa Excel and cannot say enough good things about my visit! From the moment I walked in, Tan was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and kind. He greeted me so warmly and immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Scarlett did my Gel-X manicure, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, meticulous, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. She really took her time with the shape, application, and design to make sure everything looked just right. My nails turned out beautiful, fun, and exactly what I was hoping for! Fiona did my gel pedicure, including an acrylic big toenails, and she was equally wonderful! First time here. It was close by to the gym I frequent, so I figured I'd give it a try. And so glad I did! DARLY was my pedicurist and SCARLETT was my manicurist. Both are super sweet, nice, and although it took a minute to figure out out what polish color I was trying to describe (it was "funny bunny", lol), they delivered. Music is a mix of various artists which was nice. I asked for a gel pedicure and a manicure with a gel-x nails. My service was done within 2 hours with no appointment on an early Saturday afternoon.
