They often hand paint designs and I am blown away every time I bring in a new style or request and they execute flawlessly. I was given a gift card to come here and get my nails done. I did a gel x full set and they did a great job. It took a little longer than expected but they took their time and I appreciate that. The gel x nails lasted 5+ weeks with no lifting in sight. I soaked them to get them off and they still would not budge. I had to cut them off and soak again until I finally got them all off for a new set. The retention on these were amazing! The only downside was the price, $95 for a gel x set is a little crazy. But I mean, you get what you pay for. I always have issues with nails popping off and I could say these were definitely not popping off without wanting them to. I don't remember the last time I left a nail salon so satisfied! First off, they were able to take me on short notice, and once I got to the salon I was seated right away. The salon was clean and they had a TON of colors to choose from. Shelmy(?) (I hope I got her name right) was the absolute best. She could tell I was stuck between picking two colors, so she applied both so I could see them side by side on my nails which was so helpful. Then she got to work shaping and filing my nails. The shaping was perfect. I have two nails that are a little crooked and with the way she filed/shaped, you can't even tell. I got a builder gel manicure and her application was great and she had such attention to detail. There was one nail that was a little uneven and just as I was about to point it out she assured me she would fix it. After applying the builder gel she went in and filed and shaped the nail beds even more and made them so smooth and perfect - no lumpiness/unevenness whatsoever. For the grand finale, she applied the color, and when I tell you I have never had a nail tech take such care and precision in making sure the WHOLE nail is covered. She made sure there was color on every edge of my nail - no gaps whatsoever. I feel like every other time I've left a nail salon, I find gaps and it drives me crazy. All of this to say, I was so impressed with the quality of work, and I will 100% be back. The price was a few dollars more than I'm used to paying, but it was so well worth it, and I would gladly pay it again. read more

I used to love this nail salon. I came to them when they opened with their previous owners. It's hard finding a good nail salon in this city. Lately, I've had issues here with my nail polish chipping. They fixed it complimentary but they are way overpriced. Today was my last straw, complete miscommunication for a simple gel manicure with designed that came out to $83. I don't mind paying but the communication and rude customer service to keep trying to get me to do gel x and pick a more expensive gel color is getting too much. I really wanted to like this nail spot the ladies were nice and had good customer service . They were able to attend us despite being walk in and there was 3 of us but my nails are the worst they ever been after I got my nails done and had them removed They filed way too much that my actual nail keeps bending and breaking near the middle of the nail so I can't even trim the broken parts off. ( My left index finger , left thumb, right index and right thumb are all cracked. My right thumb has two cracks on both sides of my nail) Got a manicure the same day as removal of the gelx and the French tip didn't last more than like 2-3 days . I don't even want to remove the base color bc my nails are so damaged and brittle Sucks cuz the actual gelx nail extensions came out nice but I think both ladies filed way too much off my nails. I went with my mom and sister and my mom's nails are going through the same thing as mine . We all came because my sister was gonna get proposed to and she got the gel manicure with the French tip and she said the polish was already chipping the same day so for the day of the proposal some of the nail polish was chipped Won't be coming back :( read more

Great service! The place is a newer establishment and I have seen it a few times and finally decided to give it a try. They take walk ins pretty quickly although it was busy when I arrived they did a good job on the pedicure and gel x I requested. The girl who did it was patient and did not rush. Gave them a try and nope never again. It took almost TWO hours for a gel x fil. Lady kept making my nails shorter and shorter until I said something. She then tried doing the French rip I asked for and kept starting all over. Paid 90 for them to chop off within hours. Not bothering going back to have them fix. Had a lovely visit to INS Nails for a pedicure and left with relaxed calves from the PERFECT leg massage ... AND the prettiest pink toe-nails EVER. Closing time was approaching when I arrived so I called from my car to give them an opportunity to say they would not be able to see me, but instead there was a sweet, welcoming voice inviting me to come right in. My time in the salon was pleasant as the staff was warm and friendly with customers and also with each other, and even tho it was late in the day, the salon was very clean. Attention was taken to wash hands between customers and sometimes even between procedures. I'm looking forward to my next visit to INS Nails because my pedicure experience was amazing! read more
