Dena is great! I went to Top Look Laser to get my bikini touched up. Scheduling was super simple, she had appointments available a week out which is great because the places I used to go to were booked months in advance. She provided very clear instruction for preparation before the appointment via text message. During the appointment, she provided ample education and was super patient with me (we had to take a lot of breaks because the laser burned, IYKYK). It is clear that she is an expert at laser! She even took the time to tell me about the different settings and level of laser that she did on me. The clinic is clean and very aesthetic. It is nice to have someone who is skilled with laser hair removal so close by; before, I would travel all the way to Glendale and receive care that wasn't as personal as it was with Dena. I would happily recommend her to anyone! P.S. The Location: Dena is located in downtown LaVerne in the store WYLDFLWR, which is a boutique in the front and beauty spa in the back.
