This shop looks nice and clean the techs are all nice and friendly and really do try their best to please their customers however after trying them twice I can't say I'm happy I was looking forward to finding a new place to switch over to but unfortunately I'll only use them if I'm in dyer need. First time the nails were thin like I asked but she didn't go all the way down on my nails so two days later I had a white line showing making it look like I was due for a fill. After that I tried again and I asked for this she did super thick left way to much space so immediately it looked like I needed a fill as I was leaving out the shop, my natural nail has separated for the acrylic on all nails making it hard for me, my nails keep snagging on everything so only after having my nails done 1 week I'm forced to having to get a fill read more

BEWARE of price increase and false advertising. Ask for pricing before starting your services. Acrylic fills are almost double their advertisement and they don't let you know until they charge you. Their reasoning is they have combined Gel and regular polish as one price. Either way they should put notice or take down their price sign and not force charges on you. Bad customer service for that alone. So to be fair , they are accommodating and tend to stay on schedule for the most part. I have been a customer for about a almost a year, maybe going once a month, mostly for convenience , and they are clean but not completely sterile. They wear gloves but rarely change their gloves or wash hands between customers. Foot soak is minimal before they immediately start your service. No hand massage is included with your manicure. I watch them and they don't always use sterile clippers on unsuspecting clients. I've seen worst practices and I have seen better ones. Overall a B- on cleanliness, they aren't horrible in customer service, BUT they lost me on price fraud. read more

I am very disappointed in Ins nails. I really liked coming here but this time around it was different. I went in on Tuesday to get a gel mani and a pedicure. I asked them if they can add a butterfly design and they applied a sticker. I wasn't too happy with the way it looked so I asked if they could add rhinestones to the design. They girl that did my nails replied by telling me the price for the stickers and then the price for the stones...I never asked for the price so at that point I felt like she didn't want to do it so I just told her nevermind. It is Friday and two of the butterfly stickers they added on my nails have already fallen off and with it the clear top coat. Very disappointing as I have an even tomorrow for which I went in to get my nails done. read more

Came here because of the reviews but won't be coming back. The shop wasn't busy enough to justify the service.. we were sat down by a woman who seemed to not want to work. She didn't offer any packages, her skills her sub par, my mom received about a 30 sec foot massage & no callous removal.. the most standard packages offer all of that & we got less than that. I was ready to pay extra because it was my mom's birthday & I was highly disappointed from the start. When we first got there she prepped the pedicure area & left to go sit down next to a coworker.. we just sat there confused, no water, instructions or anything. Jessica did my regular pedicure, she was good but I guess because I had the least expensive one, it was super fast. Since the name change, I have to say the place is incredibly impressive. I have had Ava take care of me before, and she's SO kind and attentive. Once, my daughter left a small toy behind after a visit, and the next time I came in, Ava jumped right up, and ran over and got the toy for me, I didn't even have my daughter with me, and she remembered who I was. This particular visit was the first after a LOOOOONG gap in my nail care as well. I'm talking 2 months or more. Went in expecting the usual I asked the young lady to help with my nail issue with my big toe she did agree however I found out she didn't speak a lot of English was ignored multiple times my nail never got fixed when I tried to tell her about just rubbing the bottom of my feet she literally didnt pay attention her friend told her in her language i assume that i was trying to tell her something snd explained in the language thats how i realized what was going on I think management should explain and let customers know if they need anything thier working is not completely fluent in english and they would accommodate thier client and she tried to rush me by putting my shoes out literally the second the polish was applied without even putting a top coat i had to tell her shouldnt we wait and then she realized she forgot to put it on I'm going back to tranquil nails down the street this place is terrible read more

The pedicuring nipped my toes badly , and although I was impressed at first by the work of the guy who did my nails (I believe his name was Brandon), he was pretty rude in my opinion. Kept pushing my hands to the side in a rush, wasn't the nicest. But fine his nails turned out great. Two days later, the nail polish began chipping, a week before thanksgiving I had to sit and file my own nails he did on me and attempt to fix the French tip I hat began chipping. My technician was experienced and did a good good job on making sure the nails were shaped correctly but at the end he rushed and it's been less than a week and the color is faded and peeling near the cuticle. Plus as kind as he was, the smell of cigarettes was horrible plus he had a cut on his thumb and was pressing down my nails with that finger and the possible infection cross over if he cut me was making me uneasy. Thankfully no cutting actually happened. I also wish they showed more colors and options as this was my second time getting my nails done, I wasn't sure what to ask for, more options would of been nice to see. I needed to get in at a certain time so I could make sure I had a baby sitter and they worked with me even though they were busy which I appreciate. I got a #2 pedicure and they did an amazing job. I would like to begin by saying that i hate having to leave bad reviews but from the beginning of my appointment the service was just terrible. I went in on a Tuesday it was slow inside the nail salon. I made an appointment for me and my sister 2 pedi 2 mani. The mail techs just seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was no friendly environment. The nail tech kept hurting me when she was removing my cuticles. I let her know and she didn't really say anything except for what I felt like she complain to her coworkers of my complaint. Then she just cut my skin my finger was bleeding and the nail tech did not apologize or anything. She just kept saying things to her coworker in their language. I am not the type to say anything so I was just waiting to see if she would say anything and she never said a word. I went in there to feel relaxed and the whole process was just stressful and they seemed like they were just in a rush but there was no other customers in there. I was very disappointed since I ended up paying $190. I do not plan on ever going back because as a business I feel customer service should be your priority even if a mistake is made take accountability all she had to say was sorry but nothing was said.
