The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. Seeing the beauty in the world is a gift that we will never be able to repay. We see the flawless faces of our children, parents and spouses. I believe that I was placed on this earth so that God can show off his masterpiece, his priceless work of art, his sculpture of beauty and wonderment of my wife of 30 years. I see the perfect lines, the imperfections that were done on purpose that makes her perfect. My wife's smile, her laugh and the way she looks at me melts my heart and literally makes me feel like I don't deserve her. My wife's spirt drives me to be better, her kindness and love brings me home every night and she by far is the single most alluring women I have ever gazed my eyes upon. Now imagine my surprise when my wife decided to explore the use of disport, I was confused and broad sided by what I was hearing. She felt that her beauty was fading and her decision to visit Flawless Med Spa was something that she really wanted to do. After my wife's treatment and upon her return home, she placed on the table $400 worth of creams and face products. She said that the gals at Flawless commented that her face looked bad and that she was looking horrible and that these creams would make her beautiful again. I was shocked and upset that these people would put someone else down, make them feel ugly and prey upon their self esteem just to sell a beauty product. Shame on them, shame on their tactics and shame on their business practices. Who are they to decide what is beautiful and what is not, who are they to determine who is beauty worthy. To all you beautiful ladies and handsome men out there, I strongly urge you to avoid this place and the people who work there. I understand the need to explore the use of Botox, disport, etc. I suggest however that you explore it elsewhere. read more

I hate writing negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to waste their money here. I've been to this place multiple times and I kept giving them chances. The dr Skyped with me during my first visit which was totally weird. I came for Botox. But they recommended dysport which I'm guessing they get some kind of discount on because they push it a lot. The result lasted about three weeks which I thought was weird but I never used dysport before so I came back a month later and I asked for Botox because I know what type of results to expect. It always lasts for three months. So I came back and paid for Botox. The results lasted for less than a month. At this point I stopped trusting this place and thought maybe they dilute their product. I was going to write a review here but thought I would let them know what was happening and see if they could help. I called and they told me to come in so they could see my results and decide how they would help me. I came in and waited for 30 minutes for them to look at me and let me know what they could do. I finally left since I was on my lunch break ( which they were well aware of) they then called me offering me free Botox. I don't trust this place and I'm not going back. 9/7/17 So after I posted this the owner called me and wanted to make it right. She was very apologetic and offered me two Botox treatments to make up for the two times it didn't work. I'm going in soon and will update this review after I see that it lasts longer than a month this time. Hopefully it will read more

I honestly love what Laila did for my face. I went to her for the first time about 6-7 months ago to get my Botox and lip fillers, and after that, I never went anywhere else. I should've left this review 5 months ago because she truly deserves all the praise. I can't let anybody touch my face now except her. Laila is so calm and attentive. She listens to all my requests and even makes me feel so much better about myself. Her bubbly attitude is what keeps the comfort level so high. I was a little nervous going in for the first time because I have acne, and I'm very ashamed of it. But not only did she make me feel beautiful, she also gave me helpful advice on things I can use and do for my acne. The first time I went there, I wasn't expecting people to be so welcoming and understanding. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very kind by the front desk and was made sure that I was comfortable. Every employee was so sweet and every customer I saw leaving seemed very satisfied with there services! My personal experience was with dysport and laser hair removal.
