I visited Flawless Med Spa for Botox, after not seeing great results from a previous treatment of 30 units at another location. The nurse there recommended 40 more units for my forehead and crow's feet, which I agreed to at $10 per unit. Unfortunately, after two weeks, I saw no improvement--no smoothing or softening of my lines. They did ask me to come back in two weeks to see results but I didn't want to risk being upsold on more product. I eventually went to an actual doctor a month later and had beautiful results with 30 units of Botox. I feel something is not being administered correctly for me to have zero results at Flawless, so for me it was a waste of $400. I am extremely disappointed with the results of the Botox and lip filler I received at this establishment. I had been getting under 30 units of Botox from another esthetician with great results, but due to distance and scheduling conflicts, I had to find another provider. Since coming here, the number of units recommended has consistently increased. At first, I went along with it because the results were decent, but in less than a year, the amount of Botox they claimed I needed has nearly doubled-with extremely poor results. I'm not a senior citizen, and with the amount of Botox I received, I should have seen maximum results. My lips are also unchanged. No one even noticed I had anything done! I paid $1200 for frozen 11's. Even a plastic surgeon I consulted afterwards was shocked by the amount of Botox, and the movement on my face. To make matters worse, when I politely requested a touch up to correct the areas in question, the manager flat-out denied it and instead tried to upsell me on even more Botox and lip filler. That is unacceptable customer service. A reputable business should stand by their work and aim for client satisfaction, not just push more sales. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. If you're considering this place, save your money and go to a provider who actually cares about their clients and delivers results. read more
